[cze][eng] Práce se zabývá sítí polních a lesních cest v katastrálním území Suchovršice a navrhuje doplnění sítě polních cest.
V teoretické části práce je shrnuta historie polních a lesních cest. Dále je uvedeno rozdělení polních i lesních cest dle příslušných norem ČSN. Další část se věnuje údržbám, opravám a rekonstrukcím polních a lesních cest. Jsou nastíněny možnosti financování výstavby nových cest. Následuje popis nejdůležitějších objektů na polních a lesních cestách.
V praktické části práce je vymezeno zájmové území včetně širších územních vztahů. Poté jsou popsány stávající polní a lesní cesty v zájmovém území, které byly zakresleny do mapy cestní sítě. Tato mapa je výsledkem provedeného podrobného terénního průzkumu. Na základě zdigitalizované mapy stabilního katastru je popsána cestní síť v roce 1840. Díky tomu mohly být porovnány cestní sítě ve dvou různých časových etapách. Stávající systém polních a lesních cest je zhodnocen. Pro hodnocení jsou vypočítány hustoty obou typů cest v zájmovém území. Vypočítané hustoty polních a lesních cest jsou posouzeny s průměrnou hustotou cest v České republice. Hustota polních i lesních cest v řešeném území je vyšší než celorepublikový průměr. To lze vysvětlit typem reliéfu, který odpovídá pahorkatinnému typu. Celkově lze říci, že počet a délka cest je dostatečná. Nedostatečná je však hustota lesních odvozních cest. Problematický je také technický stav polních cest v řešeném území.
V návaznosti na provedenou analýzu historické a stávající cestní sítě je navrženo doplnění polních cest v rámci pozemkových úprav. Pozemkové úpravy právě v katastrálním území. Suchovršice probíhají a návrh cest může být využit pro zpracování Plánu společných zařízení.This thesis deals with the network of field and forest in the cadastre unit of Suchovršice and suggest to supplement the network of unpaved roads.
In the theoretical part is summarized the history of the field and forest roads. Then there is a division of field and forest roads according to the relevant standards ČSN. Another section is devoted to maintenance events, repairs and reconstructions of field and forest roads. There are outlined the possibility of financing the construction of new roads. Follow a description of the most important objects on the field and forest paths.
In the practical part is defined area of interest including the broader territorial relations. Then there are described the current field and forest roads in the area of interest, which were plotted to the map of road networks. This map is the result of performed detailed field research. On the basis of digitized map stable cadastre is described the road network in 1840. Due to the fact could be compared to road networks in two different time stages. The existing system of field and forest roads is evaluated. For ratings are calculated densities of both types of roads in the area of interest. The calculated density of the field and forest roads are assessed with an average density of roads in the Czech Republic. The density of field and forest roads in the selected area is higher than the national average. This can be explained by the type of relief which corresponds hilly land type. Overall, the number and length of roads is sufficient. However, density of forest haul routes is insufficinet. Problematic is also the technical condition of rural roads in the selected area.
Based on the analysis of historical and current road network is designed to complement the rural roads within the land adjustment. Land adjustment just underway, and draft routes can be used to compile Plan of common facilities.
