Effective using of potential of bilingual environment

The dissertation thesis "How to use the potential of bilingual environment efficiently" endeavors to highlight bad as well as good practices in bilingual upbringing. Bilingualism represents at present a very topical issue. In connection with increasing globalization, the issue of learning of foreign languages is more and more emphasised. People living in mixed marriages have often no idea how to bring their children up. In many cases they take steps that lead to irreversible consequences. The theoretical part of the thesis gives a survey of bilingualism, the division and kinds of bilingualism and ways of its acquisiton. The theory is practically illustrated in the empirical part through various examples. 42 case studies have been carried out, which include characteristic and uncharacteristic respondents. The findings of the research are compared with the facts mentioned in the reference works. The aim of the dissertation thesis is to find out which educational methods should parents follow in bilingual education and which methods they should better avoid.

Annunciation of the Gospel salvation in our recent/present prison environment

The Diploma Thesis deals with the description of the facts and activities related to the proclamation of the Gospel in the prison environment. It refers to the historical development of penitentiary from the prison early days to the present time. It describes the ways to provide spiritual service in recent prison environment, the activities of the associations of Prison Religious Care (PRC) and Prison Religious Service (PRS). It provides the overview of mutual relationships among these orga-nisations and the Prison (Penitentiary) Service of the Czech Republic, and at the same time it gives legal standards regulating the provision of spiritual services on the territory of the Czech Republic. It provides a complete view of activities of a prison chaplain and introduces his competences to the reader. The research section is focused on findings what kinds of the most serious current problems accompanies the process of evangelization in current Czech prison environment and which solutions of existing problems are suggested by involved experts.

Principles and utilization of cosmetotextiles

The aim of this thesis is to create a literature review about cosmetotextile. Cosmetotextile is the combination of the cosmetic industry and the textile industry. The future of the textile industry is represented by the progress of new kinds of technical textiles, that are based on revolutionary technologies, innovative materials and utilization. This means developement of new products with high added-value properties, for example application of antimicrobial and UV-protective agents, fragrances, anti-cellulite treatments or skin softeners. Such textile finishes are both important commercial target and challenge for technical developement. This thesis focuses on the field of intelligent textiles and combination of textile and cosmetics. It digests agents, that are used and their effects and describes the principle of microencapsulation, which is a very important principle applied here.

Bachelor thesis in theoretical part focuses on the basics of managerial decision making. Explains the basic concepts and principles of decision analysis, as well as the structure and subjects of decision making. It serves a kind of procedure for the use of scientific methods to the decision problem. It focuses on the Monte Carlo simulation method and the method of AHP as a method of multi-criteria decision. Practical part of thesis is focused on decision problem in company BECKS SLOVAKIA ltd. Using the methods and procedures described in theoretical part. The aim of the thesis is to find ideal option to locate production hall of company on basis of managerial decision making.

Mechanismy průniku sylicylátů monovrstvami buněk Caco-2: zapojení transportních proteinů.

The aim of this work is to study properties of the transport of salicylic acid and its derivates across Caco-2 cell monolayers, an influence of possible inhibitors of cell transportation and a brief review of related issues. The influence of substance, which opens tight junctions between Caco-2 cells, so called absorption enhancers, is also examined. The main goal is to find out, what kind of transport takes the main part in salicylic acid transport and to compare the results to the data obtained using gentisic and 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid, and, at the same time, to study the influence of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid as an absorption enhancer and to compare possible inhibitive effect of several compounds. It was assumed that both passive and active transport take part in the transport of salicylic acid. The theoretical part of the thesis briefly summarizes chemical substances properties, which have an influence on their transport across cell membranes, introduces Caco-2 cells as an important instrument of drug absorption and distribution research, defines the individual types of cell transports and describes the types of transporter proteins which can be localized on the Caco-2 cell membrane. Naťové zeleniny a jejich význam v moderním zelinářství

This elaborated Bachelor's thesis "Leaf vegetables and their importance in the modern olericulture" gives a general overwiew of the principles of vegetable growing and growing technologies. It introduces selected kinds of leaf vegetable, their origin, cultivation and uses. It provides information about possibilities of preserving and consequent processing. It states the selected companies which are engaged in the production and selection of leaf vegetables in European countries and in the Czech Republic. This work submits information about state of vegetable-growing in the Czech Republic and possibilities of support our farmers, but also the possibilities of consumer protection. The market research about leaf vegetables was made in the selected market chains. It gives an overview of different kinds of vegetable which are available first of all in the fresh state, but also in the dried, frozen and canned form. All products from offered leaf vegetable were sorted into the tables and were evaluated.

A name of the work ("The comparison of the external and the internal audit") suggests that I have aimed at the external and the internal audit, at their functions, aims, and meaning for a society, because these two kinds of the audit are the most common. I have outlined an evegrowing meaning of a cooperation of the external and the internal audit, too.

Legal regulation of the position of members of business companies and taxation of their income

The thesis is defining individual income of partners of business companies subject to tax of personal income eventually to other deductions and providing comprehensive overview of these mandatory deductions according to legal regulations valid for year 2010 including some changes which which will take effect from 1st of January. The subject of my thesis is taxation of partners income - tax residents and non-residents to whom derive incomes from business company which is situated in Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter is explained position of individual partners depending on the type of company. In partnerships i.e. co-partnerships, limited partnership and European economic interest grouping, the partners usually participate in business enterprise by their own activities. In capital companies i.e. limited liability companies, joint-stock companies and european companies, the partners are participating through their own property values. In the second chapter is briefly described the tax structure of individual income and its basic elements. Children with Cochlear Implants and their Enrolment in Schools

The topič of my thesis is 'The problém of cochlear implantation in children and their inclusion in different types of elementary schools'. The first theoretical part deals with all elements around the process of cochlear implantation in the Czech republic. It is a relatively new and difficult subject which develops quickly and brings very important and interesting results. A child with a cochlear implant can be placed into schools for children with severe hearing disorders or mainstream kinds of schools, which gives evidence about how successful a cochlear implantation and a following rehabilitation can be. This is the reason why i am also interested in the subject of elementary education of children with cochlear implants. In the practical part of this thesis, i analyse the situation of placing of pupils with cochlear implants into different types of elementary schools, from the view point of selected factors which have a significant role for the asset of cochlear implants, for the life of the user. I survey the utilisation of cochlear implants by children firom the view point of their school placing. Strategy of tourism development in the Vysočina region

Tourism is dynamically developing industry of its kind and an important economic factor in a whole world. It acquires an importance in the Czech republic and its regions, in Vysočina region as well. Vysočina region has got a great potential for tourism development but it has not been utilized enough so far. The goal of this dissertation thesis is to create an image of current state of tourism in Vysočina region, evaluate its prerequisites and possibilities that should be taken into account in the future. On the basis of medium-term documents and strategies created by the region and tourism organisation particular goals and mesures are introduced and subsequently evaluated. Thanks to findings from the SWOT analysis and strategies some solutions and projects are suggested at the conclusion of the thesis. They could help for further development. The dissertation thesis reports the view to current tourism issues of in Vysočina region.
