Special running exercises in football training of young footballers

Title: Special running exercises in football training of young footballers Objectives: The aim of this work is a comprehensive summary of special athletics running excercises as a means of training for young footballers. The aim of the empirical part is to find out by pooling the details about the usage and knowledge of special running excercises of trainers. Methods: In our thesis we used a method of questioning. Because our prepared questions were not standardized. The charakter of pooling is an inquiry. Respondents should be introduced as an unrepresentative sample. Data were collected by e- mail correspondence. Results were entered into graphs and tables and their interpretation has been made. Results: The term special running exercises is well known for most of coaches. All the coaches consider important to develop technique of running. 81% of respondents use special running exercises to develop the technique. Coaches apply SBC for many purposes. Compared with various kinds of match level the most correct- techniques-training is used in division's teams. None of the coaches, who uses a special running exercises to correct the errors in the technique of running weren't able to describe all the occurred errors. Sports career biography of Imrich Bugar

Title: Sports career biography of Imrich Bugár Objectives: The main aim of this paper is to evaluate and present a twenty-year long sports career of discus-thrower Imrich Bugár by the means of content analysis of newspaper articles published in the journal Czechoslovakian sport. Methods: Biographic research was used as one kind of a case study. The paper is divided into three main parts. The first part is concerned with the summary of all newspaper articles written during Bugár's sports career. I have statistically categorized the articles according to the criteria stated by Jan Volf in his diploma paper of 2007. The second part of the paper is concerned with information gained from Imrich Bugár personally, during a conducted interview. The third part shows a summary of Bugár's best achievements. Results: Based on the accessible materials, I have described and evaluated the sports career of Imrich Bugár. In total, I have evaluated n = 348 articles concerned with his sports career. The next part presents a commented evaluation of the conducted interview with Imrich Bugár. When categorization of the articles is taken into account, most articles about the course of Bugár's career are of an informative character and describe his participation in competitions. Monitoring and comparison of teaching athletics at elementary schools in the Czech Budejovice

The content of this thesis is monitoring and comparation of athletics education in basic schools in České Budějovice. Teoretical part includes the knowledge of health, fyzical activity, the importance of PE and athletics. We had made the questionare and according to this we found out the atributes of PE education in all schools. After that we made the spectrum which allowed us to compare all schools. The practical part is focused on data collection of each school. The result of individual questions and final results are shown in charts at the end.

The Study of Employment Athletic Clubs of Brno

This bachelor thesis deals with employment in athletic clubs in Brno. First explains the basic concepts. After the thesis is focused on the specification of individual athletic clubs. There are discussed qualifications for particular positions, as well as financial security professional athletes and coaches in clubs. This part is followed guestionnaire survey and its evaluation. In the last part of the thesis, suggestions for improvement in employment and quality of work through continuing education of sports clubs.

The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the question of adding head coach’s services into Morvaska Slavia Brno athletics club. The anylyses of a current situation in the club is mostly focused on the situation and condictions of a training of children and adults, on results of members of the clubs and also on the economic situation of the club. The results are basis for designing proper connection between head coach and the club and also for proposal of improving financial and organization situaton in the club.

Design and verification of training sprinter

The goal of the diploma thesis is the design of a training program for sprinters and verification of the training by physical metrics. Experiment is method, which was used in this work. The experimental and testing period lasted from February to June 2013. In the theoretical part, we present the history of sprinting, the various sprinting disciplines, the means of energy supply for sprinting performance and training for the various disciplines. In the practical part, we deal with development of the training plan and evaluation of this plan. Analysis of the results then confirms the hypothesis. There have been improvements in tests of speed, power, reflexes and endurance following the training program. Training plan was successfully authenticated.
