Social political context of potential leisure time centre for seniors

The work is based on information about the foreign community or senior centres which offer a number of services and programmes to their clients. The text stresses above social political context of potential leisure time centre for seniors inclulding budget design for the first and others years. The work is divided in six chapters. The first five chapters give definition of target group - seniors, social environment which they live in and topic of active ageing, volunteering and general social political context. The last chapter focuses on the particular form of potential leisure centre for seniors, including budget design and funding.

Phenomenon of digital labor and its diverse practice in use of blogs in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis, The phenomenon of digital labor and its diverse practice in use of blogs in the Czech Republic, aims to bring the current definition of the concept of digital labor and its applicability into the Czech blogosphere. The theoretical part of this work focuses on the demarcation, definition of, and perception of the concept of digital labor, and the blogosphere, which is mainly based on theoretical concepts of Christian Fuchs, Sebastian Sevignani, Ursula Huws, Trebor Scholz, that proceeded the political economic theory of Karl Marx. The analytical part of the thesis presents the environment of the Czech blogosphere, which is based on the interpretation of the data of quantitative research conducted in the Czech Republic as part of a wider project IPREX BLOGBAROMETERM in 2014 and 2015 and secondly on qualitative research, which aims to answer the research question, if Czech bloggers perceive their creative activity as work and leisure activities, or merge their very different activities in one. The Localization of Foreign Direct Investment in the region of Middle Europe

This master´s thesis “The Localization of Foreign Direct Investment in the region of Middle Europe“ is focused on localization of foreign direct investment in the region of Middle Europe and possiblities of making easier localization decision. The first part of the thesis summarizes teoretical knowledge of foreign direct investment, their difinitions, typology and effects on economy. The second part is focused on the analysis of localization factors of strategic services sector. On the analysis basis, in the final part is created the model, which can be used for easier localization decision making between economies of Middle Europe. Afterwards the localization of a foreign direct investment is projected and analysed.

Czech Republic State Debt - Risks and Consequences

Thesis on "Czech Republic State debt -- risks and consequences " analyses the origin, the development and the structure of the Czech Republic state debt since the 90s of the 20th century to the present in the context of the political and historical connections. The first part is a theoretical definition of the topic and related concepts. Further, the development of the Czech Republic debt is chronologically described since the establishment of the independent state in 1993 until the present. There are specified the consequences of the state debt with GDP indicator and with development of unemployment. The thesis describes the causes and consequences of the state debt origin, as well as risks associated with its long-term effects. There is described a historical context of the debt origin, possibilities and methods of its funding. This thesis also deals with state debt in the EU countries. The practical part evaluates the current situation and future trends, furthermore the evolution of debt in selected EU countries is analysed and the Czech Republic state debt is compared with the Baltic countries.



The influence of culture of the organization on the

This bachelor thesis deals with the relationship between the form of the organizational culture and functioning of the organization. There are defined the basic views of the organizational culture, its components and classification according to different typologies. Particular chapters are devoted to the relationship of organizational culture, strategy and structure of the organization and perception of the organizational culture in context of the national culture. The relationship between the national culture of Czechs and Germans is explored in greater detail. There are discussed the specifics, common features of the two national cultures and historical contexts of their origin. The concluding part of the thesis is focused on the investigation of the circumstances and consequences of consolidation of a small original Czech advertising agency Kaspen with a large German international agency Jung von Matt. Destination management organization in the Region of České Budějovice

The objective of the graduate thesis is to create a proposal of a destination management organization concept in the Region of České Budějovice. Based on an analysis of the external and internal environment of a destination, the aim was to evaluate possible risks and obstacles during organization establishment and operation; to assort competences to an organization; to define its commission and activities; and to propose its method of financing based on the structure of its membership. The thesis is divided into two extensive parts. The first part is theoretical, called: A list of analyzed issues. Mainly, it deals with explanation of terminology in the sphere of tourism, determination of particular regions, explanation of terms of destination management and marketing, characteristics of destination management organization, and general description of stakeholder analysis assembly. The second part of the thesis, called: Analysis and results, consists of an analytical part, a synthesis of results and observations which provide ground for a proposal of a destination management organization concept.

Greek gastronomy

The aim of the work is to characterize Greek gastronomy, to emphasize the qualities of Greek cuisine and its typical features, to point out the importance of Greek gastronomy both for the tourism industry in Greece and for the local inhabitants, to analyse the position of Greek gastronomy in Prague and the possibilities to use local dining facilities for this designated purpose. In the first chapter of the study, basic gastronomic terminology is defined as well as the importance of gastronomy in history, dining as a fundamental service in the tourism industry and the relationship between tourism and gastronomy is also explained. The second chapter of the study dwells on the importance of the tourism industry for the Greek economy. It expands on basic geographic details and on the history of Greece. The third chapter focuses on the characteristics of Greece gastronomy it describes traditional Greek meals, local dining habits, table manners or Greek festivals associated with gastronomy. The final, practical part is dedicated to Greek gastronomy in Prague and analyses chosen dining facilities, then, using a comparative method, compares the acquired information by its own means.
