The Pauline epistles from the viewpoint of feminist theological critique
Elsayed Posselt, Petra ; Knotková - Čapková, Blanka (advisor) ; Kiczková, Zuzana (referee)
This diploma thesis focuses on chosen texts by feminist theologists and their critical elevation on particular extracts from the Pauline epistles that refer to women and their position in the patriarchal ordering of society. My main intention is to examine how feminist theologists work with selected feminist concepts and to which extent they take them into account. By the help of a gender analysis of the chosen texts from feminist theologists I also try to prove that they do not take gender into account in a sufficient way. As my method I have chosen the qualitative conent analysis of feminist theological texts. In the end I can say that feminist theologists take gender issues more into account than I expected. Nevertheless, at places where they do not take these issues into account, their arguments lack for impact. Feminist theologists work well with feminist concepts, I do however recommend to take them into account more as I recommended with gender issues.

Web Application Development with Spring Framework
Nizamov, Kirill ; Pecinovský, Rudolf (advisor) ; Šlajchrt, Zbyněk (referee)
The thesis is concerned with a comparison between a Java framework called Spring and Grails, Zend, Nette, NodeJS, Play, Symfony, OpenXava frameworks described in the theses of Odehnal [1], Kočárek [2], Kadlec [3], Dočkal [4], Šimon [5]. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part introduces the Spring ecosystem and its individual modules to the reader. This part also outlines trends and estimates Spring position and popularity among other Java frameworks. The practical part focuses on web application development based on the criteria defined in the Odehnal's thesis [1]. The sample application shows the style of development in the Spring framework and its functionality and capabilities. Based on the gained experience during the sample application development, Spring is next compared to the other frameworks mentioned earlier and included into the previous comparison. The comparison criteria are specified in the Odehnal's thesis [1] and consist of 4 areas. First of all, there is a basic framework differences comparison. Next, there is an architecture comparison. The third area involves a comparison of work with the framework which also contains both objective criteria and personal estimation. The last part is dedicated to a comparison related to framework support, available literature and overall popularity. The result of this thesis is a comparison of 8 frameworks including the created sample application, which should help the readers when selecting one of the them and should make it easier to orientate in the world of web frameworks.

Key Decision-making Processes in Creating School and Implementing the School Curriculum
Voda, Jan ; Spilková, Vladimíra (advisor) ; Walterová, Eliška (referee) ; Uhlířová, Jana (referee)
The Key Decision-making Processes in Creating School and Implementing the School Curriculum The thesis focuses on the role of a teacher in his/her triple position. Each of these roles provides a piece of inspiration for reflection on the internal school transformation, both on theoretical and empirical level. The first one regards the role of a teacher as an experimenter. Our study balances the possibilities and limits of the experimental approach with regard to the condition of teacher's high degree of personal engagement and also the social context. From the other perspective, we observe a teacher as bearer of school quality. This is conditioned by the adoption of a creative role in the transformation effort in which teachers have to demonstrate their willingness and ability to change the current school with regard to the newly- conceived paradigm in education. Finally, the third point of view follows the teacher as a creator of the curriculum and school. In terms of Czech education teachers must deal with the complexity of a new professional situation which stems from an innovative, experimental nature of the School Educational Program making-process. In this process they make decisions according to which values and goals they accent in their pedagogical work. The research part of the thesis...

Quality assurance system of radiotherapy in the composition of radiology assistant
URBÁNKOVÁ, Veronika
The aim of radiotherapy is the accurate direction of a radiation dose in the defined tumour volume with minimum damage of the health tissue. Development of modern radiotherapeutic equipment provides new therapeutic possibilities, but the excellent operation parameters cannot be fully utilized if there is not reached a high level of accuracy and reliability. This can be reached only by insertion of a programme of quality assurance in radiotherapy that includes not only monitoring of the predetermined quality indicators like e.g in vivo dosimetry and portal indication and further external and internal audits. The aim of this bachelor thesis is increase in quality of health care and safety treatment at departments and clinics of radiation oncology from the position of a radiology assistant. The thesis provides an integrated view of possible methods which can be used as the quality indicators of performed care. Here acquired information can serve as knowledge completion for the existing radiology assistants as well as for new staff training.

In this house is also contacted nutritional therapist more often when it is necessary, and there is cooperation with a licensed physician F016 as well. In the addition, results show that there is not properly...

Image Transition Edge Physical Modeling Method for Exact Object Shape Position Determination
Kohoutek, Michal ; Vodrážka, Jiří (referee) ; Diviš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
Doctoral thesis is focused on a design of a new original image transition edge physical modeling method for exact object shape position determination. Automatic Optical Inspection systems for the high accuracy optical measurements is main application area for designed method. The new method design is based on precise physical analysis of a defined imaging system. Object side telecentric lens, telecentric backlight source and CCD video camera are main parts of the analyzed imaging system. New image transition edge physical model and method for accurate shape position detection within the model are derived by geometrical and Fourier optics imaging system analysis. Possible influences of the model parameters changes to the accuracy of shape position detection are studied precisely. A new modeling function suitable for implementation in a new optimal approximation method is derived from the physical transition edge model. The modeling function optimal approximation method is implemented in to a Tester2D measuring system and verified by length etalon measurements. The Tester2D measuring system was successfully accredited for dimensions measurement in range with accuracy up to . Documentation of results of the accreditation process with the record of obtained results from measurement system in scope of preformed interlaboratory comparison tests are appended to the doctoral thesis.

Pešeková, Mária ; Mlejnek, Josef (advisor) ; Kučera, Rudolf (referee)
Diploma thesis CDU Conservative Party? Analysis of the debate on CDU's policies and idea program deals with Christian Democratic Union as a catch-all party and with its currently idea course since the leading by Angela Merkel. The thesis analyses the history of CDU and their position in the German party system. This topic is focused in the last part where the relation between CDU and church, as a traditional partner, is described as well the questions connected with bioethics, family policy, integration of immigrants, national identity, cancelling of military duty and energy (power plant) policy. CDU after melting of catholic milieu meets problems which are concluded from the society secularization and therefore with decreasing of voters support. The liberalization tendency in the society affects also the CDU party which follows this trend and leaves the originally ideas. This program change and drifting the party to the left of the centre of political spectrum causes some movement critical to CDU, initiated by actual as well former party members. According them the party lost the conservative identity and leaves one of the pillars of the own policy which is formally declared. This creates an insoluble situation in which the traditional voters are not satisfied, on the other hand the party is not...
