A systém of field and forest roads in the administrativ area Suchovršice

This thesis deals with the network of field and forest in the cadastre unit of Suchovršice and suggest to supplement the network of unpaved roads.
In the theoretical part is summarized the history of the field and forest roads. Then there is a division of field and forest roads according to the relevant standards ČSN. Another section is devoted to maintenance events, repairs and reconstructions of field and forest roads. There are outlined the possibility of financing the construction of new roads. Follow a description of the most important objects on the field and forest paths.
In the practical part is defined area of interest including the broader territorial relations. Then there are described the current field and forest roads in the area of interest, which were plotted to the map of road networks. This map is the result of performed detailed field research. On the basis of digitized map stable cadastre is described the road network in 1840. Due to the fact could be compared to road networks in two different time stages. The existing system of field and forest roads is evaluated. For ratings are calculated densities of both types of roads in the area of interest. The calculated density of the field and forest roads are assessed with an average density of roads in the Czech Republic. The density of field and forest roads in the selected area is higher than the national average. This can be explained by the type of relief which corresponds hilly land type. Overall, the number and length of roads is sufficient. However, density of forest haul routes is insufficinet. Problematic is also the technical condition of rural roads in the selected area.
Based on the analysis of historical and current road network is designed to complement the rural roads within the land adjustment. Land adjustment just underway, and draft routes can be used to compile Plan of common facilities.

Mortgage Market in the Czech Republic

Diploma thesis with the theme "Mortgage market in Czech Republic" has its objective in characterizing and analyzing the development of mortgage market from its beginning to the present situation. There is described the history and common characteristic of mortgage banking in the first part. There are also stated all related legal standards.
There is described further procedure and particular phases which has to be completed by each mortgage loan applicant in the next chapter. Next chapter is focused on description of mortgage loan drawdown and its repayment. In the end of this chapter there is comparison of interest rate development and the mortgage loan volume according to the fixture time. Concurrently there is analyzed influence of interest rate to the volume of mortgage loans.
Last but on chapter analyzes all relevant cost related to a mortgage loan application. Everything coming out from the previous analysis is put into the context with the results of my survey. Based on that the conclusions about impact of costs on number of mortgage loan applicatons are made. Final chapter compares individual bank offers and analyzes all possible factors which impacts final results.

Role of regional product in regional development

The aim of this work is proposal of possibilities how to use regional products for regional development, to strengthen togetherness and cohesion with the given region together with an emphasis on identity and cultural heritage. This work compares regional products in two specific areas of different countries , Klatovsko in the Czech Republic and the Pays du Revermont in France. The work characterizes a particular environment, the role of regional organizations, the definition of quality, certification of origen and labeling local traditional foods. A quantitative and qualitative survey shows that interest in traditional product by consumers is high and obvious connection between the consumer, regional product and particular region. National pride and the importance of protecting of cultural heritage has showed to be one of the priorities of our epoch. The results of this work eneble practical utility. They can be useful information and base for municipality of city on issues of other development of the region and cooperation in various areas within the national and international level.

Analysis of the development of the selected villages in relation to the Czech Republic´s entry to EU

This translated thesis is focused on use of tools for local level development.Main goal of thesis is to point out the ability of local self-government and how to strive to realization of goals and sustainable development with help of european and regional politics.This thesis analyses the influences of european politics on villages with population of less than 1000 inhabitants.Problematics delve into the are of specifications of villages,funcions of self-governments in small villages and points out individual factors of influencing the development. Analysis of development of chosen village in correlation with admission of Czech Republic to EU is based on detailed characteristic of area of interest. For better clarity more significant areas were chosen which we can safely judge with the development in certain time period how and if the area became to worse,started to stagnate or became generaly better and what was its cause.In relation of admission if Czech Republic to EU the results will be evaluated if this act had any significant benefit on this specific ocasion.

Economical Impact of Regional Planning in the selected Region

The thesis aims to draft procedures for regional development. The goal is going to define standardized processes, which aim to take advantage of the activities of foreign investors in the Central Bohemia Region, these investment activities positively getting on the development of employment rate. The methodology includes the application of regression analysis in which is the explanatory variables, the volume of foreign direct investment (independent variable) and the dependent variable is the emplyment people who have permanent home in the Central Bohemia Region. To maintain the investment activity is necessary to create the local authorities suitable conditions for investors through guaranteed prices of commercial area. The assumption is that investor interest will be remain only in the event, that they gonna to be offered a guaranteed price of commercial area. The task for the public administration is in the interest of investors and the public interest. The result of regression analysis is, used to determine the optimal scope of commercial area offer. Therefore, to design solutions also falls adjustment and correction of territorial development in the Central Bohemia Region.

Utilization of biogas plant for waste management

The thesis deals with the use of efficient processing of waste materials in agricultural production i order to obtain thermal and electric energy. The work describes basic terms of the technology of biogas plants - anarobic dry and wet fermentation, biogas, digestate, biomass and energy sources. The study also documented the formation and operation of agricultural biogas plant Bílov in Bohemia, describing the composition and quantity of input substrate and operating parameters. To evaluate the overall status and benefits of a biogas plant for the village was carried out a survey in the area of interest.

The evaluation of threats resulting from Sinanodonta woodiana invasion in the Czech Rep. with focus on the fish growth modifications

The main task of this bachelor thesis is to inform about Chinese pond mussel (Sinanodontawoodina) invasion in the Czech Republic ecosystems of aquaculture. We provide both the literature review and risk evaluation. More we have presented impacts to other fish growth. At first we interested ourselves in the invasive species description. Then we have presented the threats for ecosystems caused with the existence of bivalve. We present the bivalve life cycle with all its impacts to the life cycle of fish. There are presented all function of bivalve in ecosystems and the risk evaluation appearing after these are overpopulated. These invasive species are worldwide problem. They are endangering the biodiversity in the nature. There are also negative impacts to economy and peoples´ health.
The bivalve are said to be ecosystem engineers. Their usefulness depends on their quantity. Invasive bivalve appear in a great densely. These produce great damages. I have presented all problems connected with the existence of threatened species and more have discussed all risks connected with extension of invasive bivalves.
We provide essential remedies and evaluate potential impacts in order to protect original species and lower damages in the economy of fishery. The essential part is the summary of legislatives.

The Impact of Measures and Support Programs for Biodiversity Management in the Krkonoše Mountains.

Meadows are a significant part of the Giant Mountains´ nature. For the support of the meadows in the Krkonoše Mountains, which are very often degraded (because of long time absence of management), there are available various financial sources. This theses compares different ways of meadows management, programs and arragements which farmers can use. Through interviews with farmers, I tried to get answers to questions regarding the management on specific areas farmers work on. I was interested in theirs perception of biodiversity, influence of the management, satisfaction with subsidies or compensations, and possible suggestions for the future.
Landlords percieve farming on their own or rented area as a kind of representation and has no problem to keep the limits to get the subsidy. As a problem most of them percieve administration related to subsidy utilization. Effort of Administration of KRNAP to improve conditions for farming they percieve in positive way.
Because farming is necessary for the preservation of mountain meadows as a significant element of the Giant Mountains landscaping and the secondary functions is higher than the production function, it is necessary to widely support an agricultural activities in the region.

University Social Responsibility

The first part of the diploma thesis aims at the problematic of social responsibility related with marketing. It depicts the development of this principle and the meaning of the concept. The abbreviation CSR is used for corporate social responsibility and it represents responsible acts and practices of a company to the environment and society in which it operates. The companies strive to reduce negative impacts of their activities as much as possible. The literature also solves an issue of social responsibility of universities which is still not clearly defined branch of social responsibility. The work determines various reasons on why the universities, as educational companies, should fulfil principles of socially responsible behaviour. The thesis also presents different interest groups, key activities and further principles of socially responsible behaviour of universities.
The second part of the diploma thesis processes a case study of several foreign universities performing socially responsible strategies. Different activities are identified and divided into sections which are subsequently compared with the socially responsible activities of Czech universities. The thesis also includes a data analysis of the data acquired from the questionnaire survey performed among students of universities. The survey is focused on the perception of socially responsible behaviour on universities. The work then proposes a procedure in introduction and selection of a suitable socially responsible strategy by a university.

Options to reduce the impact of hydrological extremes.

The main aim is to assess the extremity of the event and its spatial variability within the area of interest of the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is anticipated quantitative and qualitative analysis based on a detailed assessment of the current state of the landscape in terms of protection against hydrological extremes and analyzing ongoing processes of water regime in different conditions. The result should be an evaluation of factors influencing the situation in the region and its water component, which will then be subjected to optimization, focusing on the possibility of increasing the accumulation and retention of water in the landscape, such as limiting the impact on the creation of a catastrophic flood flows. One of the investigating of the quantification of factors affecting extreme runoff events (floods and droughts), analysis of the effectiveness of biotechnical measures in watersheds (erosion control and flood the effects of existing measures such as biotechnical measures), the possibility of such measures in the landscape and their impact on the effectiveness of capacity-building and accumulation of water in the landscape.
