An arbitration clause for international commercial arbitration and its impact upon presumed arbitration proceedings
Plánička, Ondřej ; Růžička, Květoslav (advisor) ; Horáček, Vít (referee)
62 International arbitration clause for international commercial arbitration and its impact on the possible following arbitration proceedings The purpose of my thesis is to generally describe and analyze position of the arbitration clause in international business arbitration. Due to the significant prestige of the international arbitration as one of the methods of alternative dispute resolution I found interesting to inspect the impact of the arbitration clause on the possible following arbitration proceedings. Main goal of the thesis is to analyze possible modifications of wording of the arbitration clause in comparison to the alternations of the proceedings. Since the thesis is focused on the international arbitration as the keystone of the governing arbitration rules were considered corresponding parts of the Czech legislation as well as the rules issued by the leading institutions on the field of international arbitration, such as the International Chamber of Commerce or London Court of International Arbitration. Body of the thesis is divided into six chapters going from its very beginning to the end through the drafting process of the arbitration clause. At the beginning are elaborated main principles and essentials of the arbitration clause, such as types of clauses, necessary, recommended and...

Business plan of family agrotouristic farm establishment
Šebková, Veronika ; Malý, Michal (advisor) ; Kateřina, Kateřina (referee)
This thesis deals with the topic of Business plan of family agro-touristic farm establishment. It is divided into six main chapters with several subsections. The main objective of this work is to form a business plan for the introduction of an agrotouristic farm near the town of Tábor. The presented business plan is designed so that it could be implemented in the future. The chapter Theoretical basis discusses the characteristic terms related to entrepreneurship and to business plans. It also specifies the rural tourism and the region of Tábor. This work itself presents information about the particular steps which has to be fulfilled when establishing a business and about the evaluation of internal and external environmental effects. The S-O analysis was suggested and afterwards selected through the SWOT analysis as the optimal strategy for this business plan. The summary of results contains a formed business plan made based on the rules determined by the requirements for a grant in the agriculture. An important part of this chapter is the financial plan. This plan suggests three variants of revenues from the provided services. Option A expects 85% usage of capacity whereas option C assumes only 25%. The middle ground is a variant B with 55% occupancy of beds. Returns period ranges from 12 to 41 months depending on the selected option. Based on the results, this business plan could be recommended for a realization.

Evolutionary Design Using Rewriting Systems
Nétková, Barbora ; Hyrš, Martin (referee) ; Bidlo, Michal (advisor)
This master’s thesis proposes a method for the evolutionary design of rewriting systems. In particular, genetic algorithm will be applied to design rewriting rules for a specific variant of Lindenmayer system. The evolved rules of such grammar will be applied to generate growing sorting networks. Some distinct approaches to the rewriting process and construction of the sorting networks will be investigated. It will be shown that the evolution is able to successfully design rewriting rules for the proposed variants of rewriting processes. The results obtained exhibit abilities to successfully create partially growing sorting networks, which was evolved to grow for fewer inputs and in subsequent iterations grows up to 36 inputs.

The International Art Trade
Kozáková, Kateřina ; Taušer, Josef (advisor) ; Trojanová, Kamila (referee)
The present diploma thesis deals with international art trade. It is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces key market agents and describes briefly the art market history. It also shortly evaluates the current market situation. The second chapter describes major international art trade centers and analyses key market patterns and electronic trading. The third chapter provides overview of regulations and rules at the US, EU, and Chinese art markets. The last chapter compares investment into art with selected other investment options. This chapter includes also a case study concerning Picasso's late works on paper. The theoretical part of the thesis aims to provide comprehensive overview of the international art trade. The objective of the case study is to analyze evolution of a narrowly defined art market segment in a given period and to compare it with the development of global art market and also with the presumptions resulting from the theoretical part. The other objective of the case study is to compare the return on investment of this art market segment with respect to the S&P 500 shares and gold.

Filters with current mirrors
Kotlán, Petr ; Herencsár, Norbert (referee) ; Lattenberg, Ivo (advisor)
A second-order frequency-selection filters with current amplifier design is shortly shown in this bachelor's thesis. An autonomous circuit was modified to be conform with all rules of functionality of filters. A few version of autonomous circuit are shown i this text. The circuits were simulated by a program Microcap expecially transient and AC analysis. The current amplifier was replaced by a current mirror or more precisely by a current inverter. A direct-current and his relations to suplied harmonic signal were investigated. A deformation of a harmonic signal is unwanted. This deformation is ussualy created by the transistors in nonlinear mode. This current have to have special ratio to the alternating-current. A sixth-order filter was created by cascade connection of three second-order blocks. This more intricated circuit is correct. A correct rate of characteristic due for low-pass, high-pass and band-pass was shown thanks AC analysis.

In the bachelor thesis, the drivetrain design of the racing car is solved and described. The competition rules are summarized in the introduction. Then the driving resistances and drivetrain design variants are evaluated, which main objective is to achieve low fuel consumption. The solution is focused on the concept of a planetary gear-shifting hub, in combination with the synchronous belt drive. The Honda GX25 engine with a centrifugal clutch and the driven wheel dimension of 20” is used to drive the design. The design solution is shown at the assembly drawing.

Lexical-semantic Conversions in the Valency Lexicon
Kettnerová, Václava ; Lopatková, Markéta (advisor) ; Panevová, Jarmila (referee) ; Karlík, Petr (referee)
In this thesis, we provide an adequate lexicographic representation of lexical-semantic conversion. Under the term lexical-semantic conversion, the relation between semantically similar syntactic structures which are based on separate lexical units of the same verb lexeme is understood. These relations are associated with various changes in valency structure of verbs - they may involve a number of valency complementations, their type, obligatoriness as well as morphemic forms. These changes arise from differences in the mapping of situational participants onto valency complementations. On the basis of semantic and syntactic analysis of two types of Czech lexical- semantic conversions, the locative conversion and the conversion Bearer of action-Location, we propose to represent lexical units creating syntactic variants in the relation of lexical semantic conversion by separate valency frames stored in the data component of the lexicon. The special attribute -conv whose value is a type of lexical-semantic conversion is assigned to relevant valency frames. Then the rule component of the lexicon consists of general rules determining changes in the correspondence between situational participants and valency complementations. This proposal is primarily designed for the valency lexicon of Czech verbs, VALLEX....
