This diploma thesis investigates the topic of Unemployment in Ústecky region. Diploma thesis is divided into two parts and it is the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is dedicated to a definition of a labour market, economic models of a labour market, types and impacts unemployment and employment policy. The practical part includes charakteristics the Ustecky region and then defines supply in the labour market. Supply is defined through analyses of the demografic trends, structure of the unemployed labour force, risk groups, graduates and their unemployment. Demand on the labour market is defined by the bussinesses, major employers, major businesses and job structures.

NÁZEVPRÁCE Analýza přechodové fáze (útok- obrana) u družstev NBA. Analysis oftransitional phase (offense - defence) in NBA teams. CÍLE PRÁCE Cílem našeho výzkumu bude potvrdit, nebo vyvrátit domněnku o způsobu přístupu jednotlivých týmu k řešení přechodové fáze. Zda opravdu došlo ke zrychlení hry, zda se družstva snaží hrát rychlé protiútoky a zda dochází ke zkracování doby strávené v útočné fázi. Ke svému pozorování jsme si vybrali zápasy ze zámořské NBA, konkrétně z play-of sezóny 2004/2005. METODY VÝZKUMU Jako hlavní metodu jsme zvolili přímé pozorování na základě videozáznamů. Prováděli jsme tzv. empirický výzkum, tedy výzkum na základě něčeho, co je smysly poznatelné. Naměřené výsledky jsme vyhodnotili na základě jednoduchých statistických metod. V našem výzkumu jsme se soustředili jen na rozbor videozáznamů z utkání americké NBA. Pozorovanou skupinu tvořila náhodně vybraná utkání v nadstavbové části (tzv.play-off). VÝSLEDKY Osvětlují některé stránky přechodové fáze a přesně poukazují na příčiny,které vedou mužstva k uplatňování jednotlivých taktických a technických dovedností. New trends in international commercial arbitration

This thesis deals with the latest trends in international commercial arbitration. Specifically, it focuses on transparency in international investment arbitration and third-party funding in international commercial arbitration. The objective of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive interpretation of a gradual development of these trends and to also give potential Czech readers an idea about present hot topics in international arbitration coming mostly from foreign sources of bibliography. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter dedicates itself to defining arbitration in the context of various dispute resolution methods and provides its basic comparison to international arbitration. At the same time, it offers an insight into the advantages and disadvantages of this type of dispute resolution and it discusses the principles of confidentiality and privacy of arbitration proceedings. The second chapter is divided into two main parts. The first one is focused on defining key terms of the specific area of international investment arbitration, including different regimes of treatment of international investments in order to protect them. Czech non-governmental organisations and EU climate change policy

The thesis aims to analyse the relations of non-governmental organisations towards the European integration process, which creates an additional platform for their interest representation. This case study focuses on how Czech non-profit organisations, which are dealing in long term with the topic of climate change, try to use the instruments and channels available at the EU level to promote their idea of the 2030 Climate and Energy Framework targets and how the EU climate action policy translates to their understanding of the topic. The thesis is based on the Europeanization theory that assumes that non-state actors are adjusting their behaviour to the existence of another platform of decision making and interest representation. I, therefore, assume, that the selected sample of Czech ecological NGOs tries to actively use the opportunity to participate in the EU decision making - especially because a climate policy is decided mostly at the EU level and therefore the outcomes, such as the 2030 Framework, present another tool to achieve change in the climate policy of the Czech Republic. The theme of this thesis "Analysis of medicine policy reform in Slovakia" is an analysis of current legislation in the field and the impact of changes to the citizen. The objective of the work to bring changes that have occurred and their impact on citizens. At work I use a content analysis of the legislation, literature and confirm it on the opinions of experts and laypersons to the topic. basis of the work is analysis of statistical data, analysis of changes in the cost of a model citizen questionnaire and analysis of public opinion on drug policy. The conclusion of this work is to evaluate the impact of changes in drug policy.

Název v angličtině: ANALYSIS OF RYTHMIC UNIT IN SHORT HURDLES RACES Cíle práce: Cílem naší diplomové práce je rozbor a vysledování změn v jednotlivých rytmických jednotkách u mužů a u žen v různých výkonnostních kategoriích v krátkém překážkovém běhu: běh na 60 m překážek mužů a žen, llOm překážek mužů a 1OOm překážek žen. Metoda: Na databázi rytmických jednotek získaných od firmy CASRI použijeme metodu statistickou. SOUHRN Název: Arteterapie s dětmi s těžkými poruchami chování Title: Artetherapy with children with difficult bebehavioral disturbance Cíle : Cílem diplomové práce je aplikovat arteterapeutické techniky při práci s dětmi s poruchami chování a zjistit zda došlo ke splnění daných hypotéz. Hypotézy : 1. uvolnění komunikačních bariér,vyjádření emocí 2. optimalizaci sebehodnocení, tím také vztahů s vrstevníky 3. odklon od nežádoucích projevů chování 4. u pasivních klientů zvýšení aktivity Metody : Diplomová práce používá jak teoretického rozboru východisek, tak praktického ověření této metody. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy a metody arteterapie, poruch chování a důsledky v kresebném projevu dětí. Dále je zde podán přehled možných příčin vzniku poruch chování. Vpraktické části jsem se především zaměřila na rozbor výtvarné práce dětí. Projekt jsem provedla na základě aplikace jednotlivých technik a subjektivního ohodnocení chování dětí v průběhu provádění technik. Praktická část ve svém úvodu konkretizuje prostředí ze kterého děti pocházejí a podrobnější anamnézy šesti dětí, se kterými jsem delší čas pracovala a získala od nich velké množství nádherných prací. Název: Analýza komunikačního mixu SAZKA ARENY a jeho vlivu na zákazníky Name: Analysis of SAZKA ARENA Communication Mix and Its Intluence on Customers Cíle práce: Rozbor komunikačního mixu SAZKA ARENY, poznání činností s tím souvisejících a zhodnocení a stanovení návrhů, které by mohly přinést vyšší efektivitu komunikačního mixu. Metoda: V této práci byla nejdříve použita metoda analýzy STEP k rozboru vlivu faktorů jednotlivých segmentů globálního prostředí na SAZKA ARENU a k pochopení dalších souvislostí rozebíraných v následné SWOT analýze a popisné analýze komunikačního mixu. Dotazník v závěru přináší údaje o reálném vnímání některých nástrojů komunikačního mixu, na základě kterých lze doplnit doporučení k popisné analýze. Výsledky: Přibližují problematiku jednotlivých používaných nástrojů komunikačního mixu SAZKA ARENY, hodnotí jejich působení na zákazníky či potencionální zákazníky a přináší doporučení na další možné kroky v jejich rozšíření a zefektivnění. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part aims to introduce Nietzsche´s interesting life because his philosophical ideas are associated with the important events of his life. The following chapter, which is divided into several etaps, is about Nietzsche´s work. The second part presents the interpretation of concepts about human (this is one of the main themes of Nietzsche´s works) and {\clqq}übermensch`` of Nietzsche. This part includes introduction of this concepts, their analyze and correction of some myths.

Consequences of the Action "Clean hands" and "Revolution of judges" on the Stuggle against Corruption in Italy

The goal of this work is to give a comprehensive picture of the evolution and nature of corruption in Italy in the post-war period and closer to the action "Clean hands" and "Revolution of judges" as an example of anti-corruption efforts. These actions, aimed against political corruption, caused the principal changes of the political system in Italy in the beginning of 1992 (end of the so-called First Republic). Attention is paid to the problem of corruption in its theoretical plane, as well as the analysis of corruption in Italy, including the identification of factors causing corruption particularly in post-war period. These causes may be find in the nature of politics party system or a large-scale of organized crime etc. The main issue of this work is to find an answer on the question what where the results of the actions "Clean hands" and "Revolution of judges" and its effect on corruption in Italy. Furthermore, whether "revolutionary" events and subsequent changes of the political system caused strengthening of anti-corruption policy in Italy. Further what specific steps have been taken against corruption and what are the successes or failures of these events.
