The bachelor´s thesis is focused on creating a business expansion plan for the joint stock company. The subject matter is to buy a milling machine for production of milled plates including attachments and necessary building modifications. My thesis consists of three parts. The first part describes a theoretical knowledge, the second part is dedicated to an analysis of the current state. The third part is focused on making suggestion. The investment is planned, evaluated and compared with the state when the plates are bought already milled. In addition the thesis includes some accounting and taxation aspects connected with purchaising and financing of fixed asset.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the creation of a business plan for the handmade production of decorative rugs customized to customer's wishes. The theoretical part defines the key aspects of business that are necessary to know for creating the plan. The analytical part analyzes the current market situation, analyzes the competition, and the strengths, weaknesses, possible opportunities, and threats of the business. The work also presents its own proposed solutions, including a financial plan and marketing strategy.

The bachelor’s thesis is focuses on the topic of the appropriate choice of financing business activities in the selected company. The main goal of the bachelor’s thesis is to choose a financing option for the reconstruction of the described cafe. Sub-goals are reconstruction of the bulding, renovation of the interior spaces and change of operational information. The theoretical part describes the necessary information about financing and various situations for analysis in the business. In the practical part, I will use the knowledge from the theoretical part, where i describe the best ways to perform analyzes in the enterprise.

The analytical part is devoted to the description of the current contract process in the company. Furthermore, improvements are proposed to improve the contract flow in the company.

The topic of this master's thesis is the marketing strategy of a selected company, specifically a Czech language school for foreigners. The thesis is divided into three parts, with the first part dedicated to theoretical foundations necessary for a better understanding of the subject matter. The second part introduces the language school itself and includes of its external and internal environment. This part also includes conducting marketing research focused on customer satisfaction. In the final third part of the thesis, specific proposals for improving the marketing strategy of the language school are presented based on the results of the analyses.

TThe bachelor thesis deals with the topic of a business plan for establishing a healthy café in the village Čejč. This plan is developed on a theoretical basis using selected methods of market research, financial plan or investment evaluation, consequently the whole project. Marketing research, including market analysis, was the first to be carried out. The business plan of the practical part includes an introduction to the project, a sophisticated financial plan and its subsequent evaluation by financial analysis. The conclusion is the evaluation of the whole project, whether it will be appropriate to implement the project and how successful it will be.

The theoretical part deals with the introduction of various forms of financing and analysis. The information obtained from the theoretical part is used in the analytical part, where analyzes of the current state of the company are performed. The last part of the proposal deals with individual financing options, their evaluation and compilation of the most suitable proposal.

The bachelor thesis focuses on evaluating the performance of Slovarm a.s. for the period 2016-2020 using financial analysis tools. The work consists of three parts. The first part describes the theoretical concepts, individual methods of financial analysis, which are then used in the work. The second part is a practical part, where the individual indicators are used and with which the financial analysis of the company is performed. The last and third part of the work is focused on proposals that could improve the financial situation of the company.
