Kubištová, Markéta ; Sycha, Martin (referee) ; Beneš, Milan (advisor)
The subject matter of this paper is searching for relations established between one's biological sex, gender (the social construction of sex) and position in the society. Creation of adaptation concept for new employees with system organiser position on SAP environment in ŠKODA AUTO a.s.
Doupal, Petr ; Bruckner, Tomáš (advisor) ; Mikát, Vojtěch (referee)
This thesis deals with the issue of adaptation of new employees in ŠKODA AUTO a.s., particularly of those who joined the company under the "Growth strategy 2018" for "system organizer" job positions -- SAP consultants. The company has been awarded for being one of the best employers in the past years and the system of human resource management and employee care is very advanced, however there was a demand in the "Information systems and organization" department to come up with its own way to adapt new employees concretely on SAP environment beyond the regular plans in the company. The goal of this thesis is thus to analyze current general practices in the company, present arguments for the new concept of adaptation on SAP, create that concept and then evaluate it through employees' feedback. The thesis, among other things, focuses on the whole process of the creation of the adaptation, including its administration and themes. The research of the opinions of the employees will review the present results of the adaptation and will give a base for decisions on how to continue with this effort. All activities in this process were done by the author himself while being an intern in the company and member of the adaptation project team. The target of the effort and the thesis itself is to have the adaptation project green lighted for the future continuation and to eliminate premature terminations of contracts of employment, which is why the SAP adaptations were thought of in the first place. The new concept of adaptation will benefit the company, the new employees, the creators of the concept, the tutors and the author and can act as an exemplar for other departments.

Concepts of harmony in five metaphysical poets
Jajtner, Tomáš ; Hilský, Martin (advisor) ; Procházka, Martin (referee) ; Mánek, Bohuslav (referee)
My interest in metaphysical poetry has always been tainted with a sense of amazement and awe: the poetry of the School of Donne, indeed, poses fundamental questions about the nature of modem poetry and the mission of a poet within a disenchanted world. The slow abandonment of the old Pythagorean system of ham1onious spheres rotating around a stable earth and the acceptance of the heliocentric Copernican-Keplerean universe marked a true "breaking of the circle of perfection''- to use the term of Marjorie Nicholson - and entailed a complex breach in the nature of representational arts. The old cosmology depicted the universe as truly universa!, i.e. turning around a single axis, a single principle, or a clearly defined centre. The order of creation was granted by the gradual chain of being, uniting the lowest with the highest in a scale of perfection. The nature of representational arts was, primarily, to re-present the order of creation: i.e. finding a means of transfer between the static order of universe and human understanding. Classical Renaissance literary theory - in fact, inherited from Antiquity - emphasised that poetry as the art of making was to "teach and delight": its delightfulness had to be firmly bound with instruction and initiation into to the order of harmonious cosmos. Indeed, Sidney...

Soil contamination by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from local heating
Šustáček, Jan ; Mikulová, Vlastimila (advisor) ; Jiří, Jiří (referee)
Polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are the pollutants of the environment. These dangerous chemical compounds are produced by man and its activities. The source of these pollutants are mainly burning of fossil fuels and biomass, as well as transportation and industrial production. From the literature they were obtained evidence regarding PAHs, their properties and group trends. For the main PAHs was found their relative genetic toxicity and was described mechanism of their effect on DNA. Based on the literature was compiled ranking of fuels with respect to the production of PAHs. The monitoring of untouched area by industry and transportation. The sampling was done in the surroundings Bušanovice village located in Prachatice district. The samples were taken from surface soil horizon. Samples were taken in 2015 to various remote locations from the center of the village. These samples were analyzed by HPLC technique. It was found that the largest source of contamination are local furnaces burning solid fuels such as wood and coal. The concentrations of PAHs in the samples was in the range of 0.24 to 19.21 mg / kg dm. These values are considerably higher than was expected and in the European scale concentrations correspond to large cities with heavy traffic or industrial areas.

Influence of aroma active compounds on flavour of fruit yogurts
Malina, Lukáš ; Babák, Libor (referee) ; Vítová, Eva (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the determination of aroma compounds in fruit yoghurts. These compounds are crucial for flavour of these dairy products. Two types of fruit yoghurts were analyzed, creamy (8 % of fat) and light (less than 0,1 % of fat), with various fruit ingredients, produced in dairy Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí, spol. s r.o. Analysis was carried out by gas chromatography with extraction of analytes by SPME - solid phase microextraction. Six groups of different aromatic compounds such as ketones, aldehydes, organic acids and their salts, alcohols and sulfides in different amounts were determined. These compounds have mostly microbiological origin (Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus are dairy yoghurt cultures usually used for yoghurt production), less amounts are present in cow's milk or in dairy additives. Yoghurts were simultaneously sensory evaluated using ranking test, scale test and pair test for determination of acceptability and flavour. The assessors were students and staffs faculty of chemistry VUT.

Influence of aroma active compounds on flavour of yogurts
Malina, Jiří ; Babák, Libor (referee) ; Vítová, Eva (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the questions of determination of aroma active compounds present in yoghurts. These compounds are crucial for flavour of these fermented dairy products. Four types of yoghurts were analyzed, creamy (10 % of fat), medium-fat and medium-fat Bio (3 % of fat) and light (0,1 % of fat), produced by Mlékárna Valašské Meziříčí, spol. s r.o. Analysis was carried out by gas chromatography with extraction of analytes by SPME - solid phase microextraction. Five groups of different aroma active compounds such as ketones, aldehydes, organic acids and their esters and alcohols in different amounts were determined. These compounds are mostly metabolic products of Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, dairy yoghurt cultures usually used for yoghurt production. Less amounts are present in cow's milk or in dairy additives. Yoghurts were simultaneously sensorially evaluated using ranking test and scale test for determination of acceptability and flavour. The assessors were students and staffs of faculty of chemistry BUT.
