Cílem této diplomové práce je přinést ucelený přehled o podmínkách pro zakládání firem v Evropské unii. Práce definuje základní podnikatelské pojmy a informuje o historickém vývoji podnikatelského prostředí a o podmínkách pro zaloţení firmy na území dnešní Evropské unie. Přináší přehled právních forem podnikání a rozebírá postup zaloţení firmy v České republice, ve vybraných státech EU a v rámci Evropské unie. Dále se věnuje problematice daní a dopadu daňové politiky států na zakládání firem. Práce identifikuje a hodnotí kritéria ovlivňující podmínky pro zaloţení firmy a jejich vývoj v čase. Srovnává výsledky jednotlivých států Evropské unie a na základě zanalyzovaných dat pomáhá rozhodnout, zda a pro jaké typy firem je výhodnější zaloţit firmu v ČR nebo v jiné zemi EU. The aim of this diploma thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of conditions for establishing a company in the European Union. This work defines basic business terms and discusses the historical development of the business environment and conditions for establishing a company in the territory of today's European Union. Surveys the legal forms of businesses and analyzes the procedure of founding a company in Czech Republic, in selected EU member states and in the European Union. It deals with taxes and the impact of the tax policy on the establishment of companies. The work identifies and evaluates the criteria which determine conditions for starting up a business and their development in time. It compares the results of the EU member states and based on the analyzed data helps to decide whether it is better and for what kind of a company to establish a company in Czech Republic or in another country in EU.
