Oceňování nemovitostí - srovnání oceňovacích předpisů v ČR a SR

Tato práce se věnuje problematice oceňování nemovitostí v podmínkách legislativy České a Slovenské republiky. Metodická část obsahuje základní pojmy z oblasti oceňování s rozlišením názvosloví českého a slovenského, popisuje profese odhadce a znalce v ČR a SR a analyzuje rozdílnosti v legislativě české a slovenské tak, jak vyplývají ze současných právních předpisů. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci legislativy SR i ČR. V této části je stanovená všeobecná hodnota rodinného domu s příslušenstvím podle zákonů SR a administrativní cena zjištěná stejného souboru nemovitostí podle předpisů platných v ČR.

Radon-Nikodym Derivative in Probability Theory

This thesis concerns the Radon-Nikodym derivate, its properties, connection with measure derivative and its applications in the probability theory. The text defines the conditional probability distribution and solves the problem of unique- ness in the case of conditioning of an event which has zero probability of occuring. Next part of the text is about the conditional expactation, which is defined by the conditional distribution, and some of its properties. There are also few words about the Borel isomorphic spaces and the conditional variability and covariance. Last section of this work is about construction of the Brownian Bridge from the Wiener process and about its applications is the statistics.

Image Viewing and Manipulation Tool

Image processing comprises many useful techniques for fixing and correcting of digital photographs, such as noise filtering, sharpening of images, color balancing, and many others. The aim of the work is to design and implement a portable tool that would allow easy integration of existing implementations of such techniques, providing its users with a unified and easy to use interface. The tool offers basic functions for image browsing, viewing, and processing. The advanced functions include image bending - manual combining of photographs of the same object taken with different exposures into a single photograph with higher dynamic range. The tool makes it possible to apply some of the operations to a group of images. These operations are image rotation, image rescaling, and median filtering. The extension mechanism of the tool includes support for adding new image processing operations, applying operations to a group of images, extending the range of supported image formats, modifying and extending user interface of the program.

The Corporate Social Responsibility

The aim of my thesis is to consider a contemporain concept of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) and all relative activities in the international company and to propose a potential development of this concept for a specific region. Theoretical part explains fundamental features of the corporate social responsibility, its' history, three pillars and organizations which are dedicated to this concept. Practical part of this paper analyses the system of CSR in the international company. In this part there is a history of the CSR applicated in the company, the rating and the contemporain status of the corporate social responsibility. There are mentioned also the methods of measurement of CSR which proclaim the level of corporate social responsibility in the company. There is a focus on the concept of CSR applicated in the Czech republic and some new ideas how to improve it.

Specifics of Pharmaceutical Marketing

The thesis deals with the topic of pharmaceutical marketing. Pharmaceutical marketing uses many usual marketing techniques, but it has also its typical characteristics. The thesis focuses on those specifics. It deals with the various tools of marketing and communication mix and their specific characteristics in relation to the pharmaceutical marketing. The thesis summarizes the theoretical literature, which relates to the topic, and explains the Czech legislation that regulates significantly all marketing activities in pharmaceutical industry. The analytical part of the thesis solves two real existing marketing problems on the example of the Belupo company. It analyses why the Simbela product has failed on the Czech market and proposes a go-to-market strategy for the new Belohair product.

Title: Jogging like a tool for influencing of fitness and body mass in men Objectives: The main objective of this work is to propose two exercise programs. The first one focuses on the application of jogging as a means of weight reduction in overweight people. The second one aims to increase the fitness of healthy individual. At the same time the aim is to map an available information from native and foreign literature on physical activity like jogging, which can have a positive effect on individual fitness, as well as applicable method for weight reduction. Methods: The method used was to research the available literature and internet sources. Publications, which deal with jogging, health related fitness and weight reduction, were analyzed. Results: Results of this work confirmed that that physical activity in the form of jogging has a significant positive effect on the formation and maintenance of physical and mental fitness as well as applicable method for weight reduction. Correction of lumbar spine strain during aerobic exercises

Title: Correction of lumbar spine strain during aerobic exercises Goal of the study: Awareness of excessive lumbar spine strain during the aerobic lessons, suggest of correctional practices, and to determine if the correction is useful and effective. Method: The task is executed as an experiment with the focus on the correctional exercises for lumbar spine. Experimental group was created using sixty women from three different exercising groups. The aerobic lessons tracked were the same in length and content. Two groups were subject to corrective intervention while one control group was left without intervention. The two groups with intervention were using suggested breathing and compensation exercises. All sixty members of the experimental group answered a questionnaire with questions focused on subjective feelings in lumbar spine. Significance of subjective feelings was measured using VAS scale. Results: Painful feeling in the lumbar spine was reduced after using breathing and compensation exercises. Quality Management System for Long-Term Care (LTC) in the Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is to analyze Long-Term Care in the Czech Republic, to design a Quality Management System for Long-Term Care, and to demonstrate its practical application in Gerontological Centre. A Quality Management Handbook for Long-Term Care represents an additional aim of this thesis; it is designed for Health and Social organizations having a similar spectrum of activities. This work relies on document analysis - available scientific studies on long-term care, and literature focused on quality management. A significant part of the text is supported by our own practical experience and is reinforced by consultations with experts in senior care. ISO systems, TQM approaches, Standards of social services, and National accreditation standards for subsequent and long-term care SAK ČR (United Accreditation Commission of Czech Republic) have been used as a starting point for the proposed Quality Management System. The proposed system has a broad scope, including resources, processes and outputs. The systems used in practice have some common parts; therefore the proposed model may be easily modified to accommodate the specific requirements of individual certification authorities.

Persistent data structures in C Abstract: This work describes the design and implementation of persistent data structures framework for C programming language. It discusses effective imple- mentation of persistent structures and providing transparent manipulation of data. This work defines services which should be provided by persistent layer and tries to define some general persistent layer interface for good extensibility. In the end it analyses performance issues of various data storages and tries to specify class of applications, which could use persistent data structures framework. Práce se zaměřuje na pojem majetek, hodnota, cena. Rozpracovává jednotlivé metody oceňování majetku, zejména pak metodou administrativní. Dále jsou jednotlivé faktory a koeficienty ukázány při použití ocenění rodinného domu. Závěr teoretické části je věnována měření výnosnosti investic. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci administrativní metody při ocenění rodinného domu, garáže příslušenství a pozemku. Je zde rozebráno i hodnocení investice do nemovitosti a cenných papírů.
