Pension and supplementary pension insurance within the pension system in the Czech Republic

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe the development of pension insurance and evaluate influence of pension reform to this market segment. The research was realised on the basis of available data from the annual reports of pension companies, the Ministry of Finance and the Association of Pension Companies. The practical part gives an overview of pension companies in the Czech Republic and it includes analysis of the funds according to selected indicators. It compares number of participants, the volume of property in the funds, productivity, risk, and other indicators, which serve for evaluation of the best pension company. The best pension company was evaluated Conseq PS. The theoretical part characterizes the pension systems, history and current situation of pension system in the Czech Republic, which currently consists of three pillars.

Wireless Communication in Mobile Robotics

This work deals with the fundamental principles of wireless communications in mobile robotics. It introduces overview of the use of different frequency bands for wireless communications needs and control of mobile devices in Czech Republic. It also contains a brief overview of all applicable technologies and available modules that can be used for wireless communication. The theoretical part deals with some of the protocols that were used in the practical part of this work and the manner of wave propagation in buildings. The practical part consisted of a design of our own application to monitor and control the module Mikrotik Routerboard. With this application we have tested and compared two wireless cards of this module.

Zhodnocení kvality ejakulátu vybraných plemen psů

The theoretical part of the thesis on "Evaluation of semen quality selected breeds of dogs", provides a brief summary of available information obtained from literature dealing with dogs reproduction, anatomy male genital tract of the dog and basic laboratory techniques of animal semen analyzes. Practical work was focused on evaluating quantitative and qualitative parameters of ejaculate different breeds of dogs from the kennel Bohemia Alké. Was investigated primarily affect the order of collection, ages, body frame, time of day and length of the sampling collection itself on ejaculate volume, activity concentration, total sperm count and percentage of occurrence patomorfologických defects. Subscriptions ejaculate, macroscopic and microscopic evaluation was conducted in field conditions in the home where the dogs lived. To evaluate the percentage of damaged sperm pathomorphological were made morphological coatings, which were transported to the laboratory department reproduction of farm animals and the Institute of Animal Breeding, Faculty of Agronomy, Mendel University in Brno.

Design of class AB audio power amplifier

his thesis is focused on a proposal of an audio power amplifier of class AB with minimum capacity of 2 x 80 Watt and with a possibility to control the frequency characteristics, volume and balance. An usage of this proposal is wide today. The proposal is designed to be made from common available components. This thesis includes proposal of an acceptable power supply and proposal of an active cooling elements.

Analysis of investments mediated by CzechInvest Agency in the years 1998-2015

The thesis focuses on investments mediated by CzechInvest Agency in the years 1998-2015. By analysis of FDI inflows the work indicates that during the observed period there is no positive development of quantity and volume of FDI as well as change for the high tech investments. In the second part of the thesis by analysing investment incentives data, we can reject the defined hypothesis claiming the positive development of investment incentives during the period. The work does not find the positive impact of investments with public aid on unemployment rate, GDP per capita or gross average monthly wage in regions with the highest unemployment rate. The results mentioned are based on more than just analysis of the observed data, the work also focuses on impact on indirect indicators such as number of newly created jobs, origin of investors, sectors of localization or number of employed people in the regions in the second part of the analytical section of the thesis.

Baby Boom in the Czech Republic – Analysis of Fertility and Natality after 2000

The objective of the thesis is to analyze development of fertility and natality in the Czech Republic after 2000 and also analyze factors that affect number of births. Using this analysis, the question whether in fact baby boom occurred in the Czech Republic or not, is to be answered. The thesis consists of two main parts. First part deals with theoretical issues of fertility and natality trends in the Czech Republic after 1990 and with current trends of Czech family and natality policy. Analysis of specified indicators was prepared based on data available from the Czech Statistical Office and the European Statistical Office. This is focus of second part. In particular, time series of specified indicators appear here. According to their trends, conclusions are given to conclude the thesis. There was a baby boom after 2000 in the Czech Republic. However, this wave was not as strong as it was in a tight post-war years and in 70th in the 20th century. In the Appendix there are source data for time series graphs of specified indicators.

The position of the primary sector in the economy of the Czech Republic

The study deals with the analysis of the primary sector in the Czech Republic (agriculture, forestry and fishing, mining and quarrying), in terms of the performance of selected aspects of competitiveness on the labor market, a significant part of the study is devoted to the analysis of volume indicators . The results are placed within the context of other sectors of the Czech economy . The study is based on available time series, the main data sources are national accounts and agriculture statistics.

Decision-Making Processes in a Sports Organization Tělovýchovná jednota Čechie Dubeč

The object of my bachelor thesis are find suggestions and recommendations in searching new sponsors and simplify decision to solve these problems in Tělovýchovná jednota Čechie Dubeč (hereafter "TJ"). Higher incomes in the sponsorship will create conditions for subsequent development. I deal with decision-making processes related with active attitude regarding to obtain funds for sports organization. During the first interview I founded, that TJ is interested in independent view on their situation. And about my drafts. They can use this drafts at acquisition funds. Own resources which can affect TJ, belongs to members contributions and financial resources from sponsors. Increase of members contributions has limit, but volume of financial resources is unlimited. The volume depends on comunication skills of committee TJ and their effort. I suppose, that volume of revenues in TJ more difficult to ensure than spend. I found (from discussions with representatives of TJ), that costs are approved only after ensure funding and growing faster than the TJ resources. I based especially from available specialist resources and internal materials of TJ in my work. Most informations about TJ was obtained during talks with a committee member and from personal study of TJ.

Vessel segmentation

Title: Vessel segmentation Author: Ján Dupej Department / Institute: Department of Software and Computer Science Education Supervisor of the master thesis: RNDr. Josef Pelikán, KSVI Abstract: In this thesis we researched some of the blood vessed segmentation and visualization techniques currently available for angiography on CT data. We then designed, implemented and tested a system that allows both semi-automatic and automatic vessel segmentation and visualization. For vessel segmantation and tracking we used a region-growing algorithm that we overhauled with several heuristics and combined with centerline detection. We then automated this algorithm by automatic seed generation. The visualization part is accomplished with an adaptation of the well-known straightened CPR method that we enhanced so that it visualizes the whole cross-section of the blood vessel, instead of just one line of it. Furthermore, we used the Bishop frame to maintain minimal twist of the curve-local coordinate system along the whole vessel. Keywords: vessel segmentation, medical data analysis, volume data
