The aim of master thesis "The system of employees appraisal in ŠIMEK 96, spol. s r.o." is design of a appraising employee performance including ties to employee rewarding and developing. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes principles of appraising employee performance, employee rewarding and employee developing. The practical part is divided i analytical and application part. In analytical part is describes actual situation in company. In application part are describe several options of appraising employee performance system including link to other personal agency. The conclusion contains evaluation and recommendation to implementation.

The aim of the bachelors thesis is to analyse the recruitment process at Call centre RWE, explore untapped labour market, identify strengths and weaknesses of the recruitment process and make suggestions to improve current labour situation. Thesis is divided into two sections - theoretical and practical. Theoretical section describes terms and theory of recruitment. Practical section consists of the description of the company, current situation in recruitment at the Call centre RWE, results of the research and strengths and weaknesses of the recruitment process together with the suggestions for increasing its outcome. The research included these topics - student employment, popularity of the position call centre operator, RWEs employer brand especially its attractiveness and the recruitment campaign.

This thesis focuses on determine analysis of the job requirements in the enterprise VK VACOVSKÝ GROUP s.r.o. As a part of this company have been prepared the individual job descriptions and the job specifications. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is characterized by the object and the purposes of the work, outlines the hypothesis and the methodology solutions. The informations needed to the job analysis were obtained through the method of the questionnaire, the personal interviews and the analysis of the corporate documentation. The second part deals with the explanation of basic concepts relating to the job analysis. The third section focuses on the characteristics of the company, describes the result of the empirical investigation and conclusions, which outlines the individual job descriptions, the job specifications and the new organizational structure.

This bachelor thesis deals with a job analysis. The theoretical part defines basic terms, describes job analysis methods, a role of this area in other HR activities and briefly mentions a new approach in the form of a role profile. The practical part characterizes and evaluates HR policy and business processes and suggests improvements in this area in order to increase usability of this activity in a specific company. Based on these recommendations and conclusions, a new job description and specification is proposed.

The thesis deals with two ways how to create information base for the human resource management, represented mainly by a job desctription. There will be described a job analysis, which is officially taken as a fundamental action to efectively conduct all human resource management activities. Second approach described in the text is a model inspired by a procedure of making a job description in practice of an engineering company. The two aproaches are compared and strengths and weaknesses of each of them are mentioned. At the end there are given conclusions concerned about the practical use of both of the approaces.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze a problem in a particular company and to suggest a solution based upon a work analysis and a competency model. The theoretical part deals with various approaches to defining competency, its elements and types. Following part of this thesis presents a work analysis, the stages of making a competency model and defines methods of competency measuring. The practical part applies the work analysis and the competency approach to the specific problem of personal management in the particular company. It is focused mainly on creation of the job description and a competency model for specific manager. The last part of this thesis also suggests a method for evaluating of worker on the basis of competency measuring.
