Marcel Moyse
Reiprich, Oto ; Pivoda, Radomír (advisor) ; Válek, Jiří (referee)
With this bachelor thesis I would like to introduce a remarkable French flutist, pedagogue and an author of worldwide played studies and etudes. In the first paragraphs I describe Moyse's life from the very tough beginnings and a musical childhood through the influence of important flute figures during his studies at the Conservatory of Paris. Furthermore, I concern his career development throughout his activities in Paris or Geneva and a settlement in America and, moreover, his movement during the World War. Last but not least I write about the very famous Masterclass of his. ?Moyse as a teacher? is a topic of the next chapter which represents the flutist's growth as a pedagogue, his way of teaching, the communication with students, and his own view of concrete flute techniques like tone, vibrato, interpretation etc. The next follows a part that is titled ?The Author?, where I describe his most famous collection of etudes and exercises. At the very end I present Moyse as an artist and very exceptional interpreter, I mention also his recordings and his ensemble - The Moyse Trio. All the chapters are completed by quotations of himself, his students, friends and family.

Picritic rocks of the České Střredohoří Mts.
Šnellerová, Zuzana ; Jelínek, Emil (advisor) ; Ulrych, Jaromír (referee)
The first part of the thesis represents a summary of background knowledge about the geology of the České středohoří Mnt. In the second part, picritic rocks were investigated in detail. General aspects of the chemical and mineralogical compositions of this rock type and classification of picrites are discussed. In addition, macro and microscopic characteristics of rocks are included. The results of macroscopic and microscopic investigations indicate that the studied subvulcanic rocks from the České středohoří Mnt. can be characterised as picritic. However, chemical analyses of the rocks did not confirm this conclusion. Only the samples S-39 and S-40 can be disignated as picrites. Although the other samples show similar mineralogical composition, they need to be classified as basic subvulcanites of picritic type due to higher alkali content.

Intraoseal approach - an alternative to peripheral venous entry
TUROŇ, Jiří
The intraoseal approach is an alternative method how to ensure bloodstream in cases when it is difficult or impossible to use venous entry. It is used mostly in children, but it is possible to apply it to adults too. This bachelor?s thesis called ?Intraoseal approach - an alternative to peripheral venous entry? deals with theory of using intraoseal approach in conditions of pre-hospital urgent care. The practical part of this thesis surveys the frequency of using intraoseal implant and screens the knowledge of rescuers working in Salvage and rescue service of Moravian-Silesian district. The method of quantitative research was used to validate the hypothesis. Obtained data were collected by method of anonymous questionaires. These questionaires were distributed to Salvage and rescue service of Moravian-Silesian district, to resorts of Ostrava, Opava, Havířov, Karviná, Krnov, Třinec and Frýdek ? Místek in the concrete. The results of this work showed practical and theoretical knowledge of paramedics of Moravian-Silesian district. Their orientation in the problematics of using alternative venous entry in conditions of pre-hospital urgent care is mostly correct even if there was few wrong answers. Nevertheless the results of research were excellent. These are hypotheses defined ? H1: Paramedics know the process of using intraoseal approach, and H2: The intraoseal approach is used less than venous cannulation in life endangering cases. Both of these hypotheses were verified. The frequency of using this entry is not so high, but I believe it becomes more common with increasing knowledge of rescuers, especially in cases of immediate threat of life with impossibility of using peripheral venous entry.

The first theoretical part deals with all elements around the process of cochlear implantation in the Czech republic. It is a relatively new and difficult subject which develops quickly and brings very important and interesting results. A child with a cochlear implant can be placed into schools for children with severe hearing disorders or mainstream kinds of schools, which gives evidence about how successful a cochlear implantation and a following rehabilitation can be. This is the reason why i am also interested in the subject of elementary education of children with cochlear implants. In the practical part of this thesis, i analyse the situation of placing of pupils with cochlear implants into different types of elementary schools, from the view point of selected factors which have a significant role for the asset of cochlear implants, for the life of the user. I survey the utilisation of cochlear implants by children firom the view point of their school placing.
