Mikhail Bulgakov on the crossroad of prose and theatre way: novel Belaya gvardia and play Dni Turbinykh
Zgoda, Yaroslavna ; Hlaváček, Antonín (advisor) ; Hříbková, Radka (referee)
Mikhail Bulgakov has won the most acknowledgeable position in the world literature of the twentieth century among the Russian writers. His recognition is marked by the steep rise of interest in his works. Nevertheless the difficulty arises in the interpretation and understanding of many diverse associations and signs, which were determined to draw the reader's attention and to calm the anger of the official censorship. His novel "The White Guard" and the play "The days of the Turbins" put a particular stress on the situation of the White movement in 1918 in Kiev. It is all shown through the difficult decisions and choices of the Turbin family, which try to save the old values. The whole revolutionary atmosphere reflects the uncertainties of the historical period. There are many allusions, which describe the burning issues of the time. The meeting of the three coloured forces - white, yellow-blue and red - led to the tragic ending on the crossroads of the historical maze. Bulgakov masterly described everything he witnessed in prose and then brought it to the stage. The process was long and his creativity was marked by the censorship intrusion, which underlines the importance of the topic.

Design of optimization of Tesco e-shop
Procházková, Hana ; Říhová, Zora (advisor) ; Ceeova, Nela (referee)
The thesis titled Tesco Potraviny online e-shop contents detailed customer experience based description of functionalities of the Tesco e-shop and some other e-shops competing on the on-line groceries market. Available methods of multi-criteria decision making allowed a platform for comparative analysis of functionalities of Potraviny online, Potraviny domů and Z-market shopping websites. The customer satisfaction survey had been carried out via a multiple choice questionnaire. A proposal for optimalization of the Tesco e-shop, this being the aim of the thesis, has been put together thanks to evaluation of both data collected and multi-criteria analysis being applied. The thesis also provides some subject related information about the Tesco company and looks into how the e-commerce evolves.

Rafajová, Andrea ; Bystřický, Jiří (advisor) ; Marcelli, Miroslav (referee)
Music is important component in media communication. In this thesis I put forward concrete questions of the relation of music and medial area products, such as audiovisual media advertisement are. Music is no separable part of spots in television commercial and I am interested in its inner musical structures, its meaning and a rate of human being impact. The thesis is divided into two sections: theoretical section and empirical one. The theoretical section is based on definition descriptions of music and advertising: music tone qualities, semiotics principle of score, musical advertisement and its legal regulations in Czech Republic, time in media message and characteristics of advertisement types. The second chapter of the theoretical section is aimed at a formal presentation of music in media and music communication strategies; in the last chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis I investigate sign structures which are typical phenomenon in the field of media messages. In the empirical section I analyzed random selected one hundred television spots broadcast in the Czech Republic in 2005. My research contains quantitative analysis of the television spots with these variables: kind of music used in spots: vocal, instrumental or vocal-instrumental, aesthetics stroke, music time and movement: binary...

Synthesis of pyrazino[2,3-b]pyrazines - azaphthalocyanine precursors
Šebl, René ; Zimčík, Petr (advisor) ; Holas, Ondřej (referee)
CHARLES UNIVERSITY IN PRAGUE FACULTY OF PHARMACY IN HRADEC KRÁLOVÉ DEPARTMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMISTRY AND DRUG CONTROL Name: René Šebl Supervisor: Doc. PharmDr. Petr Zimčík,Ph.D Title of the thesis: Synthesis of pyrazino[2,3-b]pyrazines - azaphthalocyanine precursors The topic of my thesis was synthesis of azaphtalocyanines containing pyrazinopyrazine units. These molecules have been published only in few publication till now. Since these molecules are extended by one pyrazine nucleuson each unit, their extended conjugation leads to an increased absorption in the higher regions of the absorption spectrum. In the first step, I focused on the synthesis of precursors for subsequent cyclotetramerization. Starting compound for the preparation of various precursors was 6,7- dichloropyrazino [2,3-b] pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitrile. It underwent nucleophilic substitution leading to products substituted with various substiuents attached via heteroatoms such as oxygen or nitrogen. Another option is the condensation of 5,6-diaminopyrazine-2,3- dicarbonitrile with appropriate diketon. This attempt did not lead to the successful preparation of the precursor. The precursors were subsequently cyclotetramerized to corresponding macrocycles. We succeeded only with one precursor...

Cheeses and analogues products
LAFATOVÁ, Veronika
Bachelor thesis is focus on consumers? knowledge of analogues products with specialization in cheese. It was necessary created a questionnaire, which was fill in by randomly chosen respondents. This questionnaire survey shows preference in cheese consumption, consumers foreknowledge of analog product from points? of view marking of products, shopping behavior and about positives and negatives of cheese analogues. Main conclusion from questionnaire survey are, that consumers consume cheese often, main prefer cheese are semi-hard and fresh cheeses. Consumers have not enough information about product. This is caused by no precise information in label and very often is this product put between real cheese. Correct information in label and position in the shop could be significantly affect the purchasing behavior of consumers with bad benefit of analog products.

Bretton Woods Monetary System
Erlichová, Linda ; Kovář, Martin (advisor) ; Tumis, Stanislav (referee)
Bretton Woods system has never been a main topic of Czech economic literature even though it strongly influenced finance of the most developed countries between 1944 and 1971 (1973). This diploma thesis is an attempt to analyze this important historical phenomena in international finance and the last metal oriented system in the history. The first chapter brings the most important terms and definitions that are necessary for better understanding of this problem. It is followed by chapters analysing international finance development in this area starting with the interwar period, followed by creation of Bretton Woods Monetary System in 1944 and first very successful and hopeful years that finally came to an end with accumulation of more problems that put a strain on the system such as for instance creation of long term dollar deficits by United States. This paper also analyzes the most important problems, finds similarities between Bretton Woods System and European Monetary System and tries to answer a question if this system or any monetary system like that can be successful on a long term basis.

The use of neutrophils in cancer immunotherapy
KOVÁŘOVÁ, Markéta
The aim of this thesis was to investigate the possible role of neutrophil granulocytes in antitumor reactions. Most of our experiments were focused on in vitro studies assessing the cytotoxic effect of mouse neutrophils on B16-F10 melanoma cells labelled with PAMPs. We put an emphasis on activation and generating a prime state of neutrophils. Moreover, a release rate of enzyme myeloperoxidase from azurophil granules was detected as a marker of neutrophil degranulation. We also attempted to attract neutrophils into tumor microenvironment using thioglycolate medium and its main compound casein.
