Heterogeneous Connectivity of Mobile Devices in 5G Wireless Systems
Navzdory nepochybnému pokroku v rámci navržených komunikačních řešení postrádají mobilní sítě nastupující generace dostatečnou šířku pásma a to hlavně kvůli neefektivnímu využívání rádiového spektra. Vědecký přínos dosažených výsledků dokazuje fakt, že některé z principů představených v této disertační práci byly zahrnuty do celosvětově uznávaného standardu (specifikace) 3GPP Release 12.
Trends in Enterprise Information Systems with Emphasis on CRM Systems
Barták, Miloš ; Lipková, Helena (advisor) ; Dvořák, Jan (referee)
The intention of this master thesis is the presentation of the selected trends in CRM information systems. The opening part is aimed at management of customer relationships, which are analysed in terms of marketing and ICT technologies. This part also introduces the readers to the architecture of CRM information systems and to possible ways of implementing of these solutions. Moreover, it presents some vendors of CRM solutions that are leaders on the market. The following part is solely focused on the trends in CRM information systems. These trends are primarily related to cloud computing, social CRM and the internet of things. The next part of this thesis applies the findings from the previous chapters in a practical way. It deals with a creation of the request for a new CRM solution in an actual company from SME segment. The introduction of this chapter presents the chosen enterprise and analyses the current state of CRM and ICT in this company. The next part defines expected goals and the main requirements for a new CRM solution in the company. The conclusion of this part is focused on the choice of suitable vendors who will be asked for proposal and the evaluation criteria of the bid. The outputs of this master thesis will serve as a basis for the preparation of an actual request for proposal of a new...
Privacy issues of the Internet of Things
Mašek, Martin ; Bureš, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kofroň, Jan (referee)
More and more devices and sensors are around us in today's world. There is an increasing tendency to connect devices and sensors to the Internet. We call such network the Internet of Things. As the cost of computing power continues to decrease, data collection and analysis becomes cheaper. Thus, we are able to get much better insight into different domains. This could be a problem in commercial sector, where we do not want to compromise proprietary know how or data. Especially big concerns are around personal data. We can now analyse behavior of people or get access to personal information such as health or spending patterns. This thesis addresses these privacy issues. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
System for Remote Monitoring of Beer Brewing Process
Klíma, Oldřich ; Komosný, Dan (referee) ; Hošek, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis is focused on problematics of remote monitoring and process control system for homebrewing, that are based on open source software. In the first chapter there is an introduction into beer brewing processes and the differences between industrial, small and home brewery is described. In the next chapter there are some informations about Internet of Things and suitable embedded platform is choosen. One of the compared software solution will be instaleand on this platform. The procedure of implementation is described in the next parts and thesis is then focusing on changes in the program of backend server application. These changes are imrpoving stability of whole system and they are adding support for wireless communication with controlled switches and sensors. The last part of this thesis introduces reader into set up and controll process of the software sollution.

Solar pool heater
Jablončík, Lukáš ; Chladil, Ladislav (referee) ; Šteffan, Pavel (advisor)
The master´s thesis deals with the design of the solar heating regulator of the swimming pool. The basis was to study the available solutions for the solar pool controllers, to define the requirements, to design the concept and the block diagram of the own thermostat. The thesis also provides a description of several for the Internet of Things. The most suitable is used to control the thermostat. The resulting thermostat regulates two power outputs for filtration and the pump, it can be set using the keyboard and graphic display. At the end of the work is practically verified functionality on the model and on the real pool with solar heating.
