My graduation thesis deals with the questions of opening a new youth hostel. The objective of my thesis is to create the company which runs a hostel. The first part contents theoretic introduction to the problems and definitions of the esential concepts. The other part concerns application of the theory of setup new business in practice - processing a business plan and analysis of competition.

The goal of this Bachelor´s Thesis is to process business plan and consider, if it is realisable or not. In order to make perfect business plan, it is necessary to summarize theoretical information. Therefore, it is included in the first part of this Thesis. In the second, practical part, a proposal of foundation of a company in a form of a business plan is described, applying gained knowledge, on topic student restaurant.

In the bachelor thesis I create a business plan. I would check whether or not the founding of a fashion company in the Czech Republic is possible and sustainable. The theoretical part describes the creation of a business plan with professional literature. In the second part, I use this information and implement a viable fashion brand business Filippo Maiero. The company is focused on the sale of shirts and tailored shirts.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of conditions for establishing a company in the European Union. This work defines basic business terms and discusses the historical development of the business environment and conditions for establishing a company in the territory of today's European Union. Surveys the legal forms of businesses and analyzes the procedure of founding a company in Czech Republic, in selected EU member states and in the European Union. It deals with taxes and the impact of the tax policy on the establishment of companies. The work identifies and evaluates the criteria which determine conditions for starting up a business and their development in time. It compares the results of the EU member states and based on the analyzed data helps to decide whether it is better and for what kind of a company to establish a company in Czech Republic or in another country in EU.

This Bachelor's Thesis is concerned with constructing a business plan for the establishment of the company for profit in the hospitality industry. The Theory section describes the structure of the business plan, what it consists of and how to prepare this document. In the Practical part there is a business plan of a specific situation. It contains assessment of the feasibility of the plan. This work should serve as a basis for the project implementation.

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with business plans, their components and possible uses. Various types of business plans are discussed according to the amount of details they share. The second part covers feasibility study a specific part of a business plan. A particular business plan for establishing a company concerned with consulting and sales of technical products for the oil and construction industry is considered to conclude the practical part of the thesis.

The Business Plan of the Tennis Academy

The main goal of the thesis was to create a business plan for the purpose of the Tennis Academy foundation and to consider objective conditions (of the foundation) and profitability of the business plan. The business plan contains these main parts: the introduction of the firm's activities and strategies, total market analysis (includes information about the particular market, competition, customer analysis), promotion (the way how to affect and attract new customers), detailed 2 years financial projection (including real and pessimistic modifications of the projection) and risks identification and evaluation (within pessimistic modification of the financial projection). The conclusion of the business plan confirmed the profitability and consider objective conditions mentioned above as accepted. The final decision is to set up the business.
