Výuka místního regionu z pohledu migrace obyvatel - příklad aplikace mezipředmětových vazeb a klíčových kompetencí žáků na základní škole

The diploma thesis deals with teaching students of the lower secondary school about the topics of the local region and the migration of the population. The diploma thesis characterizes four specific methods and forms for teaching the local region from the point of view of migration. The methods are based on cross-subject relations and key competences of the students. Afterwards, the thesis is evaluated the process and the fulfilment of the objectives of the application of two teaching topics in geography lessons at the lower secondary school Vodňany in March 2019. Activation methods such as work with the map, walking in the vicinity, field lessons, etc. are often used for teaching the local region. One of the goals was also student´s active approach to geography lessons in creating their own learning activities. Part of the thesis is also an analysis of the results of a questionnaire survey focused on teaching the local region and migration from the perspective of teachers of geography and the knowledge of students about these topics. The results are favourable for the purpose of the thesis. Teachers link the topics of the local region and migration, it demonstrates that the proposed learning activities can use in the practice. Students have shown relatively good knowledge of the local region and during learning activities were able to use knowledge. In the introduction of the thesis is elaborated the theoretical part of the thesis, which is related to the themes of geography didactics, interdisciplinary relations, FEP BE, key competences, forms and methods of teaching.

Education in values by Persona Dolls method

This diploma thesis deals with the Persona Dolls method, which consciously works with prejudices. The theoretical part is focused on the mapping of the changes in the current education that has been practiced in Czech education since 1989. The curriculum documents, which regulate education, have been developed. The second chapter concerns the area of values for which school can be the stimulating environment in which they can evolve. The central part of the theoretical part is the chapter dealing with the Persona Dolls method. It focuses on the theoretical starting points of the method, the goals, the method of working with the method, presents the conditions for realization, then the pitfalls that can prevent the effectiveness of working with the method. The last chapters of the theoretical part are devoted to linking the Persona Dolls and Framework Educational Programs, especially in the area of key competencies. It then deals with the context of the method and values of society. The research part of this diploma thesis is verified by the qualitative action research according to the Korthagen cycle ALACT, whether the method is suitably treated in practice and if the principles of working with the doll are fulfilled, whether the key competencies, attitudes and values are being developed. Topics in Teeaching Geography of Religion at the Second Grade of Primary Schools focusing on the key competences

The diploma thesis deals with topics in the teaching of geography of religion at the 2nd grade of elementary school. The aim of the thesis is to create own educational material focused on the geography of religion, which will develop pupils in the key competences resulting from interdisciplinary relationships. The theoretical part is devoted to the classification of teaching methods and their characteristics. Futher, the issue of geography of religion is placed in the context of RVP ZV and monitored at selected schools. From the point of view of the given topic, attention is also paid to the didactical evaluation of geography textbooks for the 2nd level of primary schools with the current MŠMT clause. At the end of the thesis there is a proposal of own teaching material in the form of various activities that will interestingly approach pupils to the given topic.

Teaching psychology at secondary school and its effect on the student's self-concept

This bachelor thesis aims to more specify the teaching of psychology at high schools and basically all connected to this topic, including the effecting of students what does the student carries through his/her life and how it turns to be useful in practicing of his/her living. Artefiletics activity in preschool education

In my bachelor thesis, I aim to explore the possibility of utilization of artefiletics activities at preschool education, which should lead to personality development of preschool children. This bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts, namely theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with development psychology and characterization of preschool age in relation to the artefiletics. In context with the Framework Educational Program, this part also focuses on the artefiletics as one of options of educational supply at a kindergarten. The practical part describes realization of artefiletics activities with preschool children along with children's personal experiences and their expressions. The conclusion contains summary of findings from my research.

Using school garden to teach biology in ZŠ Hostýnská school

The thesis aims on complex description of environmental features of ZŠ Hostýnská school ground and evaluating its using for teaching biology. In theoretic part the importance of school grounds for educating is introduced, history of school gardens and current state of their using is described. Next part is focused on current using of school ground and description of its environment. Floristic investigation made by author in 2014-2015 is included. In frequent visits author found and determinated 117 species of vascular plants, which is a sign of relatively high biodiversity. Finally using of school ground is compared with school book and key competences. Plans and suggestions for future improvements are given. Five work sheets with methodic suggestions are included.

Possibility of Using Method Persona Dolls in Primary School

The thesis devotes to innovative approaches at the elementary school level and is focused on an education method designed to counter prejudice Persona Dolls. The thesis describes theoretical foundations of the above mentioned method and its contribution to the developmentof students'key competences focused on the communicative competence.The theoretical part of the thesis futher discusses the possible uses of the method Persona Dolls in achieving education goals according to the Framework curriculum, especially focusing on cross-sectional topics. The research part is devoted to investigation of teachers'experience with this method. The author finds out how often and in what ways a particular teacher involves the method of Persona Dolls in his teaching. Primarily, the research investigates the rate of interconnection between the content of cross-sectional topics and topics of this method lessons with relation to ways of planning Persona Dolls lesson by individual teachers. A partial research objective is to evaluate the development of students'communicative competence while using Persona Dolls method. Objectives of the framework curriculum in the practice of art education

This thesis deals with analysis of the Framework Educational Program for Elementary Education (FEP EE) and finding means to meet the objectives of FEP EE in art education which leads to a concept of seventh grade curriculum. Thesis also reflects the author's personal approach to the formulation of the contents of the curriculum. The theoretical part focuses on examining the FEP EE and finding means to meet objectives in the form of curriculum concept for the seventh grade. The findings of the theoretical part is complemented by comparison of curricular documents for art subjects of Czech Republic and Great Britain. The empirical part describes the procedures for defining the curriculum concept. It includes transmission analysis of the FEP EE objectives to the content of the curriculum, which is based primarily on teaching practice. Analysis is followed by personal perception of the FEP EE requirements in the form of teaching aimed at the creating process and by description of the analyzing process of author`s teaching in connection with the FEP EE concept exploration at selected elementary schools.
