Gestalt approach and its use in education

The main goal of this work is to provide information for readers (mainly from "teachers field") about possibility of using Gestalt therapy in education and to inspire reader to use the Gestalt approach mainly to improve relationship in classrooms as well as for using this approach for growth of their own personality. First chapter is focused on theoretical basics of Gestalt therapy, on its history and background and on Gestalt cycle. This part is strictly theoretic, but necessary for understanding of perception of Gestalt approach. At the end of the first chapter there is a list of actual usage of Gestalt therapy. Second chapter is written more practically, divided into areas the Gestalt approach can be used in - cognitive, social and personal field. Conceptions like learning, intelligent and motivation are described briefly, large part of the chapter is dedicated to relationships in classrooms and school climate. This part is also supplied by many techniques ("games") which might be used in classroom. The other large part is focused on teacher as a personality, his education and his support during career. Last part of the chapter talks about current using of Gestalt in therapy with "problematic" children and offers the idea of using education as a prevention of therapy. Financial analysis of the FAB ltd

The assignment is focused on financial analysis of the FAB ltd. It is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with characteristic and description of the purpose, methods and basic spheres of financial analysis. The second part consists of a particular financial analysis based on essential financial statements of the FAB ltd. in time 2005 -- 2007. The conclusion summarizes the financial analysis and also suggests useful solution for successful improvement of the contemporary financial situation of the company.

Problems of immature newborns

The presented final thesis is intended to the problematic of extremely immature newborns. The thesis is formally split to two main parts. The first part is focused on theoretical description of immature newborns while the second part is dedicated to the practical research and investigation. There is described the history of the development in the neonatology domain, newborns classification and contemporary possibility of immature newborns treatment in the theoretical part. There is concern with the problems which can be introduced by the rescuing of immature newborns and also impacts of such rescuing to the rescued, assisted nurse and possibly human society. The practical part has is intended to the research and investigation. The investigation is accomplished on the department of intensive and resuscitation care and two departments of physiological newborns on Gynecological-maternal hospital which is part of General facultative hospital of Prague. The research and investigation has been focused towards nurse's attitude to the viability edge of immature newborns. There are seen the basic problems in the unknowingness of the viability limit from the nurses' point of view. Employer's liability for damage

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employer's liability for damage in the area of Labour law. Its purpose is to describe this issue and to clarify the most important terms. First part of the thesis analyses characteristic features of liability in Labour law area, especially employer's liability. It also explains particular types of liability for damage. Statistics from 2010, connected with occupational diseases and work accidents are mentioned in this part too. Chapter five is practical part of this thesis. Specific legal cases prove the compensation for damage connected with work accidents.

Home nursing procedures in newborn and baby skin care

Abstract Hygiene plays a very important role in our lives. It is often influenced by social, cultural, family and individual factors, as well as by knowledge about health and hygiene. The skin of a child is very soft and sensitive, and therefore requires careful and considerate care throughout the whole period of childhood, especially in the neonatal period and infancy. Skin care of newborns and infants is an essential attribute of the child?s health care. Such care is an individual matter, and it will always depend on family circumstances in which the child lives and on a suitable and proper approach of parents and physicians. The aim of this thesis was to determine the level of knowledge of mothers and the use of such knowledge in skin care of newborns and infants at home. The second objective was to prepare educational material for mothers. The thesis makes use of the questionnaire method. For this purpose, 274 questionnaires were collected. The questionnaire was distributed to mothers of newborns and infants, who take care of their skin at home. The investigation was carried out at pediatrics in the South Bohemian and Pilsen regions. The results of the research are introduced using graphs and some of the results are statistically evaluated by a chi-square test. Two hypotheses were set. Hypothesis 1: Mothers have enough information regarding the skin care of newborns and infants at home. Hypothesis 2: Mothers correctly use the acquired information about skin care of newborns and infants. We were successful in answering both hypotheses in the research study. The analysis and evaluation of the questionnaires shows that mothers are knowledgeable in treating skin of their children in the neonatal period and infancy. However, we managed to prove that some information of the parents is inconsistent with the literature. Therefore an educational material for mothers was created, focusing on skin care of newborns and infants. This educational booklet may be used at pediatric wards.

Analýza úrazového pojištění na pojistném trhu v ČR

Předmětem zkoumání této práce je analýza úrazového pojištění v ČR. Teoretická část se zabývá možnostmi krytí rizik úrazu jak ze strany státu tak i v rámci dobrovolného soukromého pojištění. Práce obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku odpovědnostního pojištění při pracovním úrazu nebo nemoci z povolání, úrazového pojištění zaměstnanců a především dobrovolného úrazového pojištění. Praktická část je věnována pojišťovně Kooperativa, především jejím všeobecným a zvláštním pojistným podmínkám a konstrukci úrazového pojištění. Práce také obsahuje několik konkrétních příkladů pro stanovení pojisného pro různé osoby.

Judgment by Acknowledgement and Judgment by Default

70 Abstract This diploma thesis is focused mainly on the judgment by acknowledgement and judgment by default which are institutes of the civil procedural law, which purpose is mainly to increase the efficiency of the legal proceedings. The aim of the thesis is to offer a complete overview of the current legal legislation and its practical usage. At the same time this thesis attempts to cope with problems, which the current legislation suffers with, and offers convenient conceptual solutions. This piece of work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter generally concerns the judgment by acknowledgement and clarifies the conditions in details that are essential to meet for its issuance. It concurrently distinguishes the judgment issued on the basis of actual acknowledgement by defendant and a judgment issued on the basis of legal fiction of acknowledgement of claim. The second chapter is dedicated to the institute of judgment by default. In the first subchapter the individual preconditions for the judgment by default issuing are being discussed in details, whether the formal or the material ones. Legal regulation of package tour

The main object of this thesis is to summarize legal regulation about package tour in czech legal order, define and describe subject of this contractual relationship, define contracting parties and individual rights and duties that are being established at the beginning or during this contractual relationship. Basic concepts linked to the package tour contract as well as the role of travel agency in the whole process are being analysed in this thesis. I also focused on the most important changes connected with passing of the New Civil Code when individual provisions are examined and their significance is explained. Similarly as a legal ground of this contractual type the directive 90/314 EEC is also being examined. Finally, this thesis evaluates whether implementation of this directive to czech legal order has been done correctly and whether czech laws comply with the basic rules this directive is based on. The thesis is composed of nine chapters, each of them dedicated to individual issue. In the introduction I define basic objective of this thesis. The following chapter focuses on the basic definiton, purpose, basic concepts and character of this contractual relationship. Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem přílivu zahraničních investic do České republiky, když je především zaměřena na sektor služeb. V práci je zmíněn kompletní vývoj přílivu přímých zahraničních investic, stejně tak chrakteristika sektoru služeb. Pozornost je dále zaměřena na podporu těchto sektorů ze strany českého státu. V průběhu práce a hlavně v jejím závěru se objevují konkrétní studie investorů, které dokreslují vývoj výše zmíněných témat.
