Public support from the Czech and Community law perspectives

Resumé The state aid from cognition of Czech and Community law The definition of state aid consist primary the Treaty establishing the European Community (TEC). In article 87/1 TEC is explicit basic signs, which comprehensive: support in any form, attractive act, grant from state resources, possibility violation of contest and influence on members states. It's also referred as primary Community law. It's base on principle "common prohibition" their grant. But exist the three exceptions: compatibility on TEC, block reserve and compatibility by decision of Commission. The secondary legislation includes many regulations, directives and court rulings. Especially I illustrated: statute n. 659/1999/EC, which consists detailed form of article 93 TEC, statute for national regional aid (n. 2006/C 54/08), environment (n. 2001/C 37/03), science and research (n. 2006/C 323/01), employment (n. 2204/2002). The Czech Republic is a member of European Community and that is why must respect above mentioned legislation. The others statutes exists as supplement to community legal rules. Quality of life in Roma Children in the Age between 11 and 15 Old Years in České Budějovice.

This work deals with the research quality of life of Roma aged 10-15 years in the České Budějovice. The theoretical section explains the concept of quality of life, it's development and the evaluation. It also describes the history of the Roma ethnic group from the beginning of the Roma migration from Europe to the modern history. This study further describes the Roma culture, the differences between female and male roles in their particle culture, analyzes of the Roma minority and their role in the European Union. The practical part of this study is focused on studying the physical, the mental, the social and the emotional status of the Roma respondents in the age group 10-15 years. This questionnaire survey confirmed the results of the National report on the health of the Roma population in the age group 10-15.

Analysis of drawing contributions from the Regional Operational Programme in the Košice Region 2007 - 2013

Regional policy is becoming one of the strategic priorities of the European Union after its extension. The main tools of the policy are subsidies for less advanced regions in EU. This work aims to evaluate the Regional operational programme in the Košice region during the programming period 2007 to 2013. In the theoretical part author describes the process of forming the European Union, the overall characteristics specified by EU funds and gives basic information on Slovak Republic and Košice Region. The analytical section is dedicated to the characteristics of the Regional operational program. This work compares the individual priority axes of the operational program and the successful utilization of the allocation. For an objective assessment Košice region is compared with other regions of the Slovak Republic at the level of priority axis. Based on the analysis the author reviewed the regional operational programme in the Košice region as successful with space for improvement in the fulfilment of allocations

Mortgage (of real property) and its tax aspects

Mortgage Credit and its Tax Aspects Summary The mortgage credit is quite popular and many people use it to make their dreams of a new condo or villa come true. The occurrences in the mortgage market of the United States of America or the member states of the European Union had no influence on the Czech mortgage market, which means that people in the Czech Republic use mortgage credits very often. (ČSOB, one of the largest banks in the Czech market, completed its 2008 annual plan for selling mortgage credits in the end of June this year.) The dissertation is divided into two parts. The first part provides general information about the historical evolution, the related legal act and the main requirements for the mortgage credit. The second part deals with tax issues related to mortgages. The basic characteristics of the main Czech taxes are described first. Second, I consider the interest payments relating to the mortgage credit that can be deducted in some circumstances from the individual income tax payments. The last chapter of the second part of the dissertation is the practical one. Analysis of readiness of the Czech Republic for entry into the Eurozone

The aim of this thesis is to analyze readiness of the Czech Republic for accession to the European Monetary Union. Although we celebrated 12th anniversary of our membership in the European Union, the Czech government still has not set a date of entrance to the Eurozone. The theoretical part of my thesis focuses on analysis of fulfillment of Maastricht criteria, which had to be fulfilled by each candidate country for membership in the currency union. In the practical part of this thesis I will evaluate the macroeconomics impacts of adapting the common European currency in new member countries. In conclusion, I will try to outline benefits and costs of membership of the Czech Republic in the Eurozone.

"European Identity" of a Teacher

This work attempts to identify and analyse factors that have an effect on the identification of teachers with Europe: "European identity" of a teacher is being argued. We widely discuss actual meaning of the term "Europe" and seek an empirical approach to the "European identity" research. Correctness of the "European identity" of a teacher is not put to test; actual issue of the teacher's profession is being discussed instead. The structure of this work consists of three chapters. First of all some basic assumptions for the work need to be posted: we discuss such terms as "globalisation", "knowledge society", "educational aims" and context of "European dimension of education". The second chapter presents three interrelated parts. They are focused on the meaning of theme "teacher as a subject of research", "identity as a subject of research" and "Europe as a subject of research" . We conclude with the own meaning of the "European identity" of a teacher in the end of the second chapter. Empirical approach throughout the rest of the work is based on this conclusion. International cooperation of schools regarding efficiency of European Union educational program

The final bachelor theses deal with school activities which are focused on foreign countries. Nowadays an international partnership is a common part of modern schools and the events which are realized in terms of international partnership allow to pupils, teachers and headmasters to get and exchange experience to get better language skills and they lead to the development of many key competences. They influence the whole palette of school subjects and the whole school life. The foreign activities are realized in the form of projects and pupils'exchanges which help to personal development of pupils. At the same time they are demanding for everybody envolved, mainly teachers,regarding time and organization. The teachers are able to use effectively the possibilities of the support of European educational programmes and other institutions.The large and fast development of international school activities is mainly enabled by modern communication technologies which are an effective means of communication and project realization. They are also the target skill where all activities are directed.

Diploma thesis on strategy of a specific business project discusses a formation of the common European hockey league and its penetration into the European market. Based on an analysis of the newly created project strategy, survey with fans of the Czech hockey team and information obtained from the stakeholders, biggest challenges for the competition were set and recommendations for improvement were proposed.

Renewable energy legislation

This master thesis discusses current legislation in the field of supported and renewable energy sources. At the beginning of the thesis are defined renewable energy sources from the perspective of Czech legislation and of professional view. The second part is focused on legislation regarding renewable energy sources in the European Union and the Czech Republic. Follows an overview of the support tools and legislation regarding renewable energy sources in other member states of the European Union and the current status of the set objectives related to the share of energy from renewable sources in gross final energy consumption, which have been established by Directive 2009/28/EC. At the end is summary, along with an overview of the most successful and least successful countries in terms of achieving the objective.
