Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu společnosti FAB, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována charakteristice a popisu předmětu a účelu finanční analýzy a také jejím metodám a základním oblastem. V další části následuje provedení praktické finanční analýzy na základě využití základních účetních výkazů společnosti FAB, s.r.o. za období 2005 -- 2007. V závěru práce je uvedeno zhodnocení provedené finanční analýzy a také návrh vhodných řešení pro zlepšení současné finanční situace podniku The assignment is focused on financial analysis of the FAB ltd. It is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with characteristic and description of the purpose, methods and basic spheres of financial analysis. The second part consists of a particular financial analysis based on essential financial statements of the FAB ltd. in time 2005 -- 2007. The conclusion summarizes the financial analysis and also suggests useful solution for successful improvement of the contemporary financial situation of the company.
