This diploma thesis looks into farm lands and their trade. The purpose of this thesis is to access the conditions in which the business with estates is happening in our country and make schemes for different types of trades. For each type of the trade in the thesis are added comments and documents which are necessary to make a successful deal.
Design of criteria and creation of methodology for determining the size of rents from land in agricultural grounds in concrete localities

In the doctoral thesis deals with a problem situation, which is based on the lack of a clarified methodology for determining the rents from land in agricultural grounds. Criteria are proposed that could affect the amount of land rents in agricultural grounds. One is the type of water source. The created database consists of a variety of data that are subsequently evaluated. The data for the selected locations was statistically evaluated. Furthermore, the percentage of rentals was determined as against the usual (market) price of the leased land. The proposed coefficients were quantified and verified at the same time in practical cases. The output of the thesis is a methodology developed to determine the usual rental rates from land in agricultural grounds.
Visualizations history of changes in cadastral map

The goal of this master thesis is to suggest a methodology for a visualization history of changes in cadastral maps. The suggested methodology takes into account a selection of original historical and contemporary data, processing workflow and follow-up visualization using existing open source web technologies. The greatest contribution of this thesis is in the design of the spatio-temporal database, because currently there does not exist workable editor similar to it, which could be used for creating such data. The suggested procedure is based on database updating method of ISKN database utilizing amendment records. However this method is significantly simplified with the use of PostgreSQL/PostGIS geospatial functions. The available literature and other informational sources to the topic are overviewed in the first part of the master thesis. The term "spatio-temporal data" is thoroughly defined and also the ways of integrating temporal features into spatial data, methods of visualization of spatio-temporal data and recent state of their implementations into desktop platforms and web applications are noted. Influences on the Price of Building Land

The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out and evaluate the influences affecting the price of building lands in the given region. Furthermore, the results are confronted with the valuation decree. In the theoretical part are given the definitions of building lands according to different legal regulations. In the practical part, thirty parcels are valued, divided into two localities and subsequently compared with the purchase price of the individual lands.

The aim of this work is to find out the attitude to food supply in specialized food e-shops. The first part characterizes commerce, retail, e-commerce, assortment, grocery, specifics grocery stores, specifics grocery e-shops, consumer behaviour and backgrounds of the research. The practical part of the bachelor thesis covers the analysis of primary data. The end focuses on recommendations and suggestions for specialized food e-shops. The research analyses and recommendations can be used by starting traders or as a proposal for improvement of the current e-shops.
Family house

The subject of the bachelor thesis is design of single-family house in Žďár nad Sázavou, street U Pily. A family house is designed for permanent housing for five-member family. The building has two overground floors, is partially cellared, with built-in garage for two cars and single-layer flat roof. Basement perimeter walls are made of concrete blocks and in above-ground floors are made of ceramic Porotherm blocks. The building is founded on strip footing Parcel is flat. Part of the desing is thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and fire safety assessment.

The subject of this Bachelor Thesis is a newly constructed family house located in Třebíč. The house was built using Porotherm brick – type blocks and Miako hollow ceiling bricks. The roof is of an gable design. The house has two overground floors – the second floor takes of a livable attic. The land is flat. All construction was done according to valid CSN code.
Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

The area is located in Brno - Komín. This part of town is surrounded by Brno - Kníničky, Brno - Bystrc, Brno - Jundrov, Brno - Žabovřesky, Brno – Královo Pole and Brno - Medlánky. Komín is situated in the eastern part of the given site. From a topographical point of view the area is located in the valley that descends from the east edge towards the west edge of the site. The current use of the area is mostly recreational gardening. The proposed urban design is based on the creation of two central residential areas, decomposing into two levels and representing two distinct dimensions platforms. The area is made by buildings for parking and residential houses. There are four types of buildings designed for parking - above the terrain, directly beneath apartment buildings, partly below ground level and totally below ground. Residential buildings are performed in two types - Type A and Type B. Type A has four floors and offers six residential units for twelve people. Type B has five floors and offers sixteen housing units for forty-eight people.

My bachelor thesis focuses on the preparation of proposals, which would be used for design of quality web pages for the project of building houses in Martin, town in the central Slovakia. Solution will include diagrams of functional modeling and content predesign of web pages.
Impact analysis of renovation on the normal price of single-family houses in Hodslavice

The aim of the diploma thesis is to assess to what extent does an reconstruction of houses affect the usual price. The theoretical part is focused on the basic therms and description of used methods in valuing of family hauses and the practical part deals with creating of database from bid prices of comparable objects and then by calculation the direct comparison of the market price of family houses. Further tasks are to find the cost price in accordance with the valid valuation regulation and also to find the comparative price in accordance with current pricing regulation. In the conclusion of the diploma thesis there is a comparison of prices according to the used valuation method.
