Sewerage and WWTP Křelov, Břuchotín-building technology project

The subject of my work is to lower construction site waste water treatment plant Křelov - Břuchotín. In more detail, I focused mainly on the implementation of the circular tanks sewage treatment plant. These tanks prescription processing technology formwork and concreting circular tanks. It also contains a technical report, technical report building equipment, a study of the main technological stages of the building, site, design of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan solved the technological regulation and scheduling.

Wastewater: plant indicators around mountain chalets – case study "Niklův vrch" and "Rennerovy boudy" (The Krkonoše Mountains National Park, Czech Republic).

This diploma thesis was solved in Niklův vrch and Rennerovy boudy, areas located in the eastern part of The Krkonoše Mountains National Park.
The main aims of this work were vegetation survey and description of environmental factors by Ellenberg indicator values of meadow areas contaminated by leaked sewage and meadows in their vicinity (referential areas). Another objective of this study was to determine soil pH, acceptable phosphorus and total nitrogen content and heavy metals amount in soil samples. Based on all collected data was proposed future management for each area.
The negative influence of leaking sewage on meadows in Niklův vrch wasn´t confirmed, because of their highly effective cleaning by three-compartment septic tank and biological filter before discharge into surface waters.
Leaked sewage loading was demonstrated in Rennerovy boudy, but only in the area just below the septic tank. The reason of the loading is unsatisfactory condition of the septic tank itself (change to cesspool by blinding discharge and sunken cover). This area was characterized by low species diversity, which is connected with the lowest number of plant species found there (12 species). Based on the habitat of dominant nitrophilous species Urtica dioica and species with nitrophilous tendencies (Alopecurus pratensis, Geranium sylvaticum and Chaerophyllum hirsutum) was determined association Rumicetum alpini Beger 1922 here.
Soil from the area affected by the leaked sewage was characterized by the highest pH/KCl and total nitrogen content and also increased contents of acceptable and total P and K compared to other soil samples.
To suppress this undesirable community Rumicetum alpini Beger 1922 is particularly necessary to improve the process of purifying leaking sewage by replacement the cesspool for household wastewater treatment plant. The distribution of this community also affects the absence of management. Therefore, it seems necessary to renew one-year mowing by scythe of this area.

Economic Impacts of Social Policy on Selected Sectors of the Czech Economy

We live in the 21st century, when more than ever solves finance, economy in terms of both the individual and the state, but also the European Union, which affects every Member State and the Czech Republic is no exception. State economic situation continues to affect both small and large companies, entrepreneurs and individuals who under the influence of the surrounding developments make decisions affecting not only the present but also the future. Economic decisions impinge on the functioning of the state authorities, which is taking steps to support the decision given on the company, such as electronic records of sales, taxation and other laws affecting their business. This impacts directly or indirectly to a particular individual moving in the country's economy. The aim of the dissertation is to express the economic impact in terms of social policy on selected sectors of the Czech economy, both theoretically and practically. The economic impact of social policy affects the financial situation of the economically active population who are hit by unexpected life situations. It is degraded in the social position due to declining economic level, which is then inadequate and social policies often do not sufficiently take into account the economic situation of the individual before and after the establishment of that situation. And the individual is often unable to adequately use the possibilities that social policy allows. The main reason is a lack of awareness, that should act on the individual before the emergence of the situation and create awareness in the people about the possibilities of resolving the situation. Unexpected life situations addressed by social policy, which is also solvable through its tools, job loss or inability to continue to engage in employment. Both options associated with a decrease in working capacity, which addresses social policy through the provision of disability pensions. These covers Czech Social Security Administration through district administrations throughout the country. The State influences the amount of disability pensions minimum the setting of wages, the basis of assessment, determination of the percentage amount of disability pension, including its reduction limits or minimum time required insurance. The aforementioned indicators in the calculation of invalidity pension, which becomes a very individual matter, but is influenced by the rules of 441,000 persons receiving this pension, which in the third. stage reaches an average amount of 10 262 CZK. With this funding slightly higher than the minimum wage, individuals must manage and deal with the new situation. Economic impacts caused by unexpected life situation affects not only the individual himself, but also its surroundings. To eliminate these negative economic impacts serve other instruments of social policy that could improve the financial situation. However, this is a significant administrative burden for which the required knowledge about the possibilities, which include care allowances, mobility allowances, certificate of persons with disabilities, but also the opportunity to appeal against the decision of the Czech Social Security Administration to withdraw and so improve its economic situation.

Involvement of close people to the treatment of drug users in terms of therapeutic communities

Use of mind-altering substances may result in an array of adverse - especially health and social - consequences not only for drug users but also for their close persons. Help to solve drug use-related problems is provided by various drug services. These however primarily focus on drug users and in the best case perceive their relatives as a significant source of support in order to achieve a change in dependent behaviour of drug consumers. The vast majority of drug services in past didn't take into account the fact that relatives might suffer due to drug use of their family member too, and thus that they might also need specific professional help. The aim of dissertation is 1) to answer the question of whether an involvement of relatives in the process of drug users treatment in therapeutic community might be of benefit not only for residents but also for their close persons, and 2) to introduce a comprehensive model of work with relatives in therapeutic community which has been verified within the inquiry. This has been carried out with the use of predominantly qualitative grounded theory approach. The current possibilities of data networks

The thesis is focused on mapping issues when creating data networks. Overview solved problems briefly introduces the history and classification networks. Continues characteristics of active and passive parts of the network where it connects certification, ending a general guide for network architects, which can be used to understand the theory of progress in the design and implementation of data networks with regard to its functionality and reliability. This section explaining how the proposal looks like a LAN, which is one of the most widespread types of networks, and most standards it is just related. The practical part is focused on the demonstration of a possible case design, including its economic parameters. The various alternatives are worked out with regard to the choice of materials offered different levels of quality and possible types of treatment for the future. Outdoor environment imact on indoor room quality

This thesis deals with the quality of the external and internal environment and the possibility of interaction. Resolves components, pollutants and sources of pollutants that are contained in the external and internal air and thus influence around us all. The theoretical part describes the resources, limit concentration or additional filtering of the individual substances. Are summarized in detail the possibility of air exchange and ventilation in buildings intended for public gatherings. Another part of the treatment methods solve indoor environmental quality (grade of primary school) according to the changes of air flow, ventilation options and the impact of external environment on indoor air quality. It also includes a proposal for forced ventilation of the building of the school. In the experimental part, I focused on the evaluation of the concentration of carbon dioxide in the external and internal environment and the possibilities of noise pollution. In conclusion, there are variants commented and evaluated.

Parking garage in the University hospital in Brno – Bohunice

The thesis is draft a multi-storey parking garage in the area of University Hospital in Brno Bohunice to insufficient capacity of the parking spaces. The aim of thesis is to create a sufficient number of parking spaces, which would solve the deficit of parking spaces and connecting the street Jihlavská. The parking garage is located on the south side of the University Hospital and ensures pedestrian connections to the hospital. The parking garage should serve for patient, visitors and hospital staff. This thesis takes into consideration the solution of terminal of public transport in Bohunice’s hospital and for patients and visitors to the hospital is also designed park.

Design of the constructed wetland Kozičín

Artificially created wetlands have great potential for sewage treatment. Their use is possible in areas where they still lack sewage or leads to poor wastewater handling various kinds.
Constructed wetlands for wastewater treatment can be an adequate alternative to conventional centralized systems. In accordance with the requirements of sustainable development in terms of decentralized solutions.
In a review of thesis provides an overview of legislation that relate to the design, permitting and implementation of wetlands. It introduces the principles of functioning, history and current state of the relevant issues. It analyzes the possible technical solutions.
In the practical part to a specific location, which is located in the cadastral Kozicin is applied proposal reed beds. The proposal was preceded by field research community and based on the specific conditions of the territory. They are determined volumes of waste water and the amount of expected pollutants whose elimination is to take place. Subsequently designed space for placement and basic parameters root filters together with other related objects so that the way of solving environmental depollution wastewater was indeed effective. The conclusion is made a summary of the various measures to be followed in order to achieve the desired results.

The role of supervision in the helping professions

Helping professions such as psychology, education, social-work, health care etc. differ from other professions in many ways. In all helping professions relationship between the helping person and the client is crucial. It depends on the worker's personality, motivation for performing a helping profession, and obviously also on the degree of difficulty of these professions, which may cause stress and furthermore result in burn-out syndrome. Last but not least, organizational culture of helping organization also affects quality of helping worker's achievement. Supervision reacts to all these problems and helps workers cope with stressful situations, and thus prevent them from burn-out syndrome. It contributes to workers' consciousness of the quality of their relationships with the clients, helps them disclose hidden motives for performing a helping profession, and tries to solve problems in working teams of helping organizations. The role of supervision in helping professions is kind and safe contribution to workers' effective helping the clients. Supervision of helping professions has three functions: supportive, educational, and controlling, and several forms which help institutions and workers choose the most appropriate form for their purposes.
