Development of software support for CCPM method in MS Project
Herout, Jan ; Chlapek, Dušan (advisor) ; Chocholatý, Drahomír (referee)
Project management, to which the thesis "Development of software support for CCPM method in MS Project" aims, is a very important part of everyday life for most present companies. The project management has gone through rapid development, through the second half of last century, during which many new techniques and methods, for planning and managing projects, were developed. One of these methods was critical chain project management method (CCPM), developed by E. M. Goldratt in the mid 80th of last century. At the end of the 20th century the market began to be flooded by software applications which supported project management, thanks to the boom of information and communication technologies. Because the CCPM method is still too young, there is only a very little amount of products aimed at this method. Author of the thesis took as its main objective the development of a software application that would serve to support the project management by CCPM method, and will work as an extension to an existing, widely used product, MS Project. To achieve this objective, few secondary objectives have to be met. The first is to characterize methods for project management with a focus on the critical chain project management method, including the description of the advantages and disadvantages of this method. These objectives will be achieved with the help of literature search, supplemented by knowledge gained by studying the issue at the college. Another secondary objective is to find, analyze and compare existing software used for project management support with CCPM method. For the primary analysis the author mainly uses information supplied by developers of these products, for the deeper analysis is used a model project that examines the behavior of the application in standard situations. For product comparison is made a group of criteria, which can also serve for potential readers as the basis for decision of the choice of suitable application for their needs. The main objective of the work, the development of the application, is based on the requirements set on the basis of information obtained from literature and on the results from testing of existing applications. This application is considered to be the greatest benefit of the thesis. In the end of the thesis the newly developed application is compared with existing products, by testing on a model project and by evaluating with a group of criteria established for evaluation of existing products.

Links between atmospheric circulation and surface air temperature distributions in climate models
Pejchová Plavcová, Eva ; Kyselý, Jan (advisor) ; Halenka, Tomáš (referee) ; Huth, Radan (referee)
Title: Links between atmospheric circulation and surface air temperature distributions in climate models Abstract: This thesis comprises a collection of five papers dealing with validation of regional climate model (RCM) simulations over Central Europe. The first paper illustrates and discusses problems with observed data that are used for model validation and how the choice of reference dataset affects the outcomes in validating the RCMs' performances. The second paper evaluates daily temperatures, and it indicates that some temperature biases may be related to deficiencies in the simulations of large- scale atmospheric circulation. RCMs' ability to simulate atmospheric circulation and the observed links between circulation and surface air temperatures are examined in detail in the third paper. This article also compares performances of individual RCMs with respect to the driving data by analysing the results for the driving data themselves. The fourth paper focuses on biases in the diurnal temperature range within RCMs and their possible causes by examining links of the errors to the at- mospheric circulation and cloud amount. The last paper investigates the observed relationships between atmospheric circulation and daily precipitation amounts over three regions in the Czech Republic, as well as how these...

Properties of lecithin nanoemulsions with polysorbate and polyglycerols.
Drdová, Kateřina ; Berka, Pavel (referee) ; Doležal, Pavel (advisor)
Properties of lecitin based nanoemulsions containing polysorbate and polyglyceroles Nanoemulsions, one of the lipid nanodispersions, increase bioavailability of lipophilic drugs, due to their small particle size enable drug targgetting and reduce adverse effects of many drugs. Nanoemulsions are suitable for oral, parenteral, topical and transdermal administration. Essential component of each nanoemulsion is the surfactant. Surfactant has to be chosen very carefully depending on the route of administration, type of the effective substance and other excipients. Choice of surfactant and producing method determine storage stability of final product. Influence of polysorbate 80 and polyglycerol-3-oleate in concentration of 1 %, 0,5 %, 0,1 % and 0,05 % on stability during temperature cycling was observed. Samples were exposed to the temperature 40 řC for 8 hours and 5 řC for 14 hours in turns for time period of 30 days. Particle size and zeta potential were measured and macroscopical changes of samples were observed in defined time intervals. Samples containing polyglycerol as a co-surfactant have shown smaller particle size and smaller size distribution than the samples containing polysorbate. Particle size and size distribution became smaller in time, there were also more excessive macroscopical changes due to...

Pupilĺs participation in creation of teaching content
Aronová, Petra ; Hejlová, Helena (referee) ; Stará, Jana (advisor)
Diploma thesis follows pupil's participation in creation of teaching content. The theoretical part contains information, which supports thesis that is necessary for pupils to be included in the choice of teaching content and this approach develops inteligence in light of humanization, liberalization a democratization. Thereinafter the theoretical part is engaged in pupil's participation in creation of teaching content which is anchored in alternative pedagogical tendency like Montessori, Dalton and etc. It offers methods and activities which develop pupil's responsibility of his inteligence and responsibility of the choice of activities during lessons. The practical part investigates the ideas of pupils and teachers in pupil's participation in creation of teaching content and confronts then with real usage of participation in individual lessons.

Study of resonance and threshold effects on simple two-channel model
Kocák, Jakub ; Čížek, Martin (advisor) ; Kolorenč, Přemysl (referee)
In this thesis we study simple one-dimensional two-channel scattering model where pointlike coupling between channels is provided by the delta potential. The scattering task can be completely solved analytically. The solution of the Lippmann-Schwinger equation leads to improper scattering eigenvectors, consequently to scattering S matrix elements and eigenphases. We study how the setting of parameters affects threshold and resonant behaviour (presence, position, width) and the mutual relationship between resonances and poles of the S matrix in complex k-plane. Then we apply projection- operator formalism to model with resonance and the on-shell T matrix is separated into the orthogonal, direct and resonant term. We discuss how choice of subspace of quasi-bound states effects the separation. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Transport-Geographical Attributes of the South Bohemian Region
WIPPLINGER, Martin
The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the transport-geographical attributes of the South Bohemian Region. Basically, the thesis considers two important characteristics of the settlement structure-transport relationship. These are transport regionalization and hierarchization of the transport centres. Besides the viewpoint of the public transport the diploma thesis also deals with the individual automobile transport. The first chapters describe goals of the thesis and analyse relevant literature. These are followed by detailed methodological part containing the description of the choice of the settlement centres, delimitation of the transport regions and the analysis of hierarchy of the transport nodes. The further chapters analyse the real condition of the South Bohemian Region itself from the points of view of the attributes mentioned above.

Ulahelová, Jana ; Dittrich, Milan (advisor) ; Šnejdrová, Eva (referee)
Contribution to the method of the silver nanoparticles preparation Student: Jana Ulahelová Tutor: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Milan Dittrich, PhD. Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Fakulty of Pharmacy in Hradec Kralove, Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic The thesis is intended on the looking for various conditions of silver nanoparticles preparation, with the smallest size, by Tollens method. The theoretical part concerns historical and contemporary advantage of colloidal silver preparations and reviews also method DLS, that is used for measurement of nanoparticles size. The optimalized preparation procedure was published earlier. The main attention in experimental work was payed to the testing of various hydrodynamical conditions of the preparation and to choice the most suitable nucleating and reduction agent. The important criterion was low toxicity and high efficiency of them. The intensity and volume diameters of particles and polydispersity index of their size was the main measured characteristics.

Taxation and transport
Kocsisová, Tereza ; Vítek, Leoš (advisor) ; Pavel, Jan (referee)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to find suitable regression models between the chosen statistical data of transport and GDP per capita and determine whether these models are statistically significant. The first part is a theoretical introduction to the problems of transport in terms of economics, as well as a description of methods of regression analysis, which is used in the practical part. The practical part draws data from Eurostat's website that provide for this thesis sufficient statistical basis. The data are graphically processed as scatter charts, based on these are determined mathematical equation of regression. The choice of suitable regression analysis is based on coefficient of determination and significance level is alpha = 0,05.
