1 SERVICE RELATIONSHIP OF MEMBERS OF SECURITY FORCES This master thesis deals with the duty of the security forces. The work is divided into three main parts, the first is focused on the history of services in the security forces, the second part concerns the preparation and establishment of the new service law and the third discusses the legal regulation, as described in the Act No. 361/2003 Coll ., The law of service of Security Forces, the effectiveness of this act occurred on 1.1.2007. The main goal of this thesis is to clarify all the institutes, which The law of service of Security Forces includes, describe them and find the gaps, which should be removed in future. The Act edits all relationships between officers and security forces, which include: the Czech Republic Police, Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic, the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic, the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, the Security Information Service and the Office for Foreign Relations and Information. Exaction of commitments in the field of copyright law

This Diploma thesis focuses on copyright law and mainly on the individual legal institutions, licenses and agreements, under which the contractual relationship between the author and the licensee if formulated. In the conclusion, the linking with another branch of law, the execution of a decision, proposes a solution for the author of a work defined by the Copyright Act, regarding the recovery of their claims from a licensee, in case they are not compensated accordingly for providing a license to their work. The aim of this thesis is to process and explain these legal issues in such a way, which will enable even an inexperienced reader to understand the sometimes complex legal texts.

SFUMATO and its application in practise at two-class school in Horní Dvořiště in the school year 2006/2007

SFUMATO® and its application in practise at two-class school in Horní Dvořiště in the school year 2006/2007 SFUMATO® methodics uses a special technique of reading. Its methodical steps simulate slow-motion process of perfect performance of adult reader, which is automatized. Substance of SFUMATO® consists in fluent passing of fixation eye motion to sacadic eye motion from one to another in exact succession. This technique is based on: perfect knowledge of letter details initial long exposition of speech sounds ("calling") legato (bound) reading, during which an eye is passing in exact succession from letter to letter before the voice exposition. SFUMATO® prevents problems, which outlast at other reading methods. After going through several seminars and summer school I have utilized this technique at teaching of reading in the first class at two-class school in Horní Dvořiště. Pupils worked very good and at the end of the school year 2006/2007 they all read fluently with understanding and without any problems.

Liability of Supervisory Board

This thesis deals with civil liability of the Supervisory Board and its members for breaching his duties. Emphasis is placed on responsibility and legal relationship, whose content is obligation to pay damages, between Supervisory Board and its member and business companies (in the new terminology "business corporation"). This thesis is dealing at first with the legal anchoring of the Supervisory Board as such, the creation and termination of the Supervisory Board and the definition of its living space not only in the relation to corporation, but also to individual shareholders, General Assembly and of course to the Board - including their mutual rights and responsibilities. Thesis is crossed by author's intention to evaluate the active legislation, whose legislative life is coming to an end, and on the basis of that to comment upcoming legislation that at least brings a fresh wind to the corporate life. Shortly is discussed upon by the factual impossibility to prosecute members of the Supervisory Board for crimes associated with their performance.

The personality of teacher for professional subjects at the school for nurse and his competence

Diplomová práce "Osobnost učitele odborných předmětů na SZŠ a jeho profesní kompetence" je zpracována teoreticko-výzkumně. V teoretické části je popsána podložená změna v systému získávání způsobilosti k výkonu zdravotnického povolán, kterou přinesl zákon č. 96/2004 Sb. o nelékařských zdravotnických povoláních. Teoretická část taktéž popisuje specifika, kterými se střední zdravotnická škola liší od ostatních středních škol a následně je zaměřena na osobnost odborné učitelky a její profesní dovednosti, kterými by měla být odborná učitelka vybavena. Cílem empirického šetření je především porovnat názor studentek střední a vyšší zdravotnické školy a večerního studia s názorem pedagogů na objektivně dané osobnostní vlastnosti odborného učitele a jeho profesní kompetence, jejich názory zaznamenat a přispět tak k zamyšlení se nad danou problematikou, která se do jisté míry týká všech občanů Závěr obsahuje shrnutí poznatků jak teoretických ve srovnání s názory expertů, tak i shrnutí poznatků získaných empirickým šetřením.

Zusammenfassung Als Thema meiner Diplomarbeit habe ich das "Ehescheidungverfahren" ausgewählt. Zur Auswahl dieses Thema haben mich viele Gründe bewegt. Vor allem möchte ich meine Diplomarbeit einem praktischen Thema widmen, das sich mit der Lösung von alltäglichen Lebenssituationen befasst, und diese Kenntnis könnte ich später in meiner Karriere als Rechtsanwältin verwerten. Angesichts der neuesten Statistiken, nach denen so ziemlich jede zweite Ehe geschieden wird, scheint dieses Thema sehr praktisch zu sein. Das Ziel meiner Diplomarbeit ist eines Ehescheidungverfahrens nach dem Gesetz Nr. 292/2013 über besondere Gerichtsverfahren, in der Fassung der späteren Vorschriften, das am 1. Januar 2014 in Kraft trat, zu analysieren. Das Gesetz über besondere Gerichtsverfahren, das in Rahmen der Änderungen des privaten Rechts aufgenommen wurde, brachte in das Scheidungverfahren eine Reihe von Neuerungen, deren Zweck es ist, die Mängels an vorherigen Prozessvorschriften zu beseitigen. Die größte Änderung im Zivilprozessrecht ist die Ausklammerung der außerstreitigen Verfahren aus dem Gesetz Nr. 99/1963 der Zivilprozessordnung, in der Fassung der späteren Vorschriften, in das Gesetz über besondere Gerichtsverfahren. Competence of Manager in a Non-Profit Organization

The goal of this bachelor´s thesis is to find out how important or necessary are the individual managerial competences for managers of non-profit organizations to perform their work. The first part of the thesis explains the following terms: management, manager, competence of the manager and some links related to these terms. The second part is devoted to a research poll, which was conducted among managers of public benefit corporations registered in South Bohemian Region. The goal was to find out how much importance the managers give to the individual managerial competencies at work for the non-profit organization. The results of the research are compared with the results of another research, which are a part of the publication by author A. Schneider.

Stress in acting

Main topic of this thesis is psychological stress of an actor during his performance. Thesis describes psychological stress in general, shows categorization, determines its causes and reactions of body exposed to stress during long and short timeload. Special attention is dedicated to stress management (coping) and to mechanics of its intervention and prevention. Stressing working conditions and actors personality traits that can reduce or increase stress are researched on this theoretical background. Some of most casual stress phenomena are analyzed. Also reflection of the nature and importance of stress in acting is presented.

Motivation as a tool of performance management

The thesis deals with the employee motivation in order to manage their performance. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the relationship between work performance and motivation. In the theoretical basis are defined basic terms related to the issue, listed are the major theories of motivation and described are the motivational factors affecting the work performance. In the practical part are presented results of a questionnaire survey that was carried out in the company Klenoty Aurum s. r. o. At the beginning of the practical part is introduced the company Klenoty Aurum s. r. o., including its origin, history and business activities. Subsequently is introduced motivational program of the company which includes employee benefits. In the following chapter of the practical part are presented the results of the mentioned questionnaire survey that was carried out in this company. The aim of the questionnaire survey was to determine how employees look upon the motivational program of the company and how are they satisfied with their working conditions. Based on the identified informations are suggested recommendations for company executives in order to increase the motivation of their employees with the intent to manage their performance.
