Method: Method of autoanalysis oftwo one- year training cycle in the period ofprofessional training. All analysed data about load capacity are taken from daily training - diary ofthe discus thrower. Results: The special training feature load was two time larger during the first one-year training cycle and, unfortunately, it was not apparent in the peďormance. The training load was minimal in the second one-year training cycle but the performance was 7.5 percent higher. These differences can be explained by psychological and technical maturity. Volfová, Pavla ; Šípek, Jiří (advisor) ; Junková, Vendula (referee)
Pharmacotherapy, Educational Therapy, Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, and other training methods are mentioned most frequently as optimum methods of comprehensive treatment of psychotic patients. In my thesis, I attempt to increase awareness of possible therapy options, and include another approach which has been applied in psychotherapy for many decades, which has been tested by research for its efficiency, but which is also met with scepticism whenever its application in psychotherapy of psychotic disorders is mentioned. In this theoretical account I present assets and limitations of Person Centered Therapy, and prepare grounds for future empirical research which would validate statements proposed in the present study.

Táborská, Silvie ; Mahrová, Andrea (advisor) ; Heller, Jan (referee)
Title Physical activity during hemodialysis and its impact on physical performance at patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Objective: To verify efficiency of exercise training during hemodialysis with emphasis on improvement or preservation ofphysical performance in patients with ESRD. Methods: 13 patients with ESRD on hemodialysis participated in exercise training programme during hemodialysis. Senior Fitness Test (SFT), dynamometry of hands and multifrequency bioimpedance analysis were used to evaluate physical performance before and after 12 weeks of exercise training programme during hemodialysis. 1Onon-exercising patients with ESRD served as a comparsion group. Results: Physical performance in patients participating in exercise programme increased significantly (p<0,05) for SFT (by 16% for chair stand test (p<O,Ol), by 53% for 2-minute step test (p<0,002), by ll % for up-go (p<0,04)) and by 6 % for dynamometry test (p<0,04). No changes in body composition were noted in both groups after 12 weeks. Conclusions: Twelwe weeks of exercise training programme during hemodialysis can improve physical performance at patients with ESRD. Examination of respiratory disorders stereotypes and their effects on the musculoskeletal system PF JU students aged 19 to 25 years
MAREŠ, Martin
The main task of this thesis was an examination of breathing stereotypes on selected students of Pedagogical faculty aged from 19 to 25. The other objective was to develop an intervention programme according to which the selected students participated in six weeks lasting workouts that were focused on breath training with consecutive heightening of their physical efficiency. A method of content analysis was used for analysing literature and a method of content synthesis was used for application of gathered information and for creating the intervention programme. For the examination of breathing stereotypes a muscle dynamometer was used which is able to record a movement dynamics and simultaneously to record a breathing activity dynamics. The vital capacity was measured through a forced expiratory vital capacity (FVC) when also a value of one second exhale was recorded (FEV1). This test was performed in standing upright position on the machine Spirometr Otthon, evaluation was processed in the Thorsoft programme. The study was participated by six students who at first passed out an entrance examination where the main values were defined, then the intervention programme and after the end of it the participants underwent a checking (output) examination. During processing of the thesis it was confirmed that the developed intervention programme, which is based on aerobic exercises and completed with resistance training, has a factual and statistical significant effect on strengthening the respiratory muscles which are activated by the diaphragmatic breathing within resting breathing and deepened breathing. For the determination of the substantive significance the Cohen's d was used, then the paired Student´s t test for dependent samples.
