The role of the word of God in christian spiritual life
Olivová, Jana ; Kohut, Pavel Vojtěch (advisor) ; Ventura, Václav (referee)
RÉSUMÉ The problem of word of God in spiritual life of the Christian The topic of this work is Holy Scripture - Word of God - from the sight of spiritual life. What is the Bible for Christian? How it can be influent for our daily life? How the Church understood the Holy Scripture? Theoretic resource of this work is teaching of the Second Vatican council about word of God, especially constitution "Dei verbum". There were basic ideas of this teaching formed in Century 19th by biblical movement, which made an effort for more serious thinking in the faith through the come back to the source of the Holy Scripture. The principal points of the teaching of the Second Vatican council about word of God are followed: "The Scripture" is revelation of the God. The God reveals us in the Scripture his plan of the salvation which culminate by the coming the Son of God into the world. The Holy Scripture is inspired word of living God therefore the church has it in honest and love. The constitution "Dei verbum" speaks the table of the word of God in the same level as the eucharist. Through the Scripture we meet the God that is why it is for faithful "food" on the way to the salvation. The teaching of the Council had opened the way to the study of the Scripture based on the scientific level. It also encouraged lay people to...

Phenomenon "New sensitivity" in the Czech art of the sixties of the twentieth Century
Porubová, Tereza ; Rakušanová, Marie (advisor) ; Novotná, Eva (referee)
Phenomenon of the new sensibility in the 60s of the twentieth century In the 1960's of the twentieth century the constructive rational forms have come into the czech visual art. It was influenced by avant-garde and modernism of the 20s and 30s and took up the ideas from the french new realism, the german group Zero, new constructivism movement and concrete art. The program of the new sensibility was defined by art historian Jiří Padrta, who gave the priority to the rejection of the organic nature and the objektive tendencies turn. The movement was created by free associated group of modern artists. The common characters of their art activities were the rejection of the symbolism and ilusion and the respekt to the new way of humanism. Some members of that movement brought the new suggestions to the czech art and become famouse in the Czech republic. Some of them, like Zdeněk Sýkora, Jiří Kolář or Karel Malich are also very respected in the world. Arabic minority groups in Germany
Šnaidauf, Jan ; Gombár, Eduard (advisor) ; Kropáček, Luboš (referee)
The submitted thesis is titled "Arab National Minorities in Germany". Tts primary a1m is to shed light for a Czech reader on the much discussed issues of large foreigner communities in a 'Western' (in this case German) society that are perceived as culturally different from the rest of the population, thus giving rise to a number of stereotypes and anxieties as well as, occasionally, open conflicts. Basic research questions refer to the true nature of those minorities, the implications of their presence there and the way the state approaches them. First, the paper justifies the term 'Arab minorities', proceeding to the circumstances of their emergence and growth in Germany. Developments of those groups after the World War TI are dealt with in more detail and are differentiated according to the basic processes: recruitment of labour farce as applied for Morocco and Tunisia, and reception oť reťugee waves notably in cases of Lebanon, Algeria and Iraq. In the second chapter, a characterization of the respective minorities is provided, as seen from several diverse points of view. First the national composition, geographical distribution and religious affiliation are examined, subsequently turning attention to the forma! characteristics of the minorities (especially the residence status) and finally to the...

Macrobicyclic ligands for use in MRI
Pniok, Miroslav ; Kotek, Jan (advisor) ; Veselý, Jan (referee)
4 Title: Macrobicyclic ligands for use in MRI Author: Bc. Miroslav Pniok Department: Department of Inorganic Chemistry, Faculty of Science Supervisor: doc. RNDr. Jan Kotek, Ph.D. Supervisor's e-mail address: modrej@natur.cuni.cz Abstract: The aim of this project is to synthesize new kind of macrobicyclic ligands for Ln3+ ions, especially Gd3+ ion. Gadolinium(III) complexes are widely used in the clinical practice as contrast agents for MR imaging and an improvement of their properties is in the center of interest of many scientific teams. The macrobicyclic ligands have been designed to make possible coordination of two water molecules in the first coordination sphere with fast water exchange. The macrocyclic core (cyclen) is combined with a linking phosphinate chain in N1 ,N4 - and N1 ,N7 -positions forming a cryptand-like structure. The N1 ,N7 -isomer Et2L1 was synthesized in a small amount so only the N1 ,N4 -isomer H2L3 has been studied. The protonation constants have been determined by pH 31 P NMR titration. Keywords: cyclen, chelating agent, cryptand, MRI, phosphinate

The Logic of Anaphora
Peregrin, Jaroslav
The paper addresses foundational questions concerning the dynamic semantics of natural language based on dynamic logic of the Groenendijko-Stokhofian kind. Discussing a series of model calculi of increasing complecity, it shows in detail how usual semantics of dynamic logic can be seen as emerging from the account for certain inferential patterns of natural language, namely those governing anaphora. In this way, the current 'dynamic turn' of logic is argued to be reasonably seen not as the product of changing the focus of logic from the relation of entailment to "a structure of human cognitive action" (van Benthem), but rather as merely another step in our long-term effort to master more and more inferential patterns.

Augmented Reality Using Video from a Stationary Camera
Lagová, Lenka ; Szentandrási, István (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This thesis deals with the issue of creating applications of augmented reality. There are described types of augmented reality, problems associated with developing of applications of this kind. Also there is description of method for detection of moving objects from the record of stationary camera. The thesis deals with camera calibration using knowledge of scene geometry. Scene editor for scene geometry estimation is included in this work. Augmented reality is represented by physical simulations, where object from virtual reality interacts with detected objects and with objects defined in scene editor.

Traffic Monitoring from Aerial Video Data
Babinec, Adam ; Orság, Filip (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis proposes a system for extraction of vehicle trajectories from aerial video data for traffic analysis. The system is designed to analyse video sequence of a single traffic scene captured by an action camera mounted on an arbitrary UAV flying at the altitudes of approximately 150 m. Each video frame is geo-registered using visual correspondence of extracted ORB features. For the detection of vehicles, MB-LBP classifier cascade is deployed, with additional step of pre-filtering of detection candidates based on movement and scene context. Multi-object tracking is achieved by Bayesian bootstrap filter with an aid of the detection algorithm. The performance of the system was evaluated on three extensively annotated datasets. The results show that on the average, 92% of all extracted trajectories are corresponding to the reality. The system is already being used in the research to aid the process of design and analysis of road infrastructures.

3D atlas trees
HRDLIČKA, Lukáš
This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of web pages on the topic of 3D Atlas of trees. This site uses technology available hypertext markup language HTML, CSS, PHP scripting programming language, structured query language SQL and the use of Java applets. The main objective and practical part is to create a website with specific names of at least 30 species, which are accompanied by a description and photographs. These photos can be viewed in 2D or in 3D using Anaglyph method using existing applet from Mr. Andreas Petersika. Website includes administration access. The administrator can create, edit and delete titles, text and upload photos to the database directly from the website. Visitors to the site have permission to insert a new kind of text and pictures directly from the website due to the development site. For posting photos is created server that is publicly accessible and contains the necessary software. Website contains rules for inserting 2D photos to page and applet validly generated 3D images. This allows upload photos wider community of users. The website is available in the domain http://home.pf.jcu.cz/~hrdlil01/index.html

Nodální regiony v Evropě vymezené na základě letecké dopravy
ROZKOŠNÝ, Filip
This master´s thesis deals with the delineating of nodal regions via civil aviation data in the territory of central European states. This kind of transport has become a very popular type of spatial mobility after its deregulation and liberalization particularly thanks to its speed, cheaper fares and relative safety. Thanks to this spatial mobility of inhabitants, it is possible to delineate borders of regions according to real movements. Supposing usage of aviation data to delineate nodal regions, the airports represent their nodes. The purpose of this master´s thesis was delineating nodal regions via civil transport data in an interesting territory of Central Europe. Its western and eastern part has undergone different historical and political development which has had consequences on the aviation development level. Research input data included number of flights between central European airports for the period of 1 day. The master´s thesis is structured into 5 chapters. The first parts are: introduction and goals, theoretical part and methodology. The analytical part evaluates the whole nodal-region-delineating process and also nodal regions final hierarchical structure. Each partial part of research was depicted into a map and was also expressed by population and area. There are answers on the input hypothesis in the final part of this paper.
