Analysis and design of use of brownfield: a former transport centre in Brno
Blažek, Petr ; Martincová, Jana Victoria (referee) ; Šmahel, Milan (advisor)
The master thesis deals about actual issue of sustainable devolvement of land with connection to brownfields sites. First aim of thesis is analyse concrete brownfiled in Brno city. Second aim is economically evaluate different variant and options of using buildings. For correct design was necessary make analysis of real estate market, architecture as well as local needs Housing and commercial area, also park and parking area are included to each variant of design, according to land use plan. Risks and way of distribution (sale/rent) are included to economical evaluation. Results show most rentable variant is use building as 40 % for commercial area and 60 % for housing for each building. However, this option is unfavourable at the beginning, in the future brings most amount of gain for shareholder.
A Study Comparing the Risks of a Business Entity in Terms of Quality
Bojdová, Kateřina ; Šperka, Václav (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on the description of the emportance of quality in the early stages of production and on proposal of limitation of the risks of formations of defects which can set in during the actual situation in ZKL-Výzkum a vývoj, a.s. company. The main product of this company are rolling bearings. I am going to use construction anlysis FMEA to find out where can the risks be most probable and evaluate if those risks can be prevented and how. The main part of my thesis is already mentioned FMEA analysis and proposal of prospective risks.
On-line marketing applications in the construction industry
Krupík, Pavel ; Hanák, Tomáš (referee) ; Dohnal, Radek (advisor)
In this diploma thesis, I first theoretically dealt with marketing, marketing services and the most used terms of internet marketing. Furthermore, the process of formation and use of corporate budgeting and business development opportunities, which included analysis of the marketing environment, evaluating existing activities and determining their values, goals and values, and an action plan. In the second part I applied it all to the REAL SPEKTRUM, a.s. including selected analysis and evaluation of existing activities, setting goals and designing actions plans.
The Riding Hall in Český Těšín
Junková, Karolina ; Barnat, Jan (referee) ; Šmak, Milan (advisor)
The subject of my diploma thesis is to design timber and steel variants of riding hall. For static assessment was chosen timber. The hall is a one nave building. The dimensions of ground plans is 35,0 m x 75,0 m and the hall is 11.70 meters high. The load-bearing was formed by a curved glue laminated timber trusses. The building is located in Český Těšín, climate loads are designed for the area. The calculation were made in accordance with the Czech technical norms ČSN EN.
Acceleration of HTTTP Traffic Analysis
Budiský, Jakub ; Martínek, Tomáš (referee) ; Kořenek, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis addresses hardware accelerated analysis of HTTP, the most used protocol on the Internet. The goal is to extract substantial information from the HTTP headers and to achieve throughput needed for monitoring high-speed networks. The C language is used to create a software implementation which is then optimized for parallel environment and transformed into a hardware architecture using High Level Synthesis. Both solutions, software and hardware one, are tested on real traffic samples and their throughput is measured. Achieved results are discussed and new solution is proposed on their basis.
The quality of electric energy in a low voltage public supply networks
Macoszek, Pavel ; Šlezingr, Jan (referee) ; Bok, Jaromír (advisor)
This thesis contains four main chapters, which describe qualitative parameters of supply voltage and measurement and analysis received information. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. Characteristics of low voltage are described in the first chapter. Next chapter describes disturbing events, which have influence on quality supply voltage, reasons for their occurrence spreading in network, eventually arrangement leading to the disappearance of disturbing events on other electric appliances in network. Last theoretical chapter describes measuring instruments of supply voltage. The purpose of these theoretical parts is to introduce the reader into supply voltage quality issues and can be used for preparation of measurement and evaluation of acquired data under norm ČSN EN 50160 (Voltage characteristic of electricity supplied by public distribution systems). An analysis of real network is the last part of this thesis. There is applied acquired knowledge with the aim of analysis of real states of qualitative parameters of supply voltage in network.
Analysis and Visualization of NC Code
Konečný, Michal ; Čermák, Martin (referee) ; Koutný, Jiří (advisor)
This project deals with NC tooling visualization and NC code analysis problems. Implementation`s solutions for tooling`s techniques and tools are described in the project . Here visualization`s solution of the tooling`s proces are described, for this OpenGL library si used. In this work problems, we encoutered during work on this project, are analyzed.

NNTP Protocol Analysis and Implementation
Tomaga, Jakub ; Peringer, Petr (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with NNTP protocol analysis and implementation. The thesis describes the protocol itself, it's security treats and discusses the need for computer virus checking of the client-server communication. The main part of the thesis deals with the protocol parser implementation. An example of the practical usage of the implemented library is a part of anti-virus software, where the parser would be mainly used as a tool for capturing the communication. The whole library is implemented in C++.
