Despite the definition of critical spheres in the life of man influenced by such turbulent changes passes work on the analysis of indidvidual integration into surrounding reality, and finally gets to the very creation of ethical standards, their sources and search capabilities to the positive changes in this field.

The globalization and the function of international organizations

The first chapter of the thesis deals with the theme of the globalization, its development, causes of origin, displays and impacts. Chapter two deals with the International Monetary Fund, its function and its position in the world economy. The third chapter is devoted to the Group of the World Bank, the activity of its particular institutions and the function of this organization. The last chapter deals with the World Trade Organization, its history and its up-to-date activity.

The Diploma thesis deals with two different banking systems. The first and second chapter have theoretical character and talk about marketing in services and changes in today's global banking world.The third chapter gains both from theoretical and practical knowledge and describes banking system in Czech republic and USA. The most important chapters are the 4th, 5th and 6th. They include bank services analyse, fee politics, type of distribution, and communication with clients. The result is mostly in comparison of the value and convenience for the client.

Effects of MNC on the Czech market

My thesis concentrates on a specific Czech company, owned by a foreign multinational corporation and its effects on the Czech market. The name of the company is Eurest, Ltd., its owner is a british company Compass Group PLC. The thesis is dividend into two main parts. First, theoretical, deals with globalization, FDI and multinational corporations in general. The second, practical part is focused on the description of the company's activities, offered products and services and the internal affairs. This thesis also describes relationships with customers, suppliers and other important subjects involved in business with Eurest. It also describes and analyzes particular effects and indicators it has had on the Chech market over the period from 2002 to 2007. The future plans of the company are also described.
