Antenatal care and delivery of multipath pregnancy
Jonášová, Ivana ; Vachková, Eva (advisor) ; Plecitá, Zdeňka (referee) ; Poláková, Hana (referee)
Baccalor work is specificly dealing with leading prenatal care at multipath gravidity. It describes frequency of appearance of the multipath gravidity and etiology. It characterizes the most occuring threads for mother as well as for unborned child, which could arise during multipath gravidity. There is set of rules, in accordance with is dealing about the way, how is childbirth carry on. Empirical part is composed of quantitative research. It is dealing with a measure of awareness among mothers about multipath gravidity. It pays attention to rising of complications during pregnancy in dependence on the way of conception. It finds out, which health complications are the most common for mother and if there is necessary hospitalization because of them. It examines in which part of the pregnancy women give births with the highest frequency and what is the most often way of the birth of the multipath birth.

Physiological correlates and semantic distances in word association test
Lukavský, Jiří ; Šikl, Radovan (advisor) ; Urbánek, Tomáš (referee) ; Kremláček, Jan (referee)
The project is focused on the physiological reactions during Word Association Test (WAT). The author tests the hypothesis originally proposed by Slechta (2002b) about separable cognitive and emotional workload, where · the cognitive workloads manifests in reaction times (RT) and emotional work- load in physiological reactions (e.g. electrodermal activity). The hypotheses were tested on the sample of young healthy adults (N=80), with protocol consisting of 40 Czech nouns. The stimuli varied in their level of concrete- ness and their emotional valence. During the experiment RTs, electrodermal activity (EDA) and pupillary responses (PR) were measured. Data support the original ndings that RTs and EDA reactions reřect in WAT di®erent situation requirements: cognitive workload and emotional workload, respectively. The e®ect of cognitive workload is larger and mani- fests also in EDA reactions, while EDA demonstrated the best sensitivity to emotional valence condition from all employed methods (RTs, EDA, pupil- lary reactions). The e®ects are unfortunatelly too small to allow a reliable classication of responses. The e®ects of other factors (subjective valence, corpus frequency of re- sponses, semantic proximity measured with Semantic Selection Test) were investigated, but even when signicant correlations were...

Dynamic characteristic of the workpiece in turning
Nádvorník, Vít ; Štetina, Jakub (referee) ; Fiala, Zdeněk (advisor)
The contens of master thesis is theoretical analysis of vibrations during turning and possibillity to eliminate them, measure dynamic compliance and modal paramteters. The goal of experimental part is to determine the effect of material and type of clamping for three shafts at natural frequency, mode shape and dynamic compliance. Using these results we can optimized cutting parameters and to better overcome vibration during machining.

Impact of climatic factors on dielectric spectras of ceramic materials
Truhlář, Karel ; Rozsívalová, Zdenka (referee) ; Frk, Martin (advisor)
My work is deals with the qualities of the ceramic materials used inelectrical industry. The basic dielectric qualities, namely frequency course of the both complex permittivity elements, were checked by three submitted electrical ceramic samples in environment with different temperatures and relative humidity.

Recognition of structured noises by neural network synchronization
Krchák, Jakub ; Mrázová, Iveta (referee) ; Maršálek, Petr (advisor)
This work studies the phenomenon of sound recognition through spiking neuron network synchronization. The input layer res on specifi c features in the input sound, which resemble syllable. The neurons in the middle layer are interconnected in such a way that they prolong their ring rates if the ring frequence is similar. This causes the ring of the output neuron of the corresponding pattern.

Girls? Diaries
Lásková, Marie ; Viktorová, Ida (advisor) ; Kučera, Miloš (referee)
In my master thesis I analyse diaries of five girls. The centrál point of my work is a qualitative analysis that has three parts. The fírst one includes an extemal description of diaries in which I am interested in diary characteristics such as graphic form, structure, frequency and length of records. The second part represents the genre analysis in which I analyse forms of writing which girls use, skills of writing and weather the skills of writing diaries develop in time. The third part represents thematic analysis in which I analyse the themes that appear in the diaries and their concretisations. In my work diary is not only the object of the research but also the mean to get know the authors in the analysed period that includes the end of younger pupil age and start of adolescence (age dispersion is: 9; 6 - 13; 4). I would like to compare the results of my research with the theoretical knowledge of development psychology. I try to find out what wnting diaries means for the girls, which plače writing diaries has in their lives and what writing diaries brings them. In the theoretical part I discuss the diary as a literary genre and its usage in the psychological research. I also deal with the characteristics of younger pupil age and the adolescence from the aspect of personality development. My work...

The Absence of Determiners in the Nominal Phrase of the present-day French
KUČEROVÁ, Blanka
The first aim of this work is to describe the issues of nominal syntagma as well as the absence of determinant that is connected to it. The other goal is to examine one type of this absence in a journalistic corpus L´Est Républicain. The analysis in this corpus will evaluate the frequency, the semantics and the syntactic functions of the chosen phenomenon in journalistic context. The work is divided into two parts: the theoretical and the practical one. In the first part, all the terms connected to the nominal syntagma will be defined. The nominal syntagma along with its nature and its parts will be described. At the same time, the cases of the absence of determinant in present-day French will be explained. The second part contains quantitative and qualitative analysis in the corpus L´Est Républicain. Subject of research are juxtaposed and coordinative enumerations in a different extent and in the different syntactic positions.

Studies on DCL-1, receptor of dendritic cells, using NMR techniques
Pospíšilová, Eliška ; Kavan, Daniel (advisor) ; Schneider, Bohdan (referee)
(EN) The DCL-1 receptor (CD302) is predominantly expressed on the surface of dendritic cells and according to its sequence similarity DCL-1 is classified as a C-type lectin. Since its extracellular domain lacks single motives for carbohydrate binding in coordination with calcium ions, it is probable that the process of carbohydrate binding does not occur through the classical pathway as described in the case of mannose receptor or the DEC-205 receptor. Due to its colocalization with F-actin there is a presumption, that DCL-1 plays a role in cell adhesion and migration. Another role of DCL-1 could be the participation in endocytosis and subsequent targeting to lysosomes. DCL-1 was also put in connections with various pathologies in last few years Experiments described in this work can be divided into three sections. In the first part I dealt with production of a protein construct based on the extracellular domain of DCL-1. The protein was produced in M9 minimal medium with the only source of nitrogen 15 NH4Cl and the only source of carbon 13 C glucose. The result was 15 N,13 C labelled protein, used for NMR measurements. The second part is dedicated to the analysis of NMR spectra, which enabled us to assign frequencies of protein backbone and aliphatic side chains atoms. On the base of the backbone...

Pathological pain states, the role of synaptic modulation at spinal cord level
Nerandžič, Vladimír ; Paleček, Jiří (advisor) ; Krůšek, Jan (referee)
(English) Modulation of synaptic transmission in dorsal horn of spinal cord plays a key role in nociceptive signalling. Recent studies have indicated a great importance of presynaptic TRPV1 receptors (transient receptor potential vanilloid) in spinal cord. These receptors act as molecular integrator of nociceptive stimulation on periphery. The way of their activation and the effect on modulation of the synaptic transmission are not clarified yet. Previous studies demonstrated the influence of many inflammatory mediators and cytokins on TRPV1 receptors. The aim of our research was to show changes in activation of presynaptic TRPV1 receptors in the spinal cord following the application of endogenous agonist N-oleoyl dopamine (OLDA) in a model of peripheral neuropathy, after incubation with cytokine TNFα and to show the effect of precursor of anandamide N-acylphosphatidylethanolamine (NAPE). In our experiments, we have recorded miniature excitatory postsynaptic currents (mEPSC) from neurons of acute spinal cord slices by the patch-clamp method. The first series of experiments tested sensitivity to application of the endogenous agonist OLDA 5 days after evoking peripheral neuropathy. The frequency of mEPSC increased significantly - to 250 % of base level after applying a low concentration of OLDA (0,2...
