Multipurpose Town House on Křížová Street, Brno

The project deals with the development of a gap site which forms the front line of a street in a city block. The building consists of two parts: in the southern corner a five-storey administrative building with a café and a patio is situated; the second, larger part is a block of flats with a commercial parterre connected with a pedestrain zone. The block of flats is – in accordance with the surrounding built-up area – designed as a house with access galleries, the majority of flats contain two storeys. Parking spaces are provided in the form of two underground storeys accessible from the inner block.
Community House - Rectory

The theme of the dissertation is design of new building of community center with a vicarage. The building is designed as a flat for a vicar, office of a vicar, new rooms for meeting of the churchgoers and new garden. The vicarage is designed near of church. The vicagareis designed in an area, which is prepare for building of cottages. The old vicacare is in old house in the other part of street Kostelní, than is the church. Existing flat for the vicar is unsuitable. Theobject is designed with one or two floors. The object is designed of tree parts: living part – a flat of the vicar and a flat for visitors, a community center – a parish hall and a hygienic rooms, an office part – an office of a the vicar and a clubroom. All parts of building are divide with fiction, design and used materials. The building is designed with a traditional materials as wood, concrete, masonry. The shape of building is designed from three diferent blocks. An parish hall i designed with rectangle layout, in the hall are designed two windows. The north-west corner of hal lis designed higher than other part sof room, because this corner is situated to church. This window is designed with frame in cross shape. The second window is connection between the garden and hall. The external fasade is designed from smooth concrete with links, that are designed in cross kapes. The links are designe as some crosses, that are designed in gold section. The office of vicar is designed with wood arc beams. The external fasade is designed from titanzinc sheets. The fasade is designed as wall and roof. The end fasades are designed from glass walls, because wood beams are a dominant of this part of building. The living part of building is designed with two floors. Th structure is designed with traditional technologies from masonry and concrete or wood slabs.
Solar heating tap water

This bachelor thesis deals with the heating of hot service water by means of solar energy through solar collectors. At the beginning the author describes the most frequent methods for heating of service water in Czech houses with the help of electrical energy, fossil fuel, gas and central heat supply, including the input expenses for buying equipment. The author describes a solar system and his basic elements and suggests two variants with supplement heating by means of electrical energy, which compares with electrical heating of service water. The overall thesis is conceived as a review of possibilities of heating hot service water in households with economical budget at the end of the work.
Multipurpose facility Olomouc

The subject of the project is a new multipurpose facility building in the cadastral area Nová Ulice, the city of Olomouc, district Olomouc. The house is a detached building on Zirmova street follow on Mošnerova street. In this street has a few residential houses, which have affected some of the parameters of the object. In particular, this is the position, number of floors and the size of the balcony. The building has five storey, one under-ground and four above ground. In the basement there are storage facilities and machinery space elevator. In the first floor is designed to place the Café and handicapped-accessible apartment. In the second and third floors are two 3-room and one 2-room apartments and in the last floor are two three-bedroom apartments. On each floor of the Chamber for each apartment can be accessed from the corridor. Furthermore, each apartment has a balcony accessible from the living room. The roof is flat, with aggravating layer of fluvial gravel. Parking is provided in the immediate vicinity of the object in the parking lot.
Multifunctional Building Brno

City multifunctional building is located on the corner of Milady Horákové street and Francouzská street in Brno - Zábrdovice. The building is designed as a compact mass and is completed with triangular cantilevers that are carried by an oblique pillar - it passes of every story of the building. This enabled to create open corner, which generates many vistas. There are public amenities on the first floor - rentable space (accessible through interior passage or exterior), café is designed on the second floor. There is also administration and flats - this is common for second, third and fourth floor, the fifth floor is only flats. There are only plain materials on the building - white plaster, glass façade and vertical gardens near staircases. There are green shading panels too.
Low-floor Apartmen Building

This thesis is focused on designing a simple low-floor apartment building. The chosen land, on which the building schould be standing on, is located in the village Velký Újezd in the vicinity of the city of Olomouc. The structure is designed as an apartment building without a basement, with three above-ground floors and 11 flats. There’s a communal storage part on the 1st floor. The vertical supporting construction are made of Porotherm ceramic blocks, the ceiling structure is made of POT supports and MIAKO ceramic blocks, the roof is saddle shaped with an angle of 12°, its supporting structure is is made of wooden fish girder.
Residential Building - Lesná

The aim of this thesis is to design a new residential building in the locality Brno- Lesná. The building plot stands in the middle of three different urban units. Firstly, Lesna housing estate consisting mainly of eight-floor prefabricated blocks of flats. Secondly, the Divisova colony consisting mainly of low rise houses and two-storey family houses. Lastly, directly linked structure, newly built blocks of flats with terrace north of the building plots. These are seven-story buiding, where the first two floors the garage occupy and the additional five floors are flats. Another important factor affecting the design is the nature of the lot, which slopes to the west, and creates very interesting views of Brno, especially the Spilberk castle and Cathedral Sant Peter and Paul. The design seeks to build on the surrounding buildings and create a transition between the low-rise buildings Divis colony and housing development Lesna and terraced houses. This is achieved by using a gradation of cubic masses from single-storey houses to the five-story residential building. Optimizing of space for each flat or villa house was achieved by rotating the individual, which also ensures the uniqueness of flats and their orientation and views of city centre.
Residential Building - Lesná

The residential building is located in Brno,local part Lesná. The building is designed on a corner place between the streets Dřínová and Tomečkova. The proposal consists of two buildings. Their height arrangement is designed so as to cast a shadow each other or the surrounding buildings. North object exceeds the southern. Mass is based on the efforts to achieve the greatest sunlit room. It is also designed so as to obtain the greatest intimacy on balconies. Balconies also highlight the horizontal breakdown of volume. Residential complex contains thirty different flats floor space and type. The flats are arranged on the axis of north - south, with all habitable rooms are located to the south. In this solution, care was taken and the sunscreening system. It is an outdoor blinds, whose appearance gives the shape of a house. When the proposal was based on the objective of linking objects with the nature of what was to maximize greening space. This helps the inner block, which is used for rest and relaxation. There is also a small cafe designed with outdoor seating. At the same time the grass roof of the smaller objects, when viewed from the upper floors blend into their environment.

The aim of the project is a new multipurpose facility building in the catastral area Skuteč, district Chrudim. The house is a detached, first in new street. The new street is conected with Boženy Němcové street. The nearest development is located at 50m far. The building has for floors, three above-ground and one under-ground. There are garages and flat basements in under-ground. And rooms for living above-ground. There are 13 flats in the building. The roof is flat. The house has an terrace or balcony. They are accessible from living room. The load-bearing construction is frame of reinforced concrete.
Detached House with Wine Cellar

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on solving project documentation detached house with a wine cellar. The building is designed with three floors, partial basement, dissected plan. Part of the roof is flat, second part is pitched and third part is gabled. The building is made of bricks. It is used building systém HELUZ for vertical structures. The ceiling are made of reinforced concrete.
