The thesis analyses foreign market entry prospects for product line TATRATEA. Its trademark is owned by the company Karloff Ltd.. To pursue the main goal, the thesis suggests the use of project management methodology. This helps to achieve a better control over the deliverables, time and resources. The critical part of thesis consists of analysis of Canadian market where an interest in the product line has arisen and of pre-project preparation.
Analysis of marketing strategy of the company Jamex s.r.o. on Slovak market

This bachelor thesis deals with the marketing strategy of Slovak company JAMEX s.r.o., which is a seller and producer of metallurgical material and reinforcing steel. The aim of the thesis is to analyse current marketing strategy of the company, create situational analysis, SWOT analysis and describe its marketing mix. The obtained data helps to suggest improvements and decide what measures should be taken in order to strengthen the position on the market. Furthermore, the last part of the thesis analyses the Czech market as an opportunity for the company to expand in foreign country and specifies the main advantages and disadvantages it may be facing on the new market.
Analysis of the entrance of Kupred Ltd. Co. to the Indonesian market

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the entrance of Kupred Ltd. Co. to the Indonesian market, based on the analysis of the current situation on the market, if there are any barriers to entry and the overall recommendation or deny to entry the Indonesian market on the basis of disadvantages for company of this set up process. The first part is focused on the theory of entrance into foreign markets. The second chapter evaluates the situation of the Indonesian market in several areas, then the company is presented and its business activities. At the end, analyzes are summarized and evaluated on which are made recommendations for the company.

The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the possible forms of entry on foreign markets. Various inputs are compared according to an advantages and disadvantages. Diploma thesis is focused on trading with West Africa, particularly with Nigeria. Therefore I will bring the importance of the process of discussions and negotiations with respect to awareness of differences in cultural aspects of the negotiations and contracts. In conclusion, I refer to the establishment of a specific joint venture in Nigeria. Any input options on the international market are assessed in the context of trade in goods.

The thesis analyses the conditions of entry of the company ALTA Invest, a.s. to the Russian market and, using the generalization method, provides insight to Czech companies as to how they themselves can enter foreign markets. In the theoretical part, attention is given to the mapping of institutional support and various forms of entry into foreign markets. In the practical part, the company ALTA Invest, a.s., one of the most important Czech manufacturing engineering companies which are active in the Eastern markets, is characterized and a SWOT analysis of the Russian market is carried out.

There is also analysis the legislation, both in terms of international, community as well as national law . Great attention is paid to the person of commercial agent, his rights and obligations, as well as the demands on him and his selection criteria. In the conclusion of the thesis are already mentioned cases decided by the Court of Justice of the EU, which relate to issues of agency. The objective of the work is to assess the possible variants acquisition of foreign markets, especially the agency and its comprehensive evaluation including all of its other attributes.

This work focuses on the process of internationalizing business activities. Different aspects of entering a foreign market based on various internationalization models, theoretical approaches are described and the possible forms of internationalization and their positives and negatives are discussed. Internationalization theories are further applied to a French manufacturer of security gates and fences for firms and households - Dirickx Groupe. The company is introduced in terms of business activities and geographic scope. The aim of the work is to describe internationalization motives and the internationalization process of the Dirickx Groupe company and verify the theories' validity. It also focuses on the firm's activities on the Czech market and it's relation to the market in Poland. There is a SWOT analysis and recommendations for the firm's future activities presented as well.

Diploma thesis Business model of Internet platform and its implementation offers specific recommendations while establishing a business model of an Internet platform, based on social network Twitter. The first part focuses on theoretical approaches to platform creation, business model creation and strategy of foreign market penetration. In the second part steps for implementation of a specific platform- influento are analysed. The final part gives synthesis of knowledge aquiered in both theoretical and practical part and contains step by step recommendation for implementation. It suggests time and financial savings suggestions as well as alternatives to business model usage.

E- zone Technologies is a Slovakia based company which dedicates to the development of Internet applications. Given its previous experience dealing with Czech clients, the company has decided to expand its services to Czech Republic. The main goal of the present thesis is to design a proper business and marketing strategy for the company's introduction into the Czech market. To achieve the purpose, the PEST analysis, the micro-analysis and the SWOT analysis has been determined. The analysis have revealed the opportunities and the risks that the Czech market presents. Based on the results of the analysis, a suitable marketing strategy as well as a marketing mix plan and communication approach have been designed.
