Selection process of new members in AIESEC

The bachelor thesis is focused on the theory of a selection process of a new employee in a company and further it illustrates the practical use of theory in the non-profit organisation AIESEC. Firstly, an evaluation of a current state of a selection process of new members is made and, secondly, changes based on the theory and the evaluation are proposed. These changes are expected to lead to more effective selection process in the organisation.
Analysis of Career Days

Purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to analyse Career Days event which is one of the products of a student non-for-profit organisation AIESEC. Career Days is a meeting between university students and graduates from the Czech Republic and important companies present on the Czech market. This event enables students and companies to find a common ground and supports professional development of students. Goal of this Bachelor thesis is to answer a question: "Does organizing of Career Days make sense nowadays?" Another partial goal was to find out whether Career Days still follows the same idea as at its beginnings: making students and companies come together and enabling students to develop professionally. In this Thesis I have first described and evaluated Career Days project, than I compared it with other job fares and finally I found out how is Career Days perceived by its different participants.
Product development in non for profit organization (AIESEC example)

Theoretical part of this bachelor thesis focuses on product development and product marketing in the specific context of marketing of services in non-corporate sector. Specific part is dedicated to tools of analysing the competition and market position. In practical part of the thesis the specific condition of AIESEC, international students organization, and its product portfolio are coming into focus. I am analysing tvojekariera.cz, a particular product of AIESEC Czech Republic, and offering solutions for its development in order to become more competitive and externally relevant.
Leading an educational and nonprofit project

Bachelor thesis is concerned with the introduction of a real, non-profit and educational project arched over and organized by AIESEC Praha. Project My Better Myself, its concept, goals and visions are firstly described in the theoretical part. The practical part's aim is to name all planning tools and the whole realization of the project My Better Myself 2010. The improvement options and further project orientation are summarized in the conclusion.
Application of management accounting tools in a non-profit organization AIESEC

The thesis is focused on describing and evaluating the use of management accounting tools in AIESEC, focusing on the Prague branch of AIESEC Prague. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the concepts of nonprofit organizations, legal forms and types of financing. The practical part describes the organization AIESEC and its financial management. Outcome of this work are suggestions for improving the financial management of the organization.
Practical example of Leadership

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe the topic of leadership, different ways and approaches how to look at this issue, analyze and identify preconditions to become a good leader. To accomplish this goal I decided to use my three years experience in AIESEC Praha organisation where I had the chance to lead more teams and experience different types of leadership.
Usage of Balanced Scorecard for IS/IT efficiency measurement

This bachelor thesis is concentrating on the possibility of usage of Balanced Scorecard for IS/IT efficiency measurement. Objective of this thesis is to analyse current state of CRM system in AIESEC using BSC and to create list of measures to take to increase efficiency of the measured CRM system. This list of measures is created based on the analysis done using BSC. The thesis is divided to two main chapters. The first chapter is theorethical and its main focus is to describe BSC. It contains the logic with which BSC is being created and also advantages and disadvantages of this method. Important part of this chapter is also theory on IT BSC, which describes modification of standard BSC for purpose of IS/IT system measurement. The end of this chapter is devoted theory on the measures of success in IS/IT. Second chapters od this thesis is practical and is devoted to application of gathered theory in practice. CRM system used by AIESEC is the object of measurement here. The first part of this chapter describes the system and the reality in which the system is being used. Next part contains concrete BSC, which describes functioning of the system. This part was designed in cooperation with AIESEC representatives. Next, the measures of success were set for BSC. This was followed by the measuring of the system.Based on that, concrete data were analysed. This analysis provided the material to suggest set of measures to increase efficiency of CRM system. These measures will be given to AIESEC to apply them to practice to increase efficiency of the system. Theorethical part of the thesis was based on data from expert literature and academic articles. Practical part was based on the theory, consultations with AIESEC representative and users' survey about CRM system.
Analysis of selected processes of student society

The thesis is aimed on the analysis of the selected processes of the student society -- Všehrd. The introductory theoretical part in second chapter is substantial. It compiles the basic institutions and it gives the opportunity to understand the topic even to nonqualified reader. The general principles and the modeling concept, modified for the lack of background for the current process model, are the essential part of this introduction. The third chapter is dedicated to analysis of the present and future of Všehrd. The process models are based on this analysis. The process models -- basic, hierarchy and selected key process -- are fourth chapter of the thesis. In the fifth chapter SW tools for the support of designed process models are discussed. The sixth chapter is dedicated to verification of the process analysis results based on the interview with Všehrd's members. And the designed process models are confronted with the similar student organization AIESEC ČZU in the seventh chapter of the thesis. The purpose of the thesis is to introduce the possibilities of the process modeling to the student organizations and to set the fundamentals for the implementation of designed process models and for the future complex analysis of Všehrd.
Analysis of the selling strategy of non-for-profit organization AIESEC

In the first, theoretical, part of the bachelor thesis, I focused on non-profit and non-for-profit organisations, their characteristics, types and their history. I described strategies of these organizations, communication and fund raising. The practical part deals with the student organization AIESEC. You will get to know its selling strategy, and I analysed changes in the strategy.
The Proposal for Model of Managing of the Project Career Days in Non-profit Organization AIESEC

The goal of this bachelor thesis is a suggestion on suitable way of managing and leading of the project Career Days, which is yearly run by AIESEC Czech Republic. Firstly, the thesis is dedicated to explanation of basic terms of project management, continues to description of NGO, which is its investor and then comes to description of the current way of managing of the project identifying the main errors in it. The second part of the thesis is aimed at creating of proposal for evasion of the errors. There is an outline for creation of vision in the conceptual part of the project, while the vision is aligned to national strategy of AIESEC -- "Vision of 2012 - and even respects global standards, which are required for each AIESEC product. Within the conceptual part, there is also analysis of risk and SWOT analysis created. MS Project 2007 has been implemented for the description of project and time and financial analysis were made.
