Bakalářská práce analyzuje proces získávání, výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Zentiva, k.s. Je rozdělena na dvě základní části. Teoretická část je úvodem do problematiky personální práce a dílčích personálních činností. Speciálně je zaměřena právě na získávání a výběr zaměstnanců a jejich následnou adaptaci. Praktická část popisuje tyto personální činnosti tak, jak jsou prováděny ve společnosti Zentiva, k.s., používané zásady a postupy posuzuje a v případě potřeby navrhuje vhodné změny a zlepšení. Bachelor thesis analyzes processes of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees in Zentiva, which is a pharmaceutical company. It's divided into two parts. The first one is theoretical and is in fact introduction to problems of personnel work and particular personnel activities. It specifically focuses on recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees. The second part describes how these personnel activities are administrated within the company. Applied principles and processes are discussed and suitable changes are designed wherever considered necessary.
