The Production of the Components on the Press Brake Machine

The project elaborated overview of the production technology of the components on the press brake machines. It is based on study of theoretical pricniples in literature and modern practical instances as added value. It discussed about bending technology in general, about its priciple and parameters. Then there is overview of most used methods of bending at press brake. bending tools, its process of production and tool clamping. The main emphasis is placed on press brake machines. There are discussed the main types of machines, structure of machine and last but not least there are presented selected world manufaturers of press brake machines. For a better idea there is showed production of particular component in manufacturing plant in the end. Acquisition of the project is in simple description of press bending technology and way of work on press brake machines. The useful trasfer may be for example to education.

The thesis “Laser welded Common Rail” deals with changes in the manufacturing process of Rail for the purpose of increasing the quality of the final product while reducing quality and technical failures. The thesis also includes a research of the system Common Rail with focusing on the production and construction of laser welded Rail and on the analysis of the technical condition of the welding equipment.

Adjustment of the Insulation of the Bus Rear Part

Master thesis is focused on proposal of improved manufacturing process of assembly named "sandwich" produced in Iveco bus company. There is solved new fixation of assembly bench, replacement of currently used glues and material of ledge as well. In the first part there is company introduction Iveco Bus. Second part consist of construction analysis and description of present manufacturing process. Further there is introduction, solving out of thesis topics and proposal of new manufacturing process is written. At the end of thesis are attached comparison between present and proposed manufacturing process.

The target of Master Thesis with theme „The innovation of production technologie of pressure reservoir“, is a description of manufacturing technologie currently in use and design a new technologie. Part of new development of technologie is a selection of suitable spectrum of rails (pressure reservoir), design invention of appropriate machine loading system and clamping fixture placed into machine. Also the comparison of technologckl and economical parameters of proposed designed technologies and technologie currently in use - the final evaluation included.

Description of tool clamping interface at milling machines

This bachelor’s thesis describes the types and characteristics of tool holders for milling machines, which are clamped in the spindle of machine. There are explained the structural and functional properties of individual toolholders. It also describes mechanisms for clamping tools with cylindrical shank in the toolholder. This work describes the use, advantages and disadvantages of the toolholders.

Clamping mode of tools and workpieces

This bachelor's thesis deals with a clamping of machine tools and workpieces in an engineering practice. It provides an overview of the possibilities of their clamping during machining. The individual ways of the clamping for specific machining operations are there presented sequentially and also their functional principles are described in detail. In the thesis is contained also a practical analysis acquired in a business environment. Its aim was to find out the real use of the clamping of machine tools and workpieces in practice. In the conclusion are added examples of typical clamping devices from catalogue sheets of various companies.

Conveyor with clamping and measuring

The first profile of the thesis describes current methods of segmenting and measuring of aluminium profile and analysis of a specific roller conveyor with a measuring device for feeding aluminium profile to a high-speed circular saw. The second section is focused on designing a new conveyor with clamps for feeding aluminium profile and designing measuring equipment based on the analysis in the first part.
