The Analysis of recruitment and employee selection

The main goal of this Bachelor thesis is to analyse the processes of recruitment and employee selection in Equa bank a.s., identify their strengths and weaknesses and suggest possible optimization. The first part of the thesis describes theoretical principles, methods and characteristic of recruitment and employee selection. The second part examines through observation, interviews with employees of the human resources department and analysis of internal documents how these processes are carried out in this particular company. In the end of the thesis the processes are evaluated and the improvements that would lead to optimization and higher effectiveness are suggested.

The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the process of filling vacancies in the company Nestlé Czech, s.r.o., identify strengths and weaknesses of the methods applied, policies and procedures, or suggest a better solution. In the process of filling vacancies will be analyzed HR activities recruitment, selection, hiring and adaptation of employees. The thesis is divided into twelve chapters. Chapters 1-6 cover the theoretical background and the practical part of the chapter 7-12. Chapter 7 introduces the company Nestlé Czech, s.r.o., including its history, people and organizational structure of the HR department. Chapters 8-10 deal with the process of recruitment employees at Nestlé, their selection, hiring and subsequent adaptation. In the penultimate chapter, the whole process of filling vacancies in the company Nestlé is evaluated. The practical part also own research in the form of a questionnaire survey. The aim of the survey is to find out how employees perceive the company Nestlé level of the tender and adaptation. This issue is dedicated to chapter 12.

Bachelor thesis is aimed to describe the recruitment and selection of staff using information technologies. The work is divided into three units which follow each other. The first section analyzes the approaches and methods used in the selection process. The second part refers to the electronic resources that are helpful in getting professionally specialized staff. The third part analyzes the labor social networks most used both in the Czech Republic and also abroad. The aim is to assess the benefits of these technologies, or define their disadvantages. In conclusion, the author tries to compare job portals on the basis of services provided through individual accounts in theirs price ranges.

This diploma thesis deals with the process of recruitment, selection, hiring and adaptation of employees in the R3 group organization. As a small business, the thesis contains even specifics of this kind of business and associated differences in personnel work. The thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part selected personnel activities are characterized whose knowledge forms the theoretical basis for the practical part. The second part is focused on the exploration of contemporary set of processes of recruitment, selection, hiring and adaptation in R3 group organization. The main aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyzed selected personal management processes in MiDAP, s.r.o., which is operarating in the telecommunication market as a franchisee partner of Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s. The thesis is divided into theoretical part, where we are describing basic characteristics of hiring using literature and practical part, where we describe the company and analyze proceses, described in theoretical part using information from HR manager and internal documents of company. In the end of practical part we evaluate analyzed processes a compare them with theoretical knowledge and we also suggest improvement to company.
Získávání a výběr vrcholových pracovníků

Práce se zabývá pravidly a metodami získávání a výběru nových pracovníků. Podrobně představuje metodu přímého oslovování (executive search, vhodnou zejména pro obsazení vrcholových funkcí. Praktická část řeší problematiku nevhodnosti využití metody přímého oslovování pro obsazení funkcí specialistů a nižších manažerských míst. Analýzy dvou projektů obsazujících hierarchicky odlišná pracovní místa ukazuje důvody zvýšené obtížnosti a nevhodnosti použití zmiňované metody pro obsazení jiných než vrcholových funkcí. Také přináší podklady pro vytvoření uceleného produktu ve formě intenzivní a úzké spolupráce společnosti s vysokými školami, který personálně poradenské společnosti mohou nabídnout příchozím klientům jako alternativní řešení.

This thesis analyzes the process of filling vacancies, which means human resources planning, recruitment, selection, hiring and adaptation of employees in the company Infinit, s. r. o. The thesis has a two parts: theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part, we learn about the general process of staffing, while the practical part describes and solves the whole process of filling vacancies in the company Infinit, s. r. o. The practical part is also inform about results of own research that solves level of the interview and adaptation employees. Finally, the practical part tables a proposal of solution that will lead to a better process of filling vacancies in the company.

The main goal of this thesis is to find out how typological theories can benefit human resource management and business overall and to introduce one particular typological theory developed in Russia -- socionics -- to European academic and business community highlighting its peculiarities and advantages. Referring to the purpose of this thesis, case study qualitative research of exploratory nature is applied. Thematic analysis is performed to analyze the study's findings, in which three areas are identified in order to help reaching the goals of this thesis. The thesis offers practicable solutions that can be applied by individuals in matters of career planning and companies in various areas of human resource management and other business spheres to increase the level of efficiency and satisfaction.
