Religious situation in Polná between 1880 and 1920 The purpose of this diploma thesis, under the leadership of PhDr. Tomáš Petráček, Ph.D., Th.D. of 163 774 signs, is to analyse the circumstances in the Roman Catholic parish in Polná as well as in Jewish community in this town, relationship of these two religious groups in the period specified above included. It tries to put all documents down concisely about the harmonious coexistence between these two religious groups, the change in the social life among Christians and Jews which happened after the assassination of Anežka Hrůzová in 1899. It also tries to put other reasons down because of which this relationship made worse. The main sources of this diploma thesis are Polná's Chronicles. The most important of them is "Pamětní kniha děkanství polenské od roku 1836." Then "Kniha památny města Polny, díl druhý" and "Pamětní kniha města Polné 1914 - 1934." The diploma thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The first one introduces the history of Polná to us. It tries to describe the town from the historical point of view at the turn of the 19th and the 20th century. Issues of accounting and control at nursery schools

This work deals with accounting nursery schools and the subsequent scrutiny. Also focuses on the importance and status of nursery schools in the network of schools and school facilities. Monitors who may be the founder and the resulting funding opportunities for nursery schools. Lists the various forms in which the nursery school set up in more detail and is concerned with the school legal entity. In the field of accounting is to focus mainly on property and its accounting procedures that are outlined in several examples. More detail is the work focuses on the cash and equity funds. Business environment, commercial customs and cultural specifics of Thailand

This thesis looks into the Business environment, commercial customs and cultural specifics of Thailand. First chapter states general information about the country (geography, history, religion, political situation) and describes specifics of business negotiation. Second chapter deals with the development of macro-economic indicators in the context of global economic crisis, the status of foreign relations and nature of local business environment. The third chapter is dedicated to economic cooperation of Thailand and Czech Republic, maps their bilateral relations on the basis of a questionnaire survey and lists specific experience of Czech companies on the Thai market. The final part of the Thesis includes a SWOT analysis of the Thai business environment in relation to Czech economic subjects.

Primary Prevention of Abuse of Addictive Toxic Substance - in Pilsen

The topic of this bachelor work is the primary drug prevention. The first part of this work - presents definitions of fundamental concepts and terms, further the effectiveness, evaluation and quality standards of preventive programs. The next chapter describes briefly the development of primary prevention in the Czech Republic and there are also listed actual legislative regulations. This is followed by concise epidemiology of drug addictions in Pilsener region from 1997 to 2007. The practical part maps projects of primary prevention of drug abuse - it is shown as a comparison of situations in the year 1997 and the present. Cross-border cooperation as one of the factors of development

The beginning of the work describes problems of the border regions in general. It outlines the opportunities for development of these areas and mentions possibilities that are offered by European Union within the framework of economic and social cohesion. It also briefly mentions the Financial Mechanism of EEA and Norway. Although, the list is not exhaustive, it gives a picture of what options the regions have. Another part of the work is solely dedicated to cross-border cooperation in the Czech-Saxon border area in light of European subsidies. It compares the previous and the current period in terms of objectives, implementation structures and last year also in terms of drawdown. It refers to what potential the Czech-Saxon border area has and -- based on questionnaire survey - tries to determine how the representatives of municipalities in Czech-Saxon border area perceive the cooperation and where they see the major problems.

Choreograhy between intermediality and interactivity

This work defines the term interactive media and explains how it differs from the till now known term “new media”. It leans on the history of technology progression and the theory of new media. For better understanding of how one views new perception, it touches the basics of esthetics. It maps the development of dance visual forms labeled as digital dance and it lists the main pioneers and their methods. In the final part of the thesis, three current artists who use interactive projections in their performances are listed and their work is analyzed.

Pressure loss valves in heating systems

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the hydraulics of heating systems. The aim of the project is a design of the heating and hot water preparation system for an apartment building. The building has 6 above-ground floors and 2 underground floors. Two different options of heating systems were designed, comparison and results are presented in the thesis. In the first case the heat source during the winter season and for water heating, where chosen two gas condensing boilers, situated in separated room on the second underground floor. In the second case, each apartment has its own gas condensing boiler. The experimental part of the project deals with measurements of pressure losses in water armatures used in heating systems. The aim of this part is the determination of coefficients of added resistance for uncontrolled elements, which are normally presented as tabular value. In thesis are presented results for a ball valve, backflow preventer, filter, for slide valve and thermostatic valve. Measurements for thermostatic valve where done with different settings and results are compared with parameters listed in the datasheet.
