Countryside Phenomenon of New Wilderness
Skálová, Michaela ; Sádlo, Jiří (advisor) ; Matoušek, Václav (referee)
Existence of the so called "new wilderness" in the Czech as well as in the European cultural landscape definitely presents an interesting discussion topic. This diploma thesis aims for describing suburbial environment as a new type of landscape, its structure, dynamics and landscape memory. Three localities in the area of Prague were chosen as subject of the research, which were described mainly with the focus on biological components and results of interactions between man and nature. Special attention was paid to the segments of landscape with a secondarily weakened human influence, which were named "new wilderness". Such places were assessed from the point of view of the present state, possibilities of further development and use of components of landscape memory. The main studied locality was "Podhorí" (cadastral area of Bohnice and partially Troja), where anthropogenic relicts such as terraces, walls, house basements, water sources as well as anthropogenic plantings were surveyed by means of GPS and marked in maps. The map of these anthropogenic elements helped us make comparison with the present state of the locality and achieve a more complex complementary viewpoint, where the subject of interest is nature without the former intensive influence of a man (without a preliminary evaluation, neither...

Filipová, Veronika ; Pauknerová, Monika (advisor) ; Růžička, Květoslav (referee)
Resumé The European enforcement order and the European payment order. For my rigorous thesis I chose the topic, the European enforcement order and the European payment order, which is mainly focused on two regulations : the Regulation (EC) No 805/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 April 2004 creating a European Enforcement Order for uncontested claims (thereafter only as a "REEO") and the Regulation (EC)No 1896/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2006 creating the European order for payment procedure (thereafter only as a "REPO). The rigorous thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is named the General Part and deals with general topics which have a certain relationship with the questions of the thesis. Firstly, I am writing about the enforcement order and the payment order in general. Then, I am writing about the enforcement order and how it has been regulated in a few European member states. I am also mentioning the specialty of national legal arrengments for the European payment order in these few states. The General part also describes main aspects of private international law and European private international law. The component of the General part is also the historical development of the European law. Finally, I am mentioning a general...

Public tender
Balihar, Pavel ; Horáček, Tomáš (referee) ; Plíva, Stanislav (advisor)
65 Veřejná obchodní soutěž Public tender Summary The purpose of my thesis is to analyse public tender, which represents the best way how the potential contractor could conclude to an optimal agreement. The reason why I choose this particular topic is my aim to increase the knowledge about public tender because its usage in business transaction is very rare. My thesis focuses on its law adjustment in Commercial Code. However, the Code devotes its law adjustment relatively few provisions (Sections 281 - 288), public tender is the complicated institute of the law and therefore it is necessary to analyse it closer. The thesis does not set up the goal to find new ideas, but rather critically reviewed the regulation and the legal position of public tender in the Czech law order. The thesis is composed of three chapters; each of them deals with different aspects of public tender. Chapter one deals with trade agreements, because public tender is the specific form of agreement formation. This chapter mentions the distinction between the adjustment in Commercial and Civil Code. Chapter Two examines public tender. It focuses on each relevant part, in which public tender appears. It contains individual statutory provisions about public tender. As well, it deals with the basic problems which public tender may cause. The...

Heinzl, Jan ; Tumis, Stanislav (advisor) ; Kovář, Martin (referee)
The submitted rigorous theses deal with the political-churchly situation in the Central Europe between the years 1945-1956. It describes the position of Vatican after WWII. and also the development of the Vatican's attitude towards the left-wind ideology. It also gives a picture about the position of the Catholic Church in Poland, East Germany, Hungary and Czechoslovakia. It describes the persecution of bishops, clericals, friars, nuns; it describes the intended limitation of the church's influence on the active Catholics too. 111 A special part consists of the analyses of some historical sources which gives a clear picture about the period of the hardest persecution of the Catholic Church in Czechoslovakia, directly in the frontier region Frýdlant v Čechách. Some important elements of the totalitarian system of that period are described: The State office for clerical affairs, the signification of the Church secretary's activities, the Catholic action, the Catholic cleric's persecution and especially the activity of the internment monastery in Hejnice. One of the parts of these theses is also a study about the delivery transportation of monasterial libraries in Czechoslovakia. As an addition to the topic there are 4 interviews with the victims of the persecution given, there are lists with names of the...

General and specific motoric efficiency of students attending sport athletic classes
Najmanová, Kateřina ; Vindušková, Jitka (advisor) ; Vystrčilová, Martina (referee)
Name of work: General and specific motoric efficiency of students attending sport athletic classes The aims of this work were to identify developments of general and specific motoric efficiencies of students attending sport athletic classes between 6th and 9th year, and also to determine differences between efficiencies of boys and girl, as well as the addition of efficiencies in each year. Results of certain tests, by which students of the sport classes had been tested, were used to identify the developments of the motoric efficiencies. The hypothesis, that the specific and general motoric efficiency of the students attending the sport classes rises evenly, were not proved in particular. A large increase in efficiency occurred between 6th and 7th year; however, the additions of efficiencies were individual according to the sex and also the type of the skills. For instance, a distinctive growth of efficiency at the strenght skills appeared in boys from 7th year which confirmed a further hypothesis that the efficinecy of boys increases faster than the efficiency of girl. A wide range of factors can influence this effect, including the beginning of pubescence as well as the related physical and psychological changes in an organism. Key words: athletics, general and specific motoric efficiency, sport...

Heuschneiderová, Anna ; Maitah, Mansoor (advisor) ; Malec, Karel (referee)
Bachelor's work is focused on the problems of unemployment in the Chomutov region. The work is divided into the general theoretical part and my findings. The first part of my work gives definitions of basic terms and distinguishes different types of unemployment and maps out the consequences. Next I have tried to solve unemployment through the employment policy instruments in the labor market. Primarily, my direction of interest in the second part is the development of unemployment in the whole history of Czech Republic up the present day. The basis of the work is the material published on the website of the Czech Statistical Office, Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. The especial attention is focused on unemployment in relation to the history and the geography of the Chomutov region. This region is still one of the major areas of the industry in the north of Bohemia. Some information associated from the region of Chomutov has been derived from the Labour Office of Chomutov and several personal consultations with the local Leader of the Labor market and the Head of consulting and training. The further attention is oriented to the problem solving the tackling against high unemployment throughout the Usti district for several years. There is a possibility of using of active employment policy instruments for example. The main solution is providing retrainings for registered job applicants. My elaboration is supplemented by a series of accompanying charts and tables.

Procedural principles relating to evidence
Křížová, Jana ; Macková, Alena (advisor) ; Pohl, Tomáš (referee)
FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF COMMON PLEA SUMMARY (Resumé) The main topic of the thesis is fundamental principles of common plea. I have chosen the topic, because I am convinced that good orientation in this field of law is an excellent pre-requisite for good performance in all legal professions. The fundamental principles of common plea shall be known by judge leading the procedure, by attorney defending rights of his/her clients and helping them to prove facts of which they would take an advantage, as well as by state prosecutor participating under the setting conditions in the common plea. My thesis is divided into the five parts. The reason for choosing the topic and the main aim of my work has been explained in the first part. The second part is named "The Evidence". For the judgement, the court of justice has to have knowledge about legal issues (iura novit curia) as well as knowledge about facts of the case (those are proved by evidence during the procedure). Proving procedure is a legally entitled procedure which is considered to be essential for the common plea. First, it is necessary to define what has to be proved (the object of prove procedure) and by which means (proper evidence). The next chapter named "Development of the Common plea as a fight for changes of different principles" is dedicated to...
