Marcellová, Miluše ; Houška, Milan (advisor) ; Martin, Martin (referee)
The current trends in sources of heat designed for heating the houses are influenced by the consequences, that interfere in the decision making process from the professional point of view (the advisory activity by the expert) as well as from non-professional point of view (the owner or the operator of the house, usually represented by one person). The aim of this thesis is to find the optimal method, that is supposed to secure disinterested decision making, that will be minimally influenced by the subjective experience, customs and also by the advice given by the friends of the decision maker. The thesis concerns the town hall, that will be insulated in the future. Therefore it is eligible to propose to change the heating source, as the current one will be redundant, once the insulation is done. Using the old heating system would be uneconomical. The current heating source is the gas boiler JUNKERS CERAPUR. The energy (heat) loss of the town hall building will be lowered by 50 % once the insulation is done.

Creation of methodical process of inventory of property and commitments in a selected non-profit organization
Lorencová, Dana ; Štáfek, Pavel (advisor) ; Pavlína, Pavlína (referee)
The diploma thesis follows up a process of inventary in a chosen accountant unit, its found insufficiencies and its consecutive solution. The process of inventary belongs to activities that lead to completion of a closing financial statement of an organization and that is why all the actions and processes must be done with carefulness and accuracy according to law number 563/1991 of law collection about accountancy, which states, according to law of the European union, extent and way of managing the accountancy and all requirements for its conclusivness and conditions for handing it over to a state. The theoretical part of the thesis is related to defining basic terms of inventory process. The valid law regulations, which are dealing with those issues, are stated there. Individual phases of the whole process, important intern regulations and documents, which are obligatory for every single accountant unit, are also stated in the theoretical part of the thesis. A continuity of the inventory of property and commitments in financial statements and statements is being described there. The practical part of the thesis involves the process of inventory in a chosen non-profitable accountant unit of the district court in Jičín. In the individual phases of the inventory, when the physical and documentary stock-takings are being done, are found insufficiencies and proposals of their solutions. A complete process of inventory belongs to activities of the chosen accountant unit, on which state´s controlling institutions are focusing in recent years, because the activities involve economy of the state´s essets. A methodic instruction for the processing of inventory of property and commitments for an accountant unit is worked out in the last chapter of the practical part. By the compilization of the diploma thesis a complete view on an inventory as a whole was given, which is a starting point for completion of a financial statement. While working out the thesis, rocess or system insufficiencies were analysed. These insufficiencies might cause that the accountant unit will not fullfill the § 6 paragraph 3 of law of accountancy, from which the compulsatory duty of inventory of property and commitments according to provision § 29 and § 30 of law of accountancy flows. The audit office can, on the basis of those insufficiences, proclaim that the inventory of property and commitments was not done correctly and can apply a sanction on the accountant unit. After the inventory process the accountant unit is compulsory to make an inventory report that is a substantial document together with financial statements, balance-sheet, profit and loss sheet and attachments to the authorization of the financial statements.

The effect of live weight of pigs on the histology of adipose tissue
Žalmánková, Nikola ; Okrouhlá, Monika (advisor) ; Michaela, Michaela (referee)
The main goal of this paper was to evaluate the influence of live weight on both the quantity and the quality of back fat as well as on histology of adipose tissue in pigs. Fourty pigs of PIC genotype and equaly distributed sex were included in this study. The population was then divided into four sub-groups according to their live weight. (Groups: first - under 104.9 kg, second - between 105 kg and 109.9 kg, third - between 110 kg and 114.9 kg, fourth - above 115 kg) The following indicators of fattening performance were monitored during the study: average daily feed consumption, average weekly feed consumption, average daily weight gain and feed conversion rate. Statistically significant influence was observed only for average daily weight gain which was found to be positively dependent on live weight increases. The smallest average daily weight gain (990.14 g) was observed in group one which at the same time displayed highest feed conversion rate (2.61 kg.kg-1). Subjects in group four, on the other hand, showed the largest average daily weight gain (1159.11 kg) and the lowest feed conversion rate (2.49 kg.kg-1). Furthermore, development of back fat was periodically monitored via ultrasound examinations at three chosen points of the pigs' anatomy, beginning at four weeks of age and continuing until ten weeks of age. The measurements confirmed that the increases in depth of back fat correlate closely with gains in live weight. No correlation was proven between other physical characteristics of back fat and changes in live weight. However, measurements showed statistically non-significant increase of coloration of back fat which correlated with weight gains for subjects under 114.9 kg of live weight. As far as tenderness of back fat is concerned, lowest values were found in both upper (74.31 N) and lower (59.61 N) fat in subjects in group two. No significant influence of live weight on the histology of adipose tissue was found. Nevertheless, measurements showed apparent structural difference between the cut in the higher and lower part of back fat. In upper part of the cut was the highest density of adipose cells (60.27 cells per 1 mm2 at the average cell size of 3430.23) found in group number two. However, in the lower part of the cut was the highest density of adipose cells (63.8 cells per 1 mm2 at the average cell size of 3877.72) found in group number one. None of the other monitored variables proved to be statistically significant.

Transformation of FINCA Programs into Micro-banks and Influence of the NGOs (Mexico, FIPS A.C. and Czechs´activities).
Drašarová, Martina ; Banout, Jan (advisor) ; Irena, Irena (referee)
Microfinance has been seen as a key tool for poverty reduction in developing countries. Target groups of microfinance are very poor people who have no access to any financial resources and need loans. Microcredits help the poor in running their small businesses or in a creation of its own job opportunities. The loans are often embezzlemented, are not financial sustainable in the long term, and are frequently critised. The question is if microfinance is real universal cure and which influence has on elimination poverty and social even economical effect. It also considers a perspective of model preferences focused on business (conditional high interests, possibility to contact intermediaters, gaining easier access into external financial sources) or a charity (more resistant to crisis thanks to using internal financial sources). In general, Latin America has excellent conditions for microfinance; the macro-economic growth which countries in Latin America had shown during the last decades set up advantageous conditions for well-known microfinance institutions and its development. Microfinance sector contributes by its profits to the common financial institutions which have already got a significant position in the market. In principle, Mexico struggles for better conditions for the poorest class of the population and due to this fact offers products of microcredits as the assistance to start-up small businesses. From the economic point of view, Mexico tries to be much more self-sufficient and sustainable. Microfinance institutions earn regularly an undisputed importance in the process of regional expansion, representing a crucial factor in the alleviation of poverty likewise insecurity for large segments of the inhabitants. The work is based on information from relevant sources that can easily identify the current status of microfinance. This thesis researches the microfinancial sector and the program FINCA (Foundation for International Community Assistance), including causing non-governmental organizations in Mexico. The purpose of this paper is to focus on the current situation of functioning microfinance sector in selected Mexican states as well as to identify impacts of microfinance activities in this country. Administrative procedures are difficult and information shortage restricts credit accessibility. This leads more in usage informal sector, based on family members or groups.
