Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza procesů náboru, výběru a adaptace pracovníků v technologické a konzultační společnosti, jejich zhodnocení a vytvoření návrhů a doporučení na jejich vylepšení. V úvodní části jsou popsány teoretické poznatky z oblasti náboru, výběru a adaptace pracovníků. V druhé části je potom provedena analýza procesů ve společnosti na základě dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci společnosti a na základě rozhovoru s personalistkou a vybraným zaměstnancem společnosti. Na závěr byly navrženy změny, které by mohly napomoci ke zvýšení efektivnosti systémů náboru,výběru a adaptace. The goal of this thesis is to analyse the processes of recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees in the technology and consultant company, to evaluate them and create proposals and recommendations to improve them. In the first part are described the teoretical knowledges about recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees. In the second part is the analysis of this processes in the company on the basis of questionnaire examination between the employees of the company and interviews with the HR manager and one chosen employee. In conclusion are proposed the changes, which could help to increase the efficiency of the recruitment, selection and adaptation processes.
