The subject of this thesis is to build a business plan to establish a wellness centre. The wellness centre will be located in Slavkov u Brna and the main services that will be offered include massages, thermal baths, sauna and body treatments. Part of the business plan is to analyse the surroundings, the staffing and marketing and financial plan. A business plan serves as the basis for a decision on the project implementation.

Master´s thesis is based on making analysis of the present state company Dutch Impuls s.r.o. From this analysis are made the proposals for getting better than actual situation. In the final part there are drawn up the proposals thanks to making business plan.

This thesis defines basic concepts, objectives, methods, and theoretical knowledge necessary to clarify the subject matter on the basis of which a specific business plan is drawn up. In the conclusion of the thesis, the evaluation of the effectiveness of investing in a particular idea is summarized with the help of dynamic indicators.

This diploma thesis deals with an entrepreneurial plan concerning the development of the business company MISE s.r.o., Ltd. The company has been working on the market as a distributor of medical aids for diabetics. The theoretical part is focused on the general characteristic related to the topic. The following analytical part contains the company characteristic, market analysis, financial analysis, the analysis of the outer and inner environment, including the plan evaluation for further expansion. In the conclusion, I summarize both the strong and weak points of the company, and also the opportunities and threats. The proposal part is based on the defined summary of the analytical part. The individual actions will aim to assemble an entrepreneurial plan, which will lead to the company expansion.

In the practical part of the thesis I will introduce the company, propose a strategy for entering a foreign market and evaluate the whole proposal.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the project of entrepreneurial intention of business development. First part contains theoretical introduction of basic concepts, methods and information. The second part deals with the current state of company and the evaluation of its financial health. This part is about Porter´s five forces model, SWOT analysis, SLEPT analysis and financial analysis. The last section is about overall evaluation of this project and about improving the financial situation of the company.
