Liberalization of agriculture and negotiations of WTO

This thesis evaluates the development of a new round of multilateral negotiations in the WTO since its inception in 2001, through ongoing negotiations to its current state. It deals with fundamental issues and mainly with the question of agriculture. The thesis follows the gradual development of this issue and the most difficult problems that hinder the conclusion of the Doha Development Round.

Selected Sampling Methods in SAS Software

In the present work we study methodology of different kinds of sample surveys and their design in SAS software. Creating of SAS Enterprise Guide Add-In was the fundamental creative part of this work. This Add-In enables to compute important statistics of sample surveys, without need of being familiar with SAS code. Add-In was created in MSFT Visual Studio 2003 in C # language using a tamplate for Add-Ins provided by SAS. This work contains a general description of the creation of an Add-In as well as the description of the created Add-In for handling the sample surveys and its usage.

Diagnostic of musical appreciation of primary school's pupils. Comparison of auditory and audio-visual versions of the tests

The thesis deals with the possibilities of the measurement of the musical abilities and skills of the pupils through the collective tests of musicality. The test was prepared in two version. The first was "classical" - only auditive, but the second version was "experimental", it use the visualization in all subtests. Following a concise overview of the several tests of the musicality for last 100 years, the author defines the fundamental terms as musicality, musical abilities and skills, test, visualization. Following this introduction, she concentrates on the methodology of the construct of the tests for pupils of 1st , 4th and 6th classes of the primary school. The most extensive section of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation, description and interpretation of results of both versions of tests in several classes with use of many tables and graphs. This research verified most of hypothesis and confirmed the needfulness of the utilization of visualization not only for the testing procedure, but also for the teaching of music education in school. The interconnection of visual and acoustic perception helps pupils to understand subject matter faster and easier and also concretizes abstract musical concepts, what is necessary in case of younger age above all. 1 1 1 1 1 1

The following work is a fundamental analysis of stock exchange title Unipetrol, coded Baunippe. This company is widely known by Czech public and his stocks are quoted on Prague Stock Exchange as well as in RM-System. Stocks are traded in SPAD and KOBOS systems and Unipetrol is also one of the companies who create Index PX. Factors from global, branch and firm's analysis, which influence current stock price, will be examined. Technical analysis, as a part of firm's analysis should help to actual trading and making profit.

German Diplomatic Relations during the Weimar Republic

The topic of this thesis is the German position in international relations after the World War I and its development during the postwar years till Hitler's seizure of power. The text follows diplomatic activities of the defeated world-power from the Paris Peace Conference and deals with all key happenings at that time. It also points out the main German steps to the emancipation after being forced to bear the responsibility for starting the war. This thesis analyses fundamental issues of the twenties and early thirties within the German context including the reparations or the main security issues.

Human Health from the Perspective of Integral Anthropology

The presented thesis, Human Health from the Perspective of Integral Anthropology, comprises six chapters. The introductory chapter is focused on theoretical questions of health and illness. Special focus is given to subject matter in the context of biological as well as social anthropology. These two disciplines are established in Europe as Integral Anthropology. Chapter further contains selected definitions of health. Next chapter is focused on health in relation to quality of life and meaningfulness of life. This chapter refers to the measurement of quality of life, cues and life targets, intrinsic faith and V. E. Frankl's logo therapy. The topic of the third chapter is illness of human life. This chapter discusses the concept of illness, disease and sickness, as well as bio-psychosocial and spiritual model of illness and civilization diseases. Chapter four makes up fundamental part of the work. This chapter's main focus is on primary, secondary and tertiary plane of health prevention. Furthermore various strategies for improvement of health are discussed in this chapter. Fifth chapter is dedicated to application of theory of human health in everyday school life. Dissertation work Andrej Krob follows Krob`s remarkable journey to theatre from meeting Vaclav Havel during his military service in 1957, through Krob`s arrival to Divadlo Na zabradli in the early sixties of 20th century and especially his collaboration with director Jan Grossman, next to who Krob gradually work his way up from stage technician to the director. From the numerous Krob`s productions is the attention paid to the very first one, almost unknown directorial act, student production of Kral Ubu, presented on chateau Breznice in 1964, however this dissertation is mostly dedicated to the selected and key Krob`s productions of Vaclav Havel`s plays. Meeting this author was for Krob personaly as well as for his directorial poetics progress entirely fundamental. That`s why this work describes and analyses in detail semi illegal production of Havel`s play Zebracka opera, presented by Krob in Horni Pocernice in 1975, which has became establishing production of Divadlo na tahu, as well as Krob`s production of the same play from 1995. Job changing in the Czech media and its causations

The fundamental theme of this Master's Degree Thesis is Media Staff Fluctuation in the Czech Republic. The qualitative research, specifically that of individual semi-structured interviews with the journalists, was dominantly used for the processing. The interviews were aimed at the identification of the phenomena which have been complicating their professional performance and making it unpleasant. The respondents were asked directly as well as indirectly about the motivations which had led them to changing their occupation or have had such potential. Organization elements of media institutions are also taken into account, mainly the career code and the way of shift planning. The thesis deals with side-effects of media work such as excessive timeload, stress, haste, competition manifestations, the pressure from the side of advertisers etc. It pays attention to the impacts on freedom of expression and the veracity of published communiqués which may be caused by the unsuitably created conditions. It also includes a look at purely personal level, among others at family and partnership life, or as the case may be, at a possibility of satisfactorily spent leisure time. Cable-supported bridge

The subject of this master thesis is to design a pedestrian bridge supported by cables. There are three variants of studies created for this case and for most suitable one, all documentations were produced. The primary focus of this work is on static design solution with an output of several drawings. Static model for results from load cases included construction stages and was created in Midas Civil. Design and checks were performed by hand calculations, complemented by checks of several sections by IDEA StatiCa software. Analysis and calculations are compliant to up-to-date codes and respect the fundamentals of analysis due to limit states.

European football chapmionship (Euro 2008) in press service of Czech agencies ČTK and Rebel

The bachelor thesis "European football championship (Euro 2008) in press service of Czech agencies ČTK a Rebel" focuses on press service from the European football championship of two Czech press agencies - the public Czech Press Agency (ČTK) and the private Rebel Agency. It monitors and compares all media production of these subjects, whereas the fundamental part represents the comparison of text news service. Furthemore it deals with photographs, infographics and videotapes. It also focuses on sources used by the agencies during the championship and how they differentiated. The Rebel Agency was a new competitor of the ČTK during the Euro championship 2008. Because of this the thesis reminds before the comparison itself that other agencies never succeeded on the Czech media market in the past, which is demonstrated by their listing. This part of the thesis is complemented by the profile of the Czech Press Agency and the Rebel Agency including work description of the agencies and the numbers of reporters they sent to the site of the tournament.
