Czech television "Silvester" - changes in 1978-1998

This thesis The Czech Television "Silvester"(New Year's Eve)- Changes in 1978-1998 is mainly concerned with the Czech television entertainment. In this work has been studied by one of its products- the TV New Year's Eve (the "Silvester"). Using archival materials were the selected programs described and analyzed. Furthermore, the selected years were supplemented by reviews from newspapers. The first part deals with the development of television entertainment, especially in the Czech environment. However, there is described the term "fun" or insight into the beginnings of television in the context of television entertainment. This work also deals with the concept of "cult television New Year's Eve" and the way to the emergence of the traditional New Year's shows. There is also a more thorough look at the important personality of the Czech television New Year's Eve, Vladimir Menšík. The Years 1978, 1983, 1988 and 1993 are described only in terms of Česká and Československá televize, in the last analysis in the 1998 is extended on New Year's analysis of the TV Nova and Prima TV program. The main objective of this thesis is creation of a business plan for creation of the company Bolesti Zad, Ltd. The theoretical part is focused on outlining of main concepts of this issue, determination of structure and requirements of the business plan. Specific plan for creation of the company will be prepared in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part will also present analysis of the current status of the company. Based on results of the analyses, this paper presents required measures for overall development of the company.

This Master's thesis is focused on business plan for creation of a gastronomic portal. Thesis describes whole project from the very beginning – creation of an e-shop, over customer acquisition and upgrades of the portal in order to have complete internet portal, which will assure customer care for all gastronomic subjects. The thesis consists out of two major parts, theory and practical part. Used metods and terms are described in first part. Practical part benefits from strategic analysis and describes solution of given problem.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to process a business plan for establishing a company Health Life Inc., which be engaged in salt cave. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is focused on a theoretical interpretation of basic terms, which related to busi-ness, and structure of business concept. The second part is practical; it deals with pro-cessing the whole necessary information is needed for establishing a specific company. An output of these parts is a created business plan, which helps to find out whether the project for establishing Health Life Inc. is feasible.

This B.A. thesis deals with a business plan describing the formation of a limited liability company. The purpose of the thesis is to draw the business plan of a company dealing with restaurant services, and to analyse whether this project is feasible also from the economical point of view. The theoretical part defines the basic terms of doing business and describes the purpose and structure of a business plan. The practical part focuses on the drawing up of a business plan for a particular company.

Design and typography of Wedding Prints

In this thesis I describe the design of three sets of wedding prints. Every set is created within its own unique visual identity and consists of several different types of prints. In the theoretical part of the thesis I define key terms, analyze the factors influencing the design and I describe the process of creating a publication. In the practical part I design three sets of prints for the bachelor's project GetWed - a company specializing in wedding invitations and prints. Before the design itself I analyze the competition in the field and in the Czech republic. The output is a product with an unique design that respects the rules of publication-creating and meets the requirements of the Czech market.

1 Abstract: Termination of the Existence of a Cooperative and Its Legal Forms The purpose of my thesis is to analyze termination of the existence of a cooperative and its legal forms. The thesis is composed of four chapters. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis as the term cooperative and principles of cooperatives. The chapter is subdivided into two parts. Part One describes cooperatives and relevant Czech legislation. Part two explains principles on which are cooperatives based on. Chapter Two examines the process of termination of a cooperative. The chapter consists of three parts. Part One focuses on the termination of a cooperative. Part Two investigates process of liquidation of a cooperative. Part Three addresses the issue of dissolution of a cooperative. Chapter Three is subdivided into eleven parts and it is focused on the change of legal form of a cooperative. Part One outlines relevant Czech legislation. Part Two looks at principal articles for the change of legal form. Part Three concentrates on the project of the transformation. Part Four describes approval of the transformation. Theoretical part is devoted to the summary of basic topics and ground rules being used to form an eterpreneurial plan. Practical part summarises particular financial project, which includes financial plans for the next five years and a brief financial analysis.

The project of job agency for the group AGROFERT

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the Czech labor market and assess whether there is manpower for the group AGROFERT. Furthermore to analyze foreign markets and identify potential foreign workers. Based on the analysis and theoretical knowledge of agency employment to assess whether an internal labor agency for the group AGROFERT would help solve the current problem - a shortage of workers. The thesis is divided into 2 parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines basic background of labor markets and an explanation of key concepts in the issue of agency employment and employment of foreign nationals. The conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis and proposals of measures that could improve the current situation.
