Business plan of culturally-multifunction facility in Kladno

This bachelor's thesis is about establishing and running culturally-multifunction facility in Kladno. The goal of this work is to compile a bussines plan and using it to respond to absence of a similar facility in the region. This object offers to customers cultural enjoyment of almost all kinds. In the theoretical part are defined the basic terms which are connected to the business plan e.g. a business, an enterpreneuer, a company or a cultural facility. The practical part is focused on realization of the business plan of culturally-multifunction facility and its cultural potential in town and its surroundings. In this part are mentioned services and utilities for customers and how to ensure them, informations about the company and its legal form. It is not omitted an analysis of market environment, target customers, competition and financial aspects of the project.

The thesis deals with the analysis of private equity model focusing on the possibility of its utilizing as a source of finance. The first part contains definitions of important aspects related to the area of private equity. The second part consists of a case study which assesses effects of an investment of private equity companies in a specific enterprise. The investment of the private equity group Penta in AERO Vodochody is analyzed based on various aspects.

Survey of the methods of costing of hospitalization

The thesis, Survey of the methods of costing of hospitalization, deals with the characteristics of the classification system DRG used for costing of hospitalization. The first half of the theoretical part of this work describes the Czech health care in general and specific ways of financing it. We focus on the costs related to the emergency care in hospitals which are classified by the DRG system. The second half of the theoretical part studies the actual principles of costing of hospitalization. The method chosen for this is called Activity Based Costing (ABC). It defines the procedures of costing which are being used in hospitals. At the end, we provide a description of the current and suggested procedures of costing of hospitalization and how they are utilized to set up parameters of the reimbursing mechanism. The practical part of this thesis maps the situation of hospitalization financing in Klatovska nemocnice, a. s. We suggest a new way of financing based on the methodology DRG Restart. Base on the data obtained in Klatovska nemocnice, a. s. we summarize and compare the results of the new method to the current one.

Life style of middle school students in the city of Most in relation to the socio-economic status of their parents

Abstract Title: The lifestyle of middle-school students in the city of Most, in relation to the socio- economic status of their parents. Goal: Ascertaining, in the city of Most, the connection between parents' socio-economic status and their children's lifestyle, i.e. ascertaining whether parents' position in social strata creates a difference in the lifestyles of children from individual classes. Method: Explorative method of empirical research. The research technique chosen was to utilize questionnaires. The questionnaires were not standardized. Results: The symbolic borders between lifestyles of middle-school students from various social classes in the city of Most are diffuse and not strictly defined. Individuals whose parents have differing socio-economic statuses have lifestyles which resemble each other. Keywords: Lifestyle, socio-economic status, family, vertical stratification.

The Importance of Religious Parties in Israeli Party Systém

This diploma thesis named "The Importance of Religious Parties in Israeli Party System" deals with these parties' position during last century. In the first part it defines main characteristics of the political system that enables religious parties to be active on the Israeli political scene and points out historical milestones of their genesis. The core of the work is an analysis of the position of main religious parties in the party system viewed from three conflicting lines having the biggest impact on its present form. The penultimate chapter defines the most important religious parties which are active in the Knesset and searches for their attributes. Instruments for international organizations to compel their member states. An example of the conflict in Nagorno Karabakh.

in English The object of this diploma thesis is to answer the question, how can international organizations (UN, Council of Europe and OSCE) effectively regulate conflicts among their member states, or which instruments are they for this purpose equipped with. The thesis is divided into three main parts - theoretical study, part dedicated to the individual international organizations and the case study. The first part offers a definition of basic legal concepts, as they will be used in the following parts of the study with an emphasis on the definition of the concept "coercion". The following part deals with the instruments of coercion the international organizations are equipped with. In the third part are the findings from the previous parts confronted with a real case of the effort to regulate the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia in Nagorno Karabakh. This structure of the thesis can be also described as a progress from a theoretic basis, through an applied theory contained in particular agreements, to their practical realization in the concrete case. Based on the completed study the author concludes that unilateral instruments of coercion, that the particular organizations have at their disposal, are often not appropriate (exclusion from organization), ineffective (political declaration)...

Selected issues of conflict of laws in international family law

This thesis is aimed at specific questions of conflict rules of the international family law. Specifically, it focuses on the conflict law rules of matrimonial law with an international element. It takes into account the domestic, as well as the international regulation and regulation of the European Union. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. It starts with an introduction, which is followed by the second chapter which deals with the concept of international family law and its sources. The third chapter devoted to a general explanation of the conflict rules including the most significant related terms, such as determining factor or public order. The fourth chapter is aimed at the legal regulation of concluding a marriage with respect of the conflict rules determining the law applicable in case of capacity to conclude a marriage, its validity and form. This chapter also deals with consular marriages and marriages concluded abroad in case of threat to life. The fifth chapter contains he conflict rules of personal and property situation of spouses. This chapter at the same time reflects a recent progress in this field as far as European Union law on property situation in marriage is concerned. Poor age - Growing over-indebtedness of persons in advanced age

Western countries are facing an increasing poverty among seniors related to the demographic revolution and lengthening of life span. The so-called over-indebtedness is one of the "modern" causes and also consequences of poverty. This thesis discusses the relationship between over-indebtedness and poverty with emphasis on senior population (65+). An empiric analysis is employed to explore causes and consequences of over-indebtedness. The increasing over-indebtedness is already being targeted by public policies, however their effectiveness is low. Sufficient material and personal resources are lacking as well as not being optimally utilized. There is only limited cooperation between civil and public-law sectors. Communication with the private sector in a way of common goal setting is also deficient. In a fierce market-driven economy, elderly people become a weak link and find themselves in situations conflicting with morals, human and civil rights, and adequate quality of life in a modern society. This state of affairs threatens social integrity and demands a solution. The main aim of this master thesis is to analyse the current business model of Laminar Medica (CE) s.r.o.. Theoretical and methodological part contains the definitions of partial analyzes methodologies and procedures which will be utilized in the practical part. The second part of the thesis besides characteristics of the company itself focuses mainly on practical implementation and linkage of the partial analyzes. Their main purpose is to create comprehensive picture of current business model of the company Laminar Medica (CE) s.r.o., create financial plan and estimate the appraisal of the company. In the last part of the thesis, there will be an accomplished summarization of the main findings and formulation of the recommendations on how to enhance function of the current business model.

Cloud computing - comparison of cloud storages

This thesis deals with the utilization of cloud computing in the field of online data storages for storing and backing up of user data. After defining the target group and its requirements for the service, ten most suitable options from the total set of cloud storages were selected. Selected storages were subsequently tested and analyzed in order to be used in the next stage of thesis. Materials for multicriterial analysis of options were created on the basis of set criteria and their given or measured values. The most appropriate options were calculated by application of the aforementioned mathematical method. These options were then evaluated and described from the viewpoint of commissioning.
