Agriculture of the Czech Republic after accession to the EU
Usvald, David ; Urban, Luděk (advisor) ; Stieber, Michal (referee)
Závěrečná část kapitoly pojednává o možném vývoji agrárního sektoru ČR do budoucnosti.

Legal aspects of implementation of the "Creative Commons" project in the Czech Republic
Jansa, Petr ; Holcová, Irena (referee) ; Křesťanová, Veronika (referee)
103 Resumé / English summary Title of the thesis: Legal aspects of implementing Creative Commons project in the Czech Republic Summary: The main topics of this master thesis are Creative Commons public licenses and legal questions arising in connection with their porting to the Czech legal system, i.e. creating Czech versions of these licenses that mirror the spirit of the original licenses while reflecting the particularities of Czech copyright and Czech law in general. Since public licenses are not yet an established concept in the Czech Republic, the first part of this paper (Chapter 2) introduces several public licenses (presented license) to create a sufficient background. Beside the main goals and features of the Creative Commons (CC) license system, GNU General Public License (GPL), GNU Free Documentation License (FDL) and Creative Archive License (CA) are presented in a similar way and a comparison of these licenses follows on the level of license elements, i.e. the main characteristics that determine the scope of the individual licenses. The aim of Chapter 3 is to produce a legal definition of public licenses. Based on the joint features of the discussed licenses (inductive approach), the following definition emerged: a license that is (i) non-exclusive, (ii) royalty-free, (iii) which the copyright...

Intensifying Prefixes in the present-day French
KUČEROVÁ, Blanka
The aim of this work is to describe the character of prefixes, mainly the intensifying ones, on the basis of specialized literature. Then, we will evaluate the current use of intensifying prefixes in French. Frantext, the linguistic database, and Google will serve to evaluate it. The research will be proved by the method of corpus analysis. This work includes two parts. In the theoretical part, all the terms connected to the topic of derivation will be explained. Simultaneously, we will present the modern theories of word-formation, with the emphasis on derivation. The characateristics of chosen intensifying prefixes will be followed by practical part: Corpus analysis.

Methods for maintaining state information in the HTTP protocol
Fiurášek, Tomáš ; Pinkas, Otakar (advisor) ; Šváb, Ondřej (referee)
Interactive Web applications affect almost everyone of us. Communication in these applications is generally provided by HTTP protocol. This protocol is stateless, which means, that it doesn't recognize the relationship between individual transactions. In modern Web applications, however, maintaining the status is crucial to ensure functionality. This thesis deals with various methods of state transmission and storage which solve the fact, that HTTP is stateless. The first part describes a theoretical basis of the HTTP protocol, concerns history of the protocol and explains related concepts. Next chapter deals with proxy and cache servers that serve as mediators in the communication and outlines potential problems that can occur while transferring state information. The following section is devoted to the methods for the maintenance and transmission of state information. In this chapter I describe various methods, then I compare them and discuss potential difficulties. In the next chapter I present the possibilities of the implementation of those methods in different development environments. Given that the matter of security nowadays has the focus, I also look at several problems also from the angle of security and safety. Theoretical conclusions of this thesis are reflected in the enclosed web application, which practically demonstrates the discussed issues and proves that the author of this thesis not only understands those issues, but he is also able to apply them practically.

Boolean algebras and first order theories.
Cepák, Jiří ; Pajas, Petr (referee) ; Mlček, Josef (advisor)
We will study Lindenbaum algebras and algebras of definable subsets of selected first order theories: constants theory for a, Presburger, Robinson, Peano and standard arithmetic, successor theory, successor theory with zero, theory of dense linear orders without endpoints, theory of discrete linear orders, random graph theory and theory of algebraically closed fields. For finite algebras we will determine their cardinality, for countable algebras we will determine whether they are atomic or atomless and for some of them we will carry out classification up to isomorphism using algebras FA, ASA and CA. For this purpose we will prove several general theorems.

Psychotraining composition and attestation for young competitors in Aerobic Gymnastics based on yoga techniques.
LEHOVCOVÁ, Tereza
This thesis examines the impact of Interventional Psycho-training program based on yoga techniques for young competitors in Aerobic Gymnastics. The aim of this thesis was to verify the influence of yoga techniques on competitor's psychical stability, self-image, the ability of concentration and its subsequent effect on athletic performance and access to training and racing. There were 7 girls involved in this program in the age from 11 till 14. It was a group of athletes who regularly participate in championship sports aerobics. All competitors had completed a psychological input before the program has started. The diagnostical methods were: POMS Profile of Mood States (Czech version MAN, STUCHLÍKOVÁ, HAGTVET, 2005), Personal questionnnaire B - J.E.P.I. (H.J.EYSENCK - S.B.G. EYSENCK 1994), Self-perceptional Scale POP (VÁLKOVÁ, 1995), The technique of uncomplete sentences (VÁLKOVÁ, 2000) and the Test of Vigilance d2 (BRICKENKAMP, ZILLMER 2000).This program contained 12 lessons. We practiced yoga training every week at the end of a competitors training sessions. Yoga lesson lasted 60 minutes. There were filled in a psychological output after whole program was completed. A particular mathematical statistics called T-test was used to verify the hypotheses. The observed data has proved a positive impact of Interventional Psycho-training program on young competitor´s vigilance improvement, performance orientation and mental stableness. I would recommend the Interventional Psycho-training programs in the form of yoga exercising on the basis of positive results tried in this thesis as an appropriate part of sports training for competitors.

Definable classes of modules and deconstruction of cotorsion pairs
Dohnal, Garik ; Šaroch, Jan (advisor) ; Šťovíček, Jan (referee)
The goal of this work was to prove the fact, that definable closure of any subclass of cotorsion modules closed under direct sums consists of $\Sigma$-cotorsion modules. The only known proof uses substantially the calculus of derived category, in this work we tried to prove the same, but only by means of a given category of all right $R$-modules and set-theoretic properties of partial orders indexing direct systems of $R$-modules. The main results of this work are proved under additional assumptions on the ring $R$, in particular $\vert R\vert\leq\aleph_{\omega}$ or $\text{dim}(R)<\aleph_{\omega}$. Attempts to give s proof in the same general situation, where the fact is known to hold, was not successful. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Comparison of fracture behaviour of cracks and sharp notches
Klusák, Jan ; Knésl, Zdeněk
The theoretical background of linear elastic fracture mechanics of V-notches is presented. A crack is considered as a special case of the V-notch with zero open angle. Conditions for stability of a general singular stress concentrator are formulated. Based on results obtained a fracture behaviour of notches and cracks is compared.

Mapping of dopants by electron injection
Hovorka, Miloš ; Konvalina, Ivo ; Frank, Luděk
Dopants in silicon structures locally modify the secondary electron emission, revealing in this way their distribution over the sample. Primary electron beam with energy around 1 keV is usually used for probing the doped structures. However, very low landing energy range has proved itself an efficient tool for mapping dopants in semiconductors.
