V diplomové práci je zkoumán průběh zakázky ve společnosti Dadka Vracov s.r.o., od samotného počátku až po předání zákazníkovi. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou, analytickou a praktickou část. V rámci teoretické části práce jsou objasněny pojmy, které se týkají dané problematiky. Analytická část se věnuje popisu současného průběhu zakázky ve společnosti. Dále jsou navržena zlepšení, která mají za úkol zlepšit průběh zakázky ve společnosti. The thesis deals the course of an order in the company Dadka Vracov s.r.o., from the very beginning to the handover to the customer. The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the concepts related to the subject. The analytical part is devoted to the description of the current contract process in the company. Furthermore, improvements are proposed to improve the contract flow in the company.
