Předmětem této diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro založení na zřízení wellness centra. Wellness centrum bude umístěno ve městě Slavkov u Brna a mezi hlavní služby, které bude nabízet, patří masáže, voní lázně, sauna a ozdravné procedury. Návrh vychází z analýz trhu, zaměřených na vnitřní i vnější okolí plánovaného podniku. Součástí podnikatelského plánu je personální, marketingový a finanční plán. Vypracovaný podnikatelský plán slouží jako podklad k rozhodnutí a o realizaci záměru. The subject of this thesis is to build a business plan to establish a wellness centre. The wellness centre will be located in Slavkov u Brna and the main services that will be offered include massages, thermal baths, sauna and body treatments. Part of the business plan is to analyse the surroundings, the staffing and marketing and financial plan. A business plan serves as the basis for a decision on the project implementation.
