Survey of machine lines suitable for harvesting fodder intended for energy purposes.

This thesis is focused on making a survey of lines for harvesting forage and straw intended for energy purposes. Furthermore, this thesis is focused on making a survey of machinery lines for the production of molded fuel for primary agricultural enterprises. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on biomass derived from fields and meadows, ways of its processing and subsequent use. Composition of each line, the purpose of each machine of machinery line and the construction process of these machines is described further in this section. In the practical part a description of specific lines, technical parameters of each machine of machinery line, their investment costs and payback period are outlined.

Development of selected tourism services in Pardubice Region

The aim of the thesis "Development of selected tourism services in Pardubice Region" was to analyze the current supply of tourism services with an emphasis on accommodation services and gastronomy in the Pardubice region. An essential part of the work was a literary review, which clarifies to the readers the issue being addressed and the technical terms in the field of tourism and tourism services. For a purpose of creating a literary search was studied literature related to the field and data from the Internet sources. Subsequently, statistical data related to basic information about the Pardubice region and its tourism were used and processed. Analysis of the accommodation offers and gastronomy services in the Pardubice region was conducted through a questionnaire survey handled to managers and customers of the accommodation facilities as well as using mystery shopping carried out in selected restaurants. The conclusions drawn from the analysis of services served as a tool for finding the appropriate recommendations that would lead to improvement of services offered and the future development of the tourist region.

Analýza mechanické funkce kořenového systému

This thesis deals with the analysis of the root system and is focused on its mechanic or more precisely fixation function. The point of concern is non-destructive testing which is used in practical arboriculture for assessment of tree resistance against uprooting. The thesis analyses this method using the actual testing and data processing. New pieces of knowledge are brought out in this thesis. It provides an alternative for data processing and discusses the possible usage of the information obtained during of the investigations of tree resistance against uprooting.

Contribution of Romany language and pedagogic assistants to Romany pupils of primary schools

Diploma thesis discusses the contribution of the Romani language and the importance of teacher's assistants for Roma pupils in primary schools. It characterizes the Romani language, its origins, dialects and grammar, describes speech education of Roma children in the family, bilingualism of Roma. Diploma thesis points to the language barrier of Roma pupils and a conceptual world of pupils entering first grade of primary school. It suggests how to use the Roma language to strengthen the confidence of pupils and provides appropriate literature for Roma pupils in primary schools. Diploma thesis also writes about the development features an assistant teacher at an elementary school, his responsibilities and the criteria to be fulfilled on his education. The practical part of the work tracks how Roma pupils at primary school on Havlíčkově náměstí in Czech Republic dominated Romani language and how do they relate to it. Choice of the optimal heating system for particular municipal office

The current trends in sources of heat designed for heating the houses are influenced by the consequences, that interfere in the decision making process from the professional point of view (the advisory activity by the expert) as well as from non-professional point of view (the owner or the operator of the house, usually represented by one person).
The aim of this thesis is to find the optimal method, that is supposed to secure disinterested decision making, that will be minimally influenced by the subjective experience, customs and also by the advice given by the friends of the decision maker. The thesis concerns the town hall, that will be insulated in the future. Therefore it is eligible to propose to change the heating source, as the current one will be redundant, once the insulation is done. Using the old heating system would be uneconomical. The current heating source is the gas boiler JUNKERS CERAPUR. The energy (heat) loss of the town hall building will be lowered by 50 % once the insulation is done.

Analysis of visit rate caves

The study aims to provide the visit rate analysis of the accessible caves in the Czech Republic. The study evaluates and parses the visit rate from time and other indicators point of view. One of the targets is also to judge, whether the reconstruction of the caves influences the visit rate.

T cells labelling by bimodal contrast agent for in vivo studies of stroke

Stroke is a serious brain injury, which causes sudden death or terminates in permanent neurological disability. Nowadays, tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) is used as the only effective treatment of stroke. One of the potential targets for novel therapy are T cells. Even though the explicit role of T cells in the pathogenesis of brain injury, amounts and timing of all T cell subtypes infiltrating into brain during the stroke still needs further investigation. The research in this field is complicated by the lack of efficient methods for in vivo cell tracking. Therefore the aim of this thesis was to develop a method of T cells labelling by MRI contrast agent in order to investigate T cells distribution in ischemic mice model using in vivo MR imaging. T cells were isolated from C57/BL6 mice in two step isolation protocol using gradient centrifugation and magnetic separation with the efficiency of 97 %. The isolated cells were labelled with 100 μg Fe/mL of Molday ION Rhodamine B contrast agent. The labelling efficiency after 17 hours of cells incubation was higher than 99 %. The labelled cells were cultured with CD3 and CD28 antibodies resulting into the 74 % viability of labelled T cells compared to 83 % viability of non labelled T cells. The subject of this thesis is the documentation for construction of kindergarten in Pacov. The building is designed like two-storey wall system from ceramic hollow blocks and ceiling construction is of prestressed ceiling panels. There are four departments, each for 20 children, social hall, kitchen, technical and administrative facilities. The roof is designed as warm flat roof. The building is equipped with ventilated facade from colored aluminum fins. To ensure a healthy environment is designed mechanical ventilation.

Clinic for infectious diseases

In this thesis, we address the petition of new infectious clinic at the documentation for construction. Location the building is designed in the northern outskirts of Šumperk. The building is an irregular shape with 3 storeys with 1 basement. Developed building area is 1180,08 m2. The building is a movement divided into three parts, and to: object A- communication area for meals, object B- children's department, object C- building department for adults. The supporting structure is made of masonry materials. Ventilated facade to the building is from the outside, lined with stone lining- slate / wood lining- Siberian larch. Draft internal layout reflects the requirements of standards for hospital then submitted demands to avoid danger to persons health due to the occurrence of infectious diseases. The thesis also includes two special projects: Design of reinforced concrete slabs petition air conditioning. Projects are handled over selected parts of the Clinic of Infectious Diseases.

Autodestructive behavior in childhood and adolescency

The theme of my work is self-destructive behavior in children and adolescents. Fascinating and frightening manifestation of human aggression, the object its violence is an individual himself. It is a phenomenon with a wide expressions that can be found both in different categories of mental disorders, as well as in the form of socially tolerated. Sometimes it is difficult to find the boundary between autodestruktivním pathological behavior and the fact that the cultural and religious character. This work focuses on abnormal manifestations autodestruktivního behavior. There are a number of approaches, which is we can seize. Some take into account the motivation level of other physical damage or method of execution. The autodestruktivitu can also be seen positions from different disciplines. Not only psychiatry, but also philosophy, sociology and especially psychology provides us with tools for deeper understanding.
