Personnel marketing of banking istitution in the time of comming recession

The diploma thesis is covering questions of personnel marketing ( means problems of personnel branding and the recruitment process) of one of the biggest banking institution from the czech market in the time of comming recession. The thesis involve an aspect of marketing and a description of recruitment process. Also there is a description of main concequences of the financial crise to the labour market with the influences on the process of personnel marketing. Iintroducing of the organisation is followed by analysis of exact activities concerning personnel marketing, evaluation of these activities, which is based on studying of technical literature and companie's documentation. Finally there are some proposals to improve the quality of these processes.

Bachelor thesis analyzes processes of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees in Zentiva, which is a pharmaceutical company. It's divided into two parts. The first one is theoretical and is in fact introduction to problems of personnel work and particular personnel activities. It specifically focuses on recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees. The second part describes how these personnel activities are administrated within the company. Applied principles and processes are discussed and suitable changes are designed wherever considered necessary.

This thesis discusses possibilities of using psychometric on-line systems in recruitment and selection process. The first part of thesis describes the process of recruitment and selection of employees and it attends to the characteristic of psychometric testing as one of methods of selection of employees. This part of work mentions the expanding trend of using on-line psychodiagnostics in recruitment and selection of employees. The second part of thesis focuses on possibilities of using the concrete psychometric on-line system in recruitment and selection process and it characterises work with this on-line system from user's view. It follows the description of recruitment and selection process with using of this on-line system for a specific position in situation of concrete company. The conclusion of thesis contains analysis of this process and it suggests some recommendations for doing recruitment and selection more effective.

The goal of this thesis is to analyse the processes of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees in the technology and consultant company, to evaluate them and create proposals and recommendations to improve them. In the first part are described the teoretical knowledges about recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees. In the second part is the analysis of this processes in the company on the basis of questionnaire examination between the employees of the company and interviews with the HR manager and one chosen employee. In conclusion are proposed the changes, which could help to increase the efficiency of the recruitment, selection and adaptation processes.

Thirdly, the closing part contains evaluation and conclusion of used methods and at the same time suggests another methods that can be possibly used for this particular purpose.

The thesis focuses on employee recruitment in japanese environment. Among others, the discussed topics include interview process, experiences of recruitment agences with japanese companies on the Czech market and recommendations of specific steps for the analysed company. The hypothesis of the thesis is that japanese compnanies are unsuccessful regarding employee recruitment in the Czech Republic, suffer from insufficient interest of potencial candidates . All these factors combined with general underestimating of HR policies lead to high employee fluctuation in japanese branch offices.
